I rented a 15 foot truck from this location using the online only pickup and dropoff system through a smartphone(required). The system is a bit cumbersome and unintuitive in a few steps, but works, and I recommend taking a few pictures of the truck when offered the option on pickup. The pricing is decent up front. The per mile cost is a bit high, as is the cheapest insurance plan, (I did the research and all the major auto insurance policies will cover you and others medical, but not damage to moving trucks, even if you are T-boned by someone else and not at fault (no collision or comprehensive coverage of moving trucks))so total for a quick 6 hour job was something like $70. Overall, shop around for the best price including all costs of mileage and insurance etc. and the 24/7 online application for pickup and dropoff works at this location as they set the key up for you and you can drop it off easily.

Had a 9:30 reservation arrived at 9:15 waited until 10 am and still hadn’t been helped - app wasn’t working for anyone in the store but some people were allowed to cut the line? Store people gave the wrong keys to people 3-4 times and had to keep RE assisting them from their own mistakes…. We have the van from 9:30 to a certain time…. So they already used up 40 minutes of it. We canceled and will be going elsewhere.

This was the worst u-haul experience of my life. I reserved my truck for 930am, got there at 915, and after standing around for an hour had to cancel my reservation because I wouldn’t have enough time to drive where I needed to go, load it up, unload it, and still make it to work on time. They were super unorganized, they gave out multiple wrong keys, and were rude to the confused customers who were waiting in life WAY over their reserved time. I will be giving my business elsewhere.

I had to upgrade our truck rental on the fly. Their team was extremely helpful in finding me an alternative and for a reasonable price - ended up almost the same as the discounted 10 truck I had booked online. They were even kind enough to provide additional equipment needed once we realized it would be helpful, and at no extra cost. One of the best experiences Ive had from the many U-Haul stores I have visited.

The customer service representative who helped me at the counter took the time to make sure I got the best deal possible. I appreciated her time and consideration so much. Would definitely recommend them.

Wow....things have changed at U-Haul. The staff at this location were friendly and helpful. The truck was clean and in great shape. Everything exceeded my expectations for the one way rental!

If you need a UHaul, this is the place to go. The store is well organized and the staff is very knowledgeable.

The owner was very kind and efficient. Everyone was wearing masks and they sanitized all the vehicles before parking them for the next user.Renting a vehicle is a very mundane process, and most people treat it that way. My reservation was moved forward 7 1/2 hours, they didnt call me. The trucks were double booked, nothing was available, terrible reservation ~process~, I cancelled, not worth the hassle, going to Home Depot. 1 star is a gift to the Very nice uhaul rep who opened early to share the above news... she was great.

There customer service person Afat, was lovely, knowledgeable and so helpful. No signage from the street so look for the trucks. Also if you want plastic bins you must reserve them ahead of time online. If you want them to be in stock of the moving materials that you need you probably shouldnt wait until middle of the day on Sunday!

Update: I was randomly charged for an extra dolly that I did not use, and havent gotten a response back, so I have to adjust my review a bit. However, staff are really helpful/friendly here. The employee helping me on my first visit was very patient and got me the information and supplies I needed for our upcoming move. Wonderful customer service!

Made a google account just to post this review.Reservation was secured for 9AM, I was never contacted and the reservation was moved forward 6 hours for the same day. Ok I decided to work with them, began doing what I could without the truck, and by the time I was finished I reached out to try to see if anything was available any earlier, but my reservation was then inexplicably cancelled and I was never contacted.Do yourself a favor and go to the facility on Port Royal Rd. or literally anywhere else.

Picked up packing supplies. Associate was friendly and helpful. We were in/out quickly.

Annesha was really nice and provided great customer service. She helped us with getting the trailer hitched to the truck. And then when I returned the trailer, she sent an updated billing. I thought it was an extra charge, so I called and she assured me that the price that I paid for when I picked up was adjusted and the new billing was correct and the old billing would be removed. Saved a bunch of money!

Dear uhaul. You have to do a better job to keep my business. Start by being sure your computer works so I can use a credit card

I came to this location to pick up an order that I had already paid for online. I came on my lunch break with limited time and walked up to the door of the business to find it locked. I called the phone number listed on google and was put through the the regional office. So I asked the person on the phone what’s going on. She was able to get in touch with the store operator while I was on hold and said she was at the bank and would be back “in five minutes.” That turned into 20 minutes. Since when is someone able to come and go as they please from their job, leaving their customers to wait on them? Completely unacceptable. When the store operator finally arrived, I asked her if she was able to come and go freely throughout the day and she said yes she could. Then she said “you’re late” referring to my online pickup, saying I was supposed to come in the next day. I told her I thought I could come pick up at a convenient time for me, and she said “no you were supposed to come in a few days ago.” Unless you want to wait outside for god knows how long and then be treated rudely, don’t come here.

The best uhaul experience ever. The lady/girl was awesome. I feel bad that I do not remember her name.... Orginally went to a 4.8 star uhual up the street and was treated horribly...the guy even took my DL from me and I had to call HQ to report it..... and came to this one. Their star rating was horrible so I was hesitant and beyond surprised. Gave me 10 star treatment (even if it isnt a thing) and deserves a huge bonus or something. Hopefully this review boosts this location stars and the girl/lady gets recognized for her awesome work!!! The reason why this uhaul has bad reviews is due to poor staffing and management on part of the owner which trickles down to the staff. Reviewers are getting impacted which is killing the experience

Dont waste your time. Showed up when it opened at 10 am and the doors were not open even though there were employees inside. There were at least 5 others waiting outside. I eventually cancelled the reservation after an hour of waiting. Terribly run business.

Worker was outside smoking in her car when I arrived. I asked to rent a dolly, she said they were sold out and I should go somewhere else.The website said they had dollies, maybe it was wrong, but I doubt it. A $10 rental probably wasn’t worth interrupting the smoke break.

Sharday showed and performed over the top customer service skill even when above and beyond with me bye calling another store

Here at 4pm on Monday and the door is locked. Little confusing as to where I could pick up my truck as I see no uhaul vehicles anywhere near here.

Showed up 2 hours before closing and all doors locked if your closing down early inform people about it
