My 7 yr old needed stitches removed and we had a great experience. We were in and out in about 20 min. Dr. Noel was great, heard wonderful things and he didn’t disappoint. His nurse was great as well. Very friendly staff, glad we have high quality Drs not far from our rural area.The Dr even called after which says a lot.

I dont know why I didnt do this last year but this is the full experience. I have a rare condition that was recognized on the first visit by Dr. Noel. He knew time was not on my side and expedited the necessary treatment to stop it in its tracks. Im someone hard to slow down but had too. 4 months later I returned back to work with all my facilities. Dr. Noel knows his stuff and knows what to do and how to get you cured. Dont play around. I saw my GP for three months before I met Dr. Noel.

I HAVE USE NASAL SPRAY FOR MANY YRS. I NEEDED IT TO BREATH BECAUSE OF NASAL CONGESTION. I DIDN`T KNOW THERE WAS A FIX FOR MY CONDITION UNTIL I VISIT RED RIVER ENT. MY DOCTOR WAS DR. JOSEPH A BADEAUX. AFTER LISTENING TO ME & EXAMING ME, HE SAID THERE IS A FIX & YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO USE NASAL SPRAY ANYMORE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE THIS WAS HAPPENING. I USE NASAL SPRAY FOR 40 YRS. THE DIAGNOSIS WAS NASAL SEPTAL DEVIATION. THE PROCEDURE WAS SEPTOPASTY. HE DID THIS AT CENTRAL LA SURGICAL HOSPITAL ON NORTH BOLTON ON 12/09/2019. WELL GUESS WHAT...IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW & I HAVE NOT USE NASAL SPRAY SINCE...WELL DONE DR. BADEAUX...WELL DONE !!...THANKS !

I love the doctors here , they have help me so much everyone in this office is so nice and friendly and are there to help with any and everything you need.

We were here for Physical therapy.

When I say these people work FAAAST... I mean it! 😯My child a scheduled appointment last Thursday for 2:30 p.m. I signed in at 1:40 p.m; waited no more than 5 minutes... And was out in 20 minutes. Dr. Christian Wold was very considerate & patient with my son - knowing he was ASD/ADHD🤔. And when a cauterization was needed to stop a nosebleed, the staff wasted NO TIME with scheduling. 🤗I may have to get my doctor to refer me here as a patient 😆

I wish that all doctors offices were as professional and supportive as Red River ENT.

I am sure all the ENT specialists are great. I ,however, had Dr. Daniel Noel. I have no complaints. He did a septoplasty on me. Everything came out great. Breathing through my nose after not being able to for 14 years. He took really great care of me. Very friendly, and professional. Thanks Dr. Noel for the “nose job!” -Bryan

I was referred for a sleep study but had a family emergency and had to reschedule. I called a d told them i would be leaving the area soon to care for family and the got me in in just a couple of days. The sleep study center was clean and organized. Ron was professional and friendly and prepared me for the study. Over all it was a good experience.

Dr Guillory is the best!! Great with kids!

Dr Noel is friendly, dont treat you like a cow. He listens to your complaints and takes the time to listen. The waiting room is big and open.

During my time working there, I witness the most money-hungry practices, including low pay to an incredibly hard working staff. Unfortunately, they are now the only game in town. Id highly suggest seeing a practitioner outside of Alexandria that is more interested in patient care and less interested in equating their practices the Walmart of the ENT world (quote stated by one of the physicians).

The doctor we saw here is Awesome!

My wife had one of the most serious cases of sleep apnea; and all these people do is keep asking for more and more money, waiting time is resiculous for appointments. And also didnt tell her a cheaper way to get tested until my wifes insurance denied her. No respect from this money hungry place.

The staff was nice ,clean , and helpful

I would not reccomend seeing Dr. Web as he missed important things wrong with my ears that led to me nearly losing all my hearing in my right ear. He doesnt listen to patients when they tell him whats going on.
