I shouldve known to not even waste my time here. The moment I walked in the lady in front of me was arguing with the store employee. I came in because I needed my phone screen repaired. My boyfriend had called earlier that morning and they quoted the repair at $170. When I got there, the employee who later said his name was Tom, told me there was no way I was given that quote. He walked to the back to consult with whomever was back there and came back saying it was going to be $300+. LOL. I asked him if I could speak to the person in the back since clearly it wasnt him that my boyfriend had spoken to. He flatly said No, Im not getting him from the back and dismissed me. Rude, inconsiderate, and poor customer service. Im filing a complaint with the BBB. I ended up getting my phone screen fixed somewhere else for less than $200:)

I had a badly cracked screen on an iPhone 6 after a hard drop on a tile floor. The phone itself worked perfectly fine and charged fine. So just the screen needed repaired. Made an appointment and got there a half hour early. They got started on it right away and at the end of an hour I returned and my phone was as good as new. Saved me about $60 from taking it to Apple. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing. Walked in with my iPhone 7 in real rough shape... Home button didnt work, the entire top third of my phone had stopped responding to my touch, shattered the screen over the front camera... It was bad. I walked in hoping they could fix the screen, not expecting it to resolve any of the touch or home button issues, but after 2 hours my phone is as good as new. The guys were straightforward with me - the water damage I had meant it was a 50/50 gamble if it would work at all or be a total waste of money - but they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. Hopefully I wont need to, but Ill certainly be back again.

I have an IPhone SE. (yeah, some consider it to be a 2 yr old dinosaur). I needed a new power charging port. Thomas fixed it in less than an hour. Thanks Thomas! Ive been here before for batteries and phone fixes. They are always courteous and professional and their prices are reasonable. Which is why I come back.

The repair itself was fine. The service was really disappointing. I was given a one week repair time. I went in after 2 weeks and no call. Was told it was sent out, but should come soon. Two weeks later, I went it again. Same story and limited info. After 6 weeks, I called and ended up getting a very clear, logical explanation, but that would have been helpful at the start to manage expectations.

IPhone battery was replaced easily. The work was fitted into my schedule, and I did not have to wait before picking it up. The phone works well and the battery does not seem to lose power as quickly.

Brought my iphone in for touchscreen replacement and it looks like new! I made an appointment about two hours in advance and still got a ten dollar discount and they got the job done half as long as it would’ve taken without an appointment even though i was half an hour late! I also left my wallet there and they called me right away.

I went in to replace my battery on my Samsung Note 5. When I was rung up I ask about the 10 dollar coupon which they didnt not want to apply to my battery replacement purchase. After contacting their headquarters, i was able to get the coupon properly applied. They returned my phone damage: Paint has been removed and the back cover does not close all the way. Manager not in the store, and I unable to get it repaired thus far.

An overall good experience. I brought an iPhone 7 in with a cracked screen and it was repaired after just over an hour.I knew if I spent the time to fix the screen myself it would have costed me much less, but it was worth having it done quickly.However, the quality of the screen replaced is not as good and very subtle blue tones (RGB colors) so far are present making the colors a little unbalanced.
