I love this storage company. The staff is so nice and inviting. They were so helpful when I moved locations I chose to stay with this company.

We were checking out after using 2 storage units for 2 months. The staff here has been tremendously helpful and understanding. We were checked out by Nicholas who is the sweetest and super helpful employee here. I know there is Regenia who is also very nice. I would not hesitate to use this clean facility run by professional individuals.Thank you for the great service.

I liked the idea of a month-to-month storage and first month free so I called this location of Life Storage and spoke to Regina, the Manager. She was very professional but also very friendly at the same time. I went to look at a couple of units and met Regina and Nicholas who was helping out for the day. Both of them were so kind and friendly that I felt we have been friends for years. I ended up renting my unit and am very happy to be using this facility. I’ve already told a couple of friends too. Thank you Regina and Nicholas.

I rented a 10X30 space to store house stuff and full size truck for 6 months. Never had one issue. The space was clean and easy to access. Regina the manager on site is professional and friendly and is very helpful and efficient getting you in and out without a hassle. (Even though shes a Clippers fan, we let her slide for that!)And as glad as I am to have found a home and dont need to use storage anymore, if I did have to I wouldnt hesitate to use Life Storage again. Maybe next time Ill get a friendly neighborhood, good-standing tenant discount! ;)

Moving stuff into storage is lot of work and with this hot weather not so much fun.The manager Regenia provided outstanding customer service; I was so impressed with her that I had no desire to go on and check out other storage companies. She was informative and answered all my questions.Even when office started getting busy with customers, Regenia got me through paperwork smoothly, still providing friendly, polite and professional customer service !Storage facility is clean and bright and easy to access . Has security gate, surveillance cameras and is well lighted outside after dark.Happy to recommend this facility to anyone I know who needs storage !

Regina the manager is wonderful- so helpful and cheerful. She went above and beyond to help me select my unit and provide me with everything I needed for a positive moving experience. Alisha was also very sweet and helpful on Regina’s day off. Since the facility was brand new, it’s super clean and the climate control really helps when you’re moving things in the middle of summer!
