Very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Explained the difference in hearing aids and what I would get from each kind. Took her time with me and I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. Also got some clarity about how the insurance works with TruHearing. Felt very comfortable and would recommend HearLife Minnesota.

So pleased with the service we received at HearLife. Andrea and the her staff were so wonderful to work with, were accommodating when scheduling appointments, and working to make sure my hearing aids were working the best to serve my needs.

Great customer service and communication throughout my time dealing with hearlife. I have very minor hear loss, but mostly caused by tinnitus. Didnt sell me a hearing aid that had technology I wouldnt use. Rather, they listened to my wants & needs to find the best device for me.Thank you. Go here and not a big box wholesaler who cant give you the good service.

Waited several months to send a review so I wouldn’t end up having to eat my words. But I can clearlysay the this whole experience with my first hearing aids has far, far, far exceeded all expectations and fears.I could go on and on about my Widex 440’s. I really regret that I waited (denied my moderate hearing loss) far too long. I had heard too many people say that were very frustrated with getting their first hearing aids. Perhaps it was their brand or more possibly their own attitude. I’d just say to anyone dragging their feet to “get over it”. I think that it’s those who wait too long who will have a much harder time adjusting to wearing hearing aids.Call your health insurance company or Supplemental to see what possible benefits you might (or might not!) qualify for. Then get your credit card out. Be patient with your new devices. Give your brain enough time to learn to hear well again. Wear them every day every waking moment. It does take a little time (2 or 3 weeks) to start hearing close to normally again. It’s a combo of your attitude, a quality high tech brand and good initial instructions.I just re-read what I wrote here and it sounds like a paid commercial. It honestly isn’t. At least I haven’t rec’d my check yet.
