A very clean facility! Feel totally safe having my precious belongings kept here. Olga went above and beyond to help make this a smooth process for me- even when I changed my mind on the unit ten minutes after everything was finalized! She was so kind and patient and made me feel like I was a priority customer. I would recommend this place to any friend!

Shout out to Margaret and Olga who are amazing!!! I was in a desperate situation and needed a storage unit immediately. Margaret took all my information and located movers for me for a same day move and a storage locker. When I arrived Olga set me up and explained and walked me through everything. Both of these ladies were able to provide understanding and a plan of action for me that needed to be executed in one day. I am so grateful for these gals! They helped me to feel safe secure. This location is beautiful and clean. I am extremely happy with my experience.

Rented a unit yesterday with Kelly’s help and she was wonderful to work with. She called before I arrived to confirm my arrival timing and once I was there, had all the iPad “paperwork” done within 15 minutes. She suggested the app to easily access the gate and elevator and then showed me to my unit. All in all great to work with and excellent experience.

Just ok. Doesnt offer 24 hour access. Fairly frequent changing of the office staff. AND, price per square foot is one of the highest in the surrounding area. See for yourself and do a little research.

Olga was fantastic!! I had a problem with our roll up door and she worked super hard to work with my schedule and get it fixed. Actually, I’ve had a few encounters with her and every time she has been nothing but pleasant and really helpful. So rare these days to find folks that take such pride in their work and who really care about their customers / clients. Great job Olga. And lucky you PS to have found such a gem!

Moving is never easy, especially when you have to move into storage first. After a quick sale on my home I visited the Brookline Public Storage in Aliso to get a unit to store my things. Olga was fantastic! I cannot say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable and helps you find a good deal in a moment when your stress can be high. Beyond all, she is friendly! Can’t recommend this place enough. Olga helped us out when we were in a tight spot. Flew in from out of state and somehow didn’t get there with our storage keys. She helped us find a local locksmith who was cheaper than anyone else and also let us borrow a lock for a few days until we could get a moving truck. Great customer service and she always got back to my voicemails/calls.

Jazz & Ashley we’re very informative and kind. Talking to Jazz about the Storage Unit definitely gave me a sense of comfort knowing that my personal possessions were in good hands. Olga and Public Storage up here on Aliso Viejo on new the UPS facility is the absolute best person weve had saved our lives that we just sold her house in Laguna Hills and were buying property in Hawaii and in Laguna Woods and we needed some place to store and we were quite sure when our house will close in Laguna Hills and we wanted to Big storage units and we werent sure if we should get them in in August a weight and Olga says dont wait if theyre available get them now and we did and this is you know you know late October and we finally sold and closed our house and thank God we had two big storage units ready so were very very happy thank you Olga

On March 19 Kelly took care of my unit rental payments! She went out of her way to make me feel welcome despite not supposed to be working in Orange County CA with the mandatory not work order issued by Orange County Officials 2 days ago. I had 2 late payment charges by Public Storage when I had only paid half of both units on time 2 weeks earlier. She told me she would try to have them removed knowing I had never been late before in the 3 years we have been storing furniture at this location. Kelly did not have to do this on my behalf but she did it anyway! Hats off to her for caring more about my business then the company who employs her! We booked a same day reservation online about an hour before they closed and headed straight there to finish up the paperwork. Ashley found us a unit that was right by the elevator and was able to get us set up really quickly. We looked at a few different Public Storage locations in the area and this one was by far the cleanest and most well kept. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unit in the area!

Booked my unit at night for the next day - awesome website experience, easy to navigate and sign-up. Moved in the next day - great experience, the manager on-site Ashley was super-friendly, explained every little detail, showed the unit, etc. The whole process took 15 minutes and I was already putting some boxes into my unit right after. Had a quick and easy experience securing a storage unit today. I submitted a request online and very quickly received a call from Ashley at the Aliso Viejo location. After looking into a couple storage places around town, we eventually decided to go with this Public Storage facility in Aliso Viejo. When calling to see if they had any units available, Ashley (the GM there) was exceptionally friendly, chipper, and helpful. She helped us pick out and reserve a storage unit with zero fuss, all the meanwhile making friendly conversation with ease. When we arrived to check in, she was a little busy helping some other people out, but made a point to quickly and politely greet us and tell us that shed be right with us. Quick she was- and before we knew it we were in and out of the office and she looking at our new storage unit. From start to finish, the experience was painless, and the facility was clean and tidy. Probably the best storage experience Ive ever had.
