Ever since moving here in November I have been nail salon hopping to find the right when and I think I did! Not only are the technicians super sweet and fun but the salon is clean and organized. It’s on the small size but I did not have to wait at all. The prices are perfect as well. I definitely recommend and will be going back.

Absolutely love this place! Prices are better than some of the other nail salons but more than that… Henry is fabulous! I’ve been to a lot of salons that just can’t seem to master dip nails. Either they make the dip way too thick, the gunk under my nails is left horribly or worse, my nails are left uneven with embarrassing grooves. ( It’s annoying to sit & have to fix once it’s all done) Henry’s attention to detail is great and his customer service is awesome! After only a few times, he knows me well enough that he even chose my nail color. So glad that I found this salon!

Loved going here. Able to fit me in on a Saturday without waiting forever. Love the workers and the selection of colors. They did a great job and are so nice.

These were done the same day. First two broke off the next day I had work went back in on the 5th day to show them the atrocity on my hands, not asking for anything free just genuinely explaining the bad service I had. the manager that handled the situation was EXTREMELY rude over the phone telling me I should’ve called and that he didn’t believe me. My entire experience here was horrible and rushed. My pedicure lasted less then 10 minutes and while my two other friends lasted about 25/30. She said she was “ doing me a favor “ by cutting my cuticles while doing my nails. When I left my nail polish was messed up but I felt bad bc it was 8:15 and they close at 8. My entire experience was honestly the worst nail experience I’ve ever had was a complete waste of money and time. An overall disappointment

I love this place! Ben did a phenomenal job on my pink to white ombré SNS nails. He took his time and the result showed his skills! He also helped me pick out some colors because I’m so indecisive :)Nina did my pedicure and she also was very thorough. I had some foot peeling going on and she really wanted to help! Gave me some additional Vaseline to help and all around did a great job with the pedicure!Absolutely recommend this place.

Amazing experience. I had Ben do my powder dipped nails and he did a wonderful job. I had a tough design but he patiently worked with me with to get the look that I wanted. He was conversational, gentle, and up front about the pricing. Best nail experience I’ve ever had!

Ive gotten my nails done here twice now and both times have been amazing! The nail technicians are so thorough and always make sure all the nails are uniform and beautiful! Amazing first visit! I called in the morning and they were able to get me in that same day. They had very thorough covid procedures and it felt very clean and safe with frequent sanitizer and hand washing as well as plastic dividers. Tina did an amazing job with my dip manicure and $50 is a great price for the DMV area!

While covid must have hit this place hard (empty other than myself on a Monday afternoon), the safety procedures were careful and cautious. Everyone was masked, I was asked to sanitize immediately when I walked through the door, I had to fill out and sign a form that provided several prompts regarding my exposure to covid, and they took my temperature via a forehead thermometer.In addition to this, sneeze guards at every table. The staff was friendly and constantly at the sink washing hands.My manicure is also ON FLEEK. LIKE SO GOOD!!!!

This place was amazing!!! Open on time I was seated in 10 minutes. My nail tech was very nice he listened and took his time with me. The lady who did my feet samething. It was very clean and they had lots of dip colors! The were very professional! I love this place!! My nails are amazing🥰

Staff is accommodating and friendly. I had one hour to do my nails, toes and wax and they made it happened. Quality is great and a wide selection of dip colors. I believe there have 150 options to choose from. Today was my third visit and I am still very satisfied!

Did an amazing job! Both gel manicure and pedicure we’re done perfectly. And they even at happy hour rate. I took my infant son and they even helped me watch him while I was getting my nails done. Definitely would go back and recommend to a friend!!

I sought this place out upon moving here on a good recommendation, and will never go anywhere else. I am THE pickiest person about my nails....except Ben. I think he genuinely cares more about the look and health of my nails than I do. Wonderful shop with kind, quick service. Cookies and water a plus, but honestly the overall craftsmanship and pride they take in their work is simply outstanding!!!

Tam/Tim did a nice job on my mani/pedi. Good hygiene practices regarding COVID19. $55 for a mani/pedi is a great place deal in the DMV, so I’ll probably return.

