Was running behind schedule for about an hour due to moving to another STATE, not just from a city to another city- within the same State. They changed my location the day of my rental to this particular one and said they did not have the truck I wanted available at the other location I had originally booked at. I had broken my toe and hurt my ankle the day of the move, and it pushed us a little behind schedule. The manager or owner was INCREDIBLY RUDE, LACKED SYMPATHY LET ALONE EMPATHY, and was yelling at us while telling me I am not “entitled”. I never once told him I was! I simply kindly asked for him to give us an extra hour or so because of the accident I had from moving. Will never EVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. In fact I’d rather rent from The Home Depot or other places going forward! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETELY LACKED AND COMMON COURTESY. Given that I WAS COMPLETELY OK WITH THEM CHANGING MY LOCATION of PICK-UP, DUE TO THEIR LACK OF TRUCKS!

After having a hard time one of the customer service reps were very helpful. Please do not use the online reservation tool, its the worst.

This shipping center is my go to location whenever Im dropping off an express delivery package. Always friendly service and no wait time.

Parking lot hard to access,and small . Limited supplies in stock. If you need specialty boxes such as for moving flat screen TVs, they do not stock them here nor the moving kit packages. You are better off going to a full service location.

I rented a van here and the experience was good. Not a big place and a bit hard to find.

Poor service and wont/didnt answer phone. Better off going to Uhaul on Lane Drive as they have all the trucks there.

Parking was difficult and the store is inaccessible. I was also charged double what the packing materials would have costed according to the UHAUL website.

Not worth it.
