My first experience getting inner-ear impressions/molds done, was with Dr. Gia Santivasi at the Sherwood Hall location! What a Joy it was to have her take Care of Me! This Gentle Giant was Professional while still Be-ing warm and accommodating; like having a moment with a new found friend… Answered any questions I had and gave me clarity around any misunderstandings! It was a Cherished experience!I subsequently had to end up getting roughly 7pairs of molds made before they were “Accepted” by the company that was creating my custom inner-ear monitors. Another Audiologist, Dr. Emalee Danner was looped in as well. Dr. Gia was the epitome of Grace each time and only sought to make things right! She is a treasured jewel and sweet spirit whom I will Always Be Appreciative of!

I was having significant dizziness and was not entirely sure where to start- but it felt like it was coming from my ear so I went here. I saw Dr. Voight who was very thorough with his exam and decided to send me for a dizzy test. I underwent the test with Dr. Danner who was extremely kind in spite of me having a bit of a dramatic reaction to one of the tests. Dr Voight called me with the results and gave me treatment options. Everyone was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend this practice if needed.

The staff at Alexandria Hearing Centers are great with kids. My two year old had a hearing test and Dr. Santivasi & Dr. Danne made him feel very comfortable and reassured. Thank you for your time and providing excellent care.

My testing experience was better than excellent! I arrived with a significant hearing loss in both ears due to my general aging process. I walked out following a professional hearing test administered by a welcoming, well prepared audiologist, Kelli Pilson, my hearing aids were matched, programmed, fitted and Bluetooth connected to my android phone while I was in their office. I felt totally comfortable with them as I exited the building and heard the birds singing in the trees above me. Please dont hesitate to visit this office if you find yourself in need.

They took the time to hear my issue and make me comfortable enough to trust them to do their job.