It’s been a week since I got a gel full set and my polish is chipping on almost every finger. Not to mention the selection for gel polish was limited.My pedicure was mediocre and left my big toe sore.

Ivys nails is a hidden gem. Focused on being a sanitary nail spot with quality service. During my first visit I received a relaxing spa pedicure from Lena, who was very attentive and kind. My second visit I got a fabulous SNS manicure from Ben, he took his time and did a great job. They really care about the satisfaction of the customer. I will continue to patronize Ivys nails as they do a wonderful job.

I finally found the best nail salon in the DC, MD and VA areas!!! The staff is excellent at their trade and very personable too. I visited them today for the first time and Ben gave me the most beautiful and most excellent pink and white sns nail treatment. I am actually thrilled at how my nails look! If you need a nail salon better go to ivy nails or else youll just be settling for second rate service and looks!!!!

I came here for a pedicure since I heard good reviews. It was nothing special that you cant get at another nail salon, especially for the price. I paid $30 for a basic pedicure because of the orange and flower petal treatment they advertised. They gave me some dumb excuse as to why they cant use the flower petals and tried to charge me more for the orange treatment. When I pointed out that it was included in the service requested, they just tried to upsell me again. Needless to say, the orange treatment was just the technician rubbing an orange on your feet for a few seconds and then rinsing. I can hardly imagine there was much benefit to this technique. In all, I feel as if I paid for something I really didnt receive. But I will say their attitude and demeanor is professional and nice. They even offer you free bottle of water and a snack while youre receiving service.

Ive been going to Ivy Nails every few weeks for a few years now and LOVE it. Theyre super clean, theyre always on time when I make an appointment and they give you cookies and water while you get your service done. Theyre very reasonably priced and even have a happy hour discount in weekdays. Absolutely recommend.

1 year update!! Still the best place in the Huntington area!! Book with Mindi or Heather!!!I absolutely love this place! My technician totally rescued my nails after a horrible incident with another technician of another salon. So professional funny and friendly. I would highly recommend this to anyone whos interested or looking into this place for their nail sets.

I just had my nails done and my overall experience was o.k. - according to my expectations. If you expect great service or nail art, you may be disappointed. I walked in and they took me right away, the lady did a good job with the gel polish, followed all the steps and applied lotion at the end. The nail art lady was not as nice and she seemed quick to get it done, it wasnt terrible but I wouldnt go back for art. They were honest about not being able to do more and the simple stuff was o.k. Overall, the salon is clean, no wait, and the prices are good.

Horrible experience! I asked for an ombre french manicure. They looked fabulous when I left so I tipped and left. Once I got home I walked into a dark room and realized my nails were GLOW IN THE DARK NEON. I didnt even know this was a thing. I went back and explained that im in the military and cant have colored nails. The tech apologized and redid them, cutting my cuticles on 7 fingers. The owner finished my nails and I asked if I can go into their bathroom to make sure the neon was gone. It wasnt. I explained again why I couldnt have them and she started yelling at me telling me I should have asked for non glow the dark nails. She told me to come back later in the day to have then redone. I refused and asked for my money back.. this made her heated. She started yelling at her staff and when another customer complained about something she yelled at her too.the entire salon was quiet and watching as she wasthrowing a fit.0 stars. Will NEVER return.

I go here regularly to get my nails done- I only get SNS on my nails (much healthier than gel and lasts just as long). I like most of their nail techs and there typically isn’t a long wait. I’ve tried other shops *cough cough Mimosa’s cough cough* and hated the service. Ive gone probably about a year and a half now!

Tina is the best and I love the SNS nail system. I get treated so well water and a treat with every visit. The shop is ALWAYS clean and I love that they use disposable items for pedicures.

First time getting my nails done at this place. (March 5,2019) Sure my nail tech did good on the shape of my nails but he was also kind of rude. Kept yanking my hand like excuse me sir why? Also told me my nails were too long ,I’m like if I wanted your opinion I’d ask and he kept harassing me about dip powder, mind you dip is $10 more than what I paid for and I have to tip no thank you. I’m like if I wanted your opinion I’d ask. My pointer nail also broke within a week of me having my nails done(March 11,2019). And my nails are lifting. Ay yi yi I don’t want to go back to this place to have my nails done again. Never never never.Three stars for the shape of my nails being alright.

