My LG phone was not charging completely and would quickly lose any charge it took. I called Tech Clinic and they were able to check out my phone, tell what was wrong, and give me an accurate quote that day. I needed a new charge port and battery. They ordered the parts that came in within a week. I took my phone back when the parts came in and they installed them in a little over an hour while I waited. Tech Clinic was very responsive and did a great job. I was dreading trying to get my phone repaired, but they made it easy and affordable.

Excellent service! We agreed everything over the phone. I sent him pictures of my broken screen so he can assess the damage and price. He came to my address to pick up the phone and few hours later brought it back, fixed ofc! He brings card machine, so you dont have to have cash with you!

Tech Clinic is an absolute gem! It provides hands down the best service. It is so rare to find a business that actually cares and values its customers and this place does that and so much more. I break the screen on my phone all the time. Have probably been to 6 or 7 repair shops in the Alexandria area. Just discovered this place around the corner from my home in Old Town. Super service. Responsive. Elman runs the place and is very courteous and professional. Said he’d have it done in 45 minutes or less and he did it in 30.Unfortunately, I’ll be back. But fortunately I know he’s here now.

I went to the Tech Clinic a few weeks ago. My computer was showing a message on screen: “boot or device not found”. In first instance I was trying to ask for an estimated price in a few different places and Elman was the only one who actually replied giving an estimated cost. Then I brought it in and he was very patient and understanding. He said it wasn’t worth it trying to fix my computer, so I went for the Data Recovery service. He was very kind in waiting for a few weeks until I could get the product I needed for him to finish the job. I even went to see him again once to ask more information about the issue on my computer (because I know nothing about computers!). He kindly gave his best explanations and recommendations. In the end, the job was done really fast and he was constantly keeping in touch with me to let me know what he was doing. The price was also excellent. I broke the screen on a 3rd Gen (2018) iPad Pro 12.9”. Apple offered to fix it for $650, so I passed and set about looking for other repair options. Also I ran rates on other tech repair stores and the was the least expensive.I walked in with a shattered screen and black lines across the phone that I wasn’t sure would go away even with a screen replacement. Tech Clinic has saved me twice in the past week during this pandemic. First, my laptop charger failed and they were able to fix up my MacBook Air, once I got a new charger at Best Buy, so that its once again operational. I rarely post reviews but I had to share my experience.... I literally searched iWatch repair near me and Tech Clinic was an easy decision simply based off of the reviews and five star rating. I really tread lightly when it comes to five star rating, but he was everything and more! I dropped off the watch around 10am and he hand DELIVERED it back same day after he closed up around 8pm. The stainkess steel watch looked brand new and worked even better that before! I definitely recommend Tech Clinic for any electronic repairs after this experience.

Well luckily it was Sunday and I didn’t have to go to work, I woke up late because my phone’s battery was dead due to not charging properly.Went to Apple store and after a long time waiting in line some one came and started looking around the phone, and he said that they don’t fix, repair or replace iPhone charging port, and they offered me to buy a new phone, Really? Just because they want to sell new products doesn’t mean that don’t repair the product that they sold. It is not professional from Apple.Walked out and started searching for local phone repair stores and found Tech Clinic, went there and the Elman (the technician) looked at the phone and went over everything regarding the charging port and what should I use and how should I use to keep the phone out of trouble. It took him not more than 30 minutes to replace the charging port and he also replaced a screen protector.
