I brought my phone in to have the screen reconnected. I was promptly provided with a diagnosis and a pickup date 2 days later. While fixing my screen, there was a software problem with the phone, which the mechanics addressed free of charge. Very reliable and professional. Saved me from buying a whole new phone for a manageable price.

Cracked my work laptop screen, and Computer & Cellular had a replacement on-hand they were able to install the same day I brought it in. It was a Saturday and pretty busy, but the whole thing only took a couple hours from drop-off to pickup. The gentleman was careful to point out a couple minor scratches I wouldnt have otherwise noticed (but was discounted for!), on the replacement... Still in better shape than the original before I cracked it! Very honest business! Everything is working well. 👍

I took my daughters chrome book for repair here, the screen was cracked. I found this place using my neighborhood app, a couple people recommended it. I was skeptical at first because I saw there were some bad reviews however I took the laptop because they are really close to me and my daughter uses her chromebook for virtual school. I received the laptop back within a week, brand new screen working just as it did before! Im glad I didnt let a couple bad reviews deter me because these guys were professional, friendly and the price was fair also. I definitely recommend using them.

I have had these guys fix my broken cell phone screens in the past and they have always been great, but my experience with this company today was excellent! So I went in with a broken camera on my phone. The gentlemen told me it would be $65 and to give him an hour to fix it. I came back in 45 min, the phone was already done and they only charged me $45 for the fix! Now that’s what I call great service! Highly recommend using these guys for any computer or cell phone repairs you may have.

This place was a life saver! I brought my computer in on a Wednesday at 10am after windows crashed and would not boot. Malik explained the different options available and the price for each. By the end of the same day, they had completely repaired everything, saving nearly all 900K files and reinstalling Windows 10. When I picked it up, the price was exactly what was quoted, and they even suggested a few additional components that were nearing the end of their useful life but without the hard sell. Very professional, excellent quality, I will definitely be going back.

Broke my iphone screen twice in one week, each time I came 30 min-1 hour before closing and they were able to fix my screen very fast (screen has no lag either which happens a lot after getting the screen replaced).I have an iphone7 and the price was $69 which in my opinion is a great price compared to other places. Even put on a free screen protector the second time I came in which was very nice of him.Will definitely recommend this place to friends.

Took an iPhone 6 for an antenna replacement, and was told it would be about an hour and a half for the job, but also be advised sometimes the phone may be damaged beyond repair. I got a call 30 minutes later telling me the phone was finished. Great work, super nice guys, and quick turn around. My shop of choice moving forward.

I had my iPhone checked out because the speaker was very faint and it was difficult to hear a caller. They checked, cleaned the speaker and it sounds great. All done in less than an hour. Everyone at the store was helpful and friendly. They made sure I knew what the potential charges could be and the lowest cost option solved my issue.

Good place, fair and good quality service. Prepare to wait a bit. Theyll tell you theyll do diagnostics in 24 hours and then call you, but itll take them a good few days. But, they do good work and have very fair prices.

I was very pleased with the service they provided. I needed to replace 2 Samsung Galaxy S6&7 batteries. The rates were reasonable and it only took an hour or so while I went and grabbed a coffee. They also gave me a discount for my military service.

I dropped my phone and cracked the LCD. Since I had never had a phone repaired before, I was a little skeptical, but now I am convinced! The service was fantastic, quick, and very reasonably priced. Am planning to go back to get my battery replaced since they are charging MUCH less than Apple for the service.

When my laptop stopped working, I was very worried that it had crashed and that I would lose important files, especially photos. I saw Computer and Cellular on my way to work and decided to stop by and ask a few questions. The guy I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and the prices were reasonable so I took my computer in the next day. They looked at it, turned it on and it starting working! I was thrilled. They could have told me there was something wrong with it and charged me to fix it and I would never have been the wiser. I appreciate what they did and if I ever have a real problem, I would definitely take my computer back to this business!

