I worked there for 3 1/2 years. I loved the staff and the clients I served. I went through numerous of state surveys without deficiencies and never would get any extra for all the hard work. It got to the point that one particular administrator was intimidated by me, and just wanted to make my life horrible. I ended up leaving. The sad thing is those clients since I left hasn’t had the love and fairness of what they should have. I believe to truly better serve the clients you learn them. You learn their strengths and weaknesses. You learn what they need to be able to live a successful life. You right their programming based on that and now that is not the case and I really truly feel like this agency is failing the clients they serve. I am glad I did work there for those times and I am so glad that I was able to make just a small difference in this clients lives.
