They quickly replaced my iPhone touch screen within 30 minutes and a fraction of the cost at other places. The staff were friendly and helpful too. Great work.

The screen they replaced has lag issues. It is very unresponsive and a pain to use because it freezes up in the middle of doing anything.

I had a great experience in that place, in less than an hour they solved my problem on the cell phone. They are honest and hardworking people, they also speak fluent Spanish and are very polite and nice. I recommend.

I took my phone to get fixed and the service was terrible .The glass was so cheap I tapped it a little too hard and the whole screen blanked out. I went to get it fixed and they told me I dropped it.

I highly recommend these guys. Their service was fast, professional, and cheaper than ANYONE in town. My phone was completely nonfunctional when I took it in. iTouch diagnosed and repaired my phone very quickly. These guys are the best!!!!

The Alexandria location is really clean, well lit and organized. It was affordable and the guy who helped me was nice and he didn’t badger me or try to up-sale me. I would definitely go back and recommend iTouch (hopefully I don’t break my phone again).

I went into the center because the screen I paid this place to fix broke. I got the screen fixed from this place under a year ago. I went into the place and the man working said that there was no record of me or the any of the transactions I had done previously. I have used this place on 3 different occasions, but the day I come to ask about the screen they fixed and why it broke, there’s no record of my business. Well... my bank account has the transactions on it. Don’t use this place!!!! Bad business and they do not stand behind their work!!! Don’t waste your money or time!

I walked in, stressed because my home button broke on my phone and I really didn’t want to buy a new one. Tony looked at for two seconds, said no problem give me thirty minutes. An absolutely horrible experience.I was quoted one price, 5 days to order part in, and a two hour repair. I ordered the part, paid the deposit and, 5 days later, returned. I left my phone, was told two hours to repair. I arrived back two hours later, and am told that they ordered the wrong part, and that they would have the correct part brought from the warehouse the next day. They apologized, and promised to have my device back to me the next day.At close of business the next day I got a text that the part still had not arrived and they would have it first thing the following day. Im now two days without a phone!The next day rolled around 4:30pm and the shop tells me they still havent gotten the part from Arlington! I could drive there and back in an hour! I asked for a number for a manager, called the Arlington office, and suddenly, the part was en route. I received a message from the shop about 45 minutes later that the tech had the part, the phone would be ready around 7pm.I picked it up last night. I looks right, and has worked, for about half a day. Now the screen has a blue tint to it. If I tap the side of the phone against my hand, then the blue goes away for short while. After a little while, it comes back, it seems like something is loose inside the phone. I am trying to reach them, but so far I keep getting told to call back in 20 minutes, we are busy. I will update this once I have pressed them on the warranty that came with the repair and let others know if it is made right. In the meantime, my words are words of warning to any who consider shopping here for a repair. 2 days without a phone, and then a shoddy repair. BUYER BEWARE.Nota Bene: Please observe that nearly all of their reviewers below have 1- 4 reviews, a common observation when a company hires bots to prop up a languishing rating. Im not saying I know thats what they did, but after this experience, I have my doubts.

My battery was no longer holding a charge so I stopped by Itouch to get an estimate on the fix. Julio was friendly, informative, and very helpful. He called back to verify the phone version to ensure he ordered the right battery, and i received both emails and phone calls when the battery came in. The work was done by the time i returned from a yoga class next door. Phone is working great again! I highly recommend iTouch. Quality service and great prices!

I took my phone here to get my headphone jack fixed, my screen, my microphone, and my speaker. When I came to pick it up I thought it wouldve been working and they fixed the problem like every other time I went here but the problem was not fixed. They told me they were going to need some time to fix it so I gave them an entire month. After a month of waiting for my phone I pick it up and pay 140 an additional 70 $ charge for fixing everything else but the screen and my phone was still broken. Everything is the same it was before I gave it to them except the screen. This place has terrible technicians and needs to get a whole new crew.

The service was fast, efficient, and delivered on time. The store carried the parts for my wifes older iPhone.