This is my 2nd review. Ive been a customer almost 6 months now. I was a long time customer of another salon that is close by & seems to be trading off longevity and volume. Bad attitudes and prices that were different from day to day sent me looking elsewhere. I found Ivy Nails which is small, clean and friendly. They have a HUGE selection of the SNS dipping powder ! Ben & Tina are very conscientious and so each of their staff is too. Everybody seems to like working there & it shows. I will keep going.

This salon is very nice. It is so close to my home. I get the SNS manicure and love it. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a good nail shop.

They do a good job, I havent found a nail salon that I like since moving here in 2012. I like ivy nails so far and will return. They are more like the salons Im use to in Texas.

Rude, rushed, and prepare to be talked about in another language. Dishonest, wouldnt honor a coupon - when arrived tried to say it was for a different service than was blatantly written on their advertisement. I do not recommend.

Wasnt going to write a review, but Im kind of tired of going into nail salons with poor customer service. When I came in, the nail tech at the counter said it was too late since they were closing in 15 minutes. However, the guy who manages or owns the place said that I could come in IF I get gel since it dries quicker. We all know that gel is more costly than other services. But since I really needed my nails done, I went along with it. The lady who did my nails was so upset and seemed like she was rushing. I could clearly tell she was talking about me in her language. Thats SO rude and customers know when thats happening. They had the nerve to lie and say shes talking about her family and not the customers. My nail tech even talked about another customers situation to me, which was very unprofessional. I would give only one star; however, one of the nail techs was very nice and made up for the other rude ones. She was very kind and offered me cookies and water. The tech who painted my nails did a great job. But as soon as they were done, the rude nail tech set the alarm and basically had me standing outside in the cold. Luckily my uber came on time or I wouldve been in the cold for sure. This was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had. The service was over priced and the customer service was overall not good. Im never going back there and advise people to not go to this salon.

Clean shop. Polite staff. Wonderful selection of SNS colors ! Good prices. Quiert atmosphere and really comfortable chairs. They gave me water & these light crackers/cookies as a snack - nice touch. Im holding out on the 5th star til I have a pedicure too.

I have now been to this salon twice and will stay until forever.... Recently came from Color Nails/Healthy Nails Spa and left from various disappointments after years of being a customer. Im very picky when it comes to my nails (SNS) and was recommended to try Ivy Nails and to book with Ben... he is the BOMB!!! So funny and makes you comfy....everyone is friendly and strives to make sure you are taken care of. The shop is clean, calm, and makes you relaxed (fell asleep both times LOL)..Got a pedi and brows done on my first trip and was very happy with everything all together.

I got a manicure done by Sunny. When I walked in there was no receptionist so I had to yell across the store to a tech doing someone elses nails with what service I wanted, not professional at all...strike one. I wanted a regular manure with a gel top coat but was advised they cant do that because it takes to long to dry; however, at all other salons, Ive recieved this service, strike two. I was asked to pay for the service before it was complete, strike three. Their eyebrow wax station is simply a chair in the corner of the room, which i happened to be sitting next to, so I heard every conversation between the wax tech and customer getting a wax..not relaxing at all, strike five. Sunny put 2 counts of polish and then IMMEDIATELY put the top coat on. When I asked if the polish was dry yet, he said yes..which I knew it wasnt. Later that day I had air bubbles on each and every nail which ruined the entire manicure. Final stike. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else.

Ladies, FIND ANOTHER NAIL SALON that wont talk about you and that will appreciate your hard earned money!!! This shop was clean like other reviews say. However, the nail techs are very UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially the lady who I believe was the owner, Tina, because she was very distracted with other things going on in the shop while she was doing my nails. Im Vietnamese but they assumed that I was Korean so they continued to talk BADLY about every single customer, including me and my friend. Regretfully, I did leave a good tip because she did a decent job. But that wasnt even appreciated because she said in Vietnamese the Korean girl left me a big tip on a $30 pedicure. She said it with a tone like why would someone tip that much on a regular pedicure. That was the last straw for me.