I have had nothing but very good experiences here - and several of them. They have fixed a laptop and a cell phone for me (screens) at lower price than what the big stores would charge, and they have given me fair price for other laptops and phones that dont work, so they can use the parts on other devices. I have found them to be very honest and straightforward. I will not go back to the Apple Store or Geek Squad or places like that, because you get a run-around, you dont get to speak directly to the tech person, and they want very high prices to do anything, usually involving sending your device away and waiting. There is none of that with these guys.

Came to Computer and Cellular (this review is in reference to the customer service/attitude received at this location after stopping by to pickup an item. As I arrive to complete my transaction the item I reserved was provided to someone else. This was something I needed immediately so it was stressful.My is with the customer service provided...the young man working at the time was very nonchalant and more focused on letting me know that it wasnt their fault than working on a solution. Eventually, I ended up driving across town to get a similar item. Will not use this company again because of the customer service.

Called ifixphones in Springfield first because they had many reviews. The dude on the phone was a complete a**. Wasn’t friendly. Said he was going to charge $140 for a service that should have been much cheaper. Quoted 2 hour service time. Decided to try somewhere else and found these guys.The guys inside Computer & Cellular couldn’t have been more friendly. Friendly on the phone and in person. Only charged me $50 for the same service and quoted 45 minute service time. My phone was ready when I showed up and functioning perfectly. Couldn’t be more happy about going here. I had tried to do the repair myself and brought my phone to them in about 30 pieces 😂 needless to say I’ll call them next time lol

After reading other reviews on Google about this place, I decided to give it a shot after stupidly getting an SD card stuck in my phone. They took a look at it, said they could definitely get it removed (they had to crack the phone open to do so) and even gave me the price up front so I knew what I was getting myself into before they even did anything. No tricks, great service, would definitely recommend.

Its not typical of small companies to do this, but I was offered an IPhone 6s as an upgrade from my IPhone 6 to accommodate my loss. The IPhone 6s is brand new and has worked wonderfully for a week. Its was $150 dollars to replace my broken I phone 6s screen. I called same day- It took them about an hour, and they were very nice. They even notifyed me they have a 30 day warranty.

My 3 year old iPhone 5s broke, somehow the teeth for the charging cable jammed. I did not have time to go to an Apple Store and found this place online. Highly recommended! For $45 they replaced the charging port. It took two trips, the first time they used an after market piece so Touch ID did not work, went back 2 days later and he swapped it to an original piece. Each trip phone was ready in 30 minutes. 👍🏼

I got my brand new Pixel 2 phone, and I was so excited that...I INSERTED THE WRONG SIZE SIM CARD UGHHHH. Took it to Lapfix, they couldnt get it out. Took it to Verizon, they said go to the goofy place near Shoppers. The place next to Shoppers - they sent me to Computer & Cellular. SO GLAD THEY DID!The building doesnt look like much but inside, these guys are MAGICAL and were able to fix my phone! I was prepared to buy insurance and and file a claim ($200+) but they fixed it in like an hour for $35! SEE - MAGICAL!Any time I need anything I will go to them first. I was planning for the worst and they came to the rescue. Incredibly grateful!

Took my note here to get fixed. There was one person in the store he was helping a older women with her laptop. While the laptop was powering up he asked me what I was here for. The laptop came up and he looked at it for a min then went back to me. The woman was trying to ask him a question and he didnt answer her. The guy took it to the back. Came back a few minutes later and said yep it is bad. I asked if it can be fixed the guy said no we cant fix it. As he hands the phone back he said we can fix it but will most likely break the screen. Thought the guy was kind of rude to the older women. It was like he didnt want to do anything.

OK folks, this is how much I was impressed with these guys. I had to create a Google account (MAC user), then create a Google profile and give more personal information to that system just so I could write this review. I showed up less than an hour before closing and the gladly fixed my broken iPhone 5 screen in about 30 minutes. Cost was minimal and they were welcoming and friendly. I have passed by this place for years and never thought to stop in, but Im sure glad I did. Service for me was wonderful and Id recommend them to anyone else - even if you have to create a Google+ account!

Took my Nexus 6P in for a battery swap, they knocked it out in less than an hour. They were even kind enough to let my daughter watch them work on another phone they were fixing.