Wife dropped her phone, so we took it in to get the screen repaired. Fast turn around time, nice people, they get 1 star for that.When I picked it up, he demonstrated that the phone worked, I checked the camera, electronics worked fine. It had one of those flimsy new - screen protectors on, I saw bubbles under the protector but figured it was fine. They said it was a new screen, I assumed it would be in mint condition so i didnt bother rejoining the protector and just took it home.Big mistake.Removed the plastic and noticed a 1 cm diameter chip in the bottom corner. With the protector on, it just looked like one of the many bubbles. This is about 10 minutes after i picked it up, I call them back to tell them. The guy says it will be a couple days for them to get a replacement.A week passes, have heard nothing from them. Wife calls them back, they say they need to talk to the supervisor and they will call her after. Ok, 2 calls 2 different responses, kinda odd but letting it go.Another week passes, still no word from them, I call and get their voicemail. I leave a message asking for a call back. 24 hours later I have heard nothing do I go into the store. They tell me they didnt get my voicemail from the night before and of the 2 calls before that, only the second one got recorded in their system. They then say that the chip looks like it was dropped so they wont replace it. They would give a 60% discount on a new screen, but a replacement was out of the picture. Completely different from what the first guy had told us.Given that the phone was in my possession the whole 10 minutes before i realized it was broken, I think I would know if I had dropped it. Which leads me to believe they dropped it before giving it back to me and just hoped I wouldnt notice it.Yes, its my fault for not thoroughly checking the screen when I picked it up, but good customer service would address any issues before they occur such as telling me to remove the cover and examine the screen. Or at the very least, give some sort of disclaimer that when I leave the store any issues I find will no longer be their problem.In summary, good people, terrible communication and shady service. Will not be returning.

The team here did a great job fixing my iPads broken screen. I dropped it off on Saturday morning and was gicen an estimate of Sunday afternoon, or worst case, Monday morning. I received a text from the store on Saturday night that it was ready for pickup and $10 less than was quoted. I couldnt be happier with their service and turnaround time. Thanks!!

I took my iPad in after half of it was accidentally dunked in water for a second. They had me pay $30 in cash to dry it out and do a diagnostics check. The iPad was working fine, but had some visible water droplets on the screen. I actually was streaming music on it on the way to their store. Two days after leaving it, they called and said that I ought to have the LED replaced, but it was still working. They gave me a quote of $191. I said No thank you, I can live with a few water droplets; Ill come straight over and get it. Seconds later they called me back and said, As we started to put it back together, the LED blew and now it does not work.So, I dropped off my iPad and it was working, I picked it up and it was totally useless. Also, I looked up the cost of the replacement LED and it was $50. I do not recommend this place -- they have questionable ethics, business practices, and poor technical skill.

Been going back and forth on upgradinging or getting my phone repaired. So today after church and lunch we see a sign for iPhone repair. We go over to see if it is even open on a Sunday AND the day before a holiday and they were!!!!!I spoke with Julio who explained what their process was, how long it would take and the warranty.We also ask about other repairs for another item and decided to leave my iPhone for repair and go get the other item (iPad).When we return Julio had completed giving my phone a new screen and I tested the phone and I could see the screen!!!! and everything has been working as before the screen went out.Julio did recommend I get a better case.I really did not want to pay a ridiculous amount but I asked if he had any reasonably price like the flip case he had for the iPhone 7. He said he thought so, he thought someone had ordered one but changed their mind and he found it!!!! And best of all it was a pearlized pink!!! Which is great since I also sell Mary Kay Cosmetics!Julio was very professional and personable. The prices are great! I have already recommended this location to family and will let others that may need their service know about it as well.So while I will be keeping my iPhone 5, I will be even more happy that I do not need to get a new phone with Sprint. They ran a check on the entire phone, replaced the screen, installed a tempered glass screen protector for less than $100.00. The Apple Store wanted $299.00 With a two hour wait to replace the phone (no screen protector). The ITouch Repair shop in Alexandria at the Landsdown Center had me in and out for less than $100.00 and under 30 mins. Crisis for my daughter avoided. Okay maybe not completely avoided because she had a melt down when the screen shattered. But dad is a hero again. Just call me Super Dad, I can fix anything.......
