This place rocks..I have all my holiday Decorations and Halloween Decorations Here.It is so clean and always well maintained. I never have to have to worry about anything happening to my halloween collection I have collected thru years,all of my animtronics are safe and well preserved. The tempature and cleaness of this place keeps everything intact. The customer service Is outstanding, Mayette and Kristina are always attentive and polite to any questions that I have. Had a great experience renting a storage space here. Gigi, the manager I believe was incredibly helpful when moving in and out of the space. We had to move out a bit early due to Covid conditions and she accommodated us without hesitation. Definitely recommend, very easy process and access to the space! There’s a code to get into the elevator, and into the facilities upstairs so it was secure.

I absolutely love this storage facility. Being a photographer i would stop by daily. The employees are so warm and welcoming.. treat u like family. It is kept so extremely clean. I highly recommend

My family had pretty always used Aliso Viejo Self Storage units as I was growing up, and when it came time to get a storage unit for a temporary move, they were the only place I wanted to use. I got lucky and was able to get a unit close to my family unit so I was familiar with the surroundings.The location is ideal and made me feel so much better that it is just around the corner from the police station. It’s a gated storage unit with 24/7 surveillance and police down the street, win for me!!We were finally able to pull our belongings out of storage and are sad to not have a storage unit there anymore but definitely will use them again in the future!The office staff are so nice and always remember who I am and ask about how my family is doing whenever I was in the office!!Thank you Aliso Viejo Self Storage for making our experience so amazing!!

Not only is the location convenient for me, every time I go, the place is always clean and well maintained. If I ever have a reason to go into the office the people there are always very nice and are able to help me with whatever my issue may be. I have my most PRECIOUS POSSESSIONS stored in two spaces at Aliso Viejo Self Storage and Ive had to access them MANY TIMES over the years. The facility is ALWAYS well maintained and the sercuity is FIRST RATE with cameras everywhere. The Fire Department is less than a block away and the Sheriffs Department is just around the corner. The owners and the people who work there are VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL! I have been at this facility since 2007 and have NEVER had any problems which is AMAZING AND TRUE! I have been a customer of AlisoStorage shortly after they opened in the early 2000s. I have had several storage units and each time I moved the transition was smooth and the cost always responsible over the years. The owners are very very nice and I have watched their daughter grow into a beautiful woman. The storage costs are very fair with minimal increases and the facility is very clean and safe.

Had an awesome experience with Craig today. It all started with the phone call. An hour later Craig and I were cruising the lot looking at storage rooms. My first impression of this location and the professionalism of the employees and the whole operation resulted in a contract. I’m a happy customer!!

Aliso Viejo Self Storage not only has the best customer service but they also worked with me when I got laid off from job and unfornately made a couple of late payments. I didnt have to fear that my all my personal belongings would be auctioned off or something else since I was proactive with my communication and made my subsequent payments ontime.
