Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company for home improvement projects. Their poor performance and irresponsibility ruined my project. In fact, I had to cancel the contract half-way through. For background, my project was to replace a kitchen countertop with a butcher block countertop. I provided the butcher block countertop, and that was the only material I wanted to use in the kitchen (No tiles, or anything else). The job was to remove the current countertop, cut the butcher block countertop to measurements and install it. Per my request, they came one day to analyze the work to be done, estimate the duration, and provide an estimate cost. They estimated to do the job in one day, something that called my attention, because before I hired them, other companies came to do a similar appraisal and they estimated at least 2 days to complete the job.They started work on a Wednesday after arriving one-hour late, and not telling me anything about the delay. By the end of Wednesday, they told me they needed to go back to their office to make more cuts on the countertop with a specialized cutting machine, so they have to come back the next day or possibly two days later (Friday) to finish the job. In other words, my concerns about the duration of the job was correct, and they underestimated the work to be done. The next day they never came back or called to give me a status. I had to call them that afternoon (Thursday) to ask for a status. They told me their cutting machine was broken and could not finish the job that day, and more likely not even the following day (And the weekend was coming) I was astonished to learn that so late, after no-call and no-show. In other words, they hid the problem from me for about half a day; a very irresponsible act that caused my loss of trust on them. They suggested to use tiles to finish the job. I had to reject that suggestion, because I already paid for the butcher block material, we had plenty of it to complete the job, and did not want to incur in more expenses. Besides, using tiles was not part of the original agreement.At the end, they could not complete the job after three days of work. They only worked for two days, but the job was not going to be completed even in three days, and I had no functional kitchen (And the weekend arrived), so I decided to cancel the job and look for another company. I wish they would have informed me about their issue with the cutting machine earlier, so we could have planned for an alternative solution while the kitchen was not functional. Imagine not having a kitchen for 5 days including the weekend! They excluded me from the problem, and that was a critical mistake. If you are paying a company to do a job for you, you always want to know if there are any issues. They still charged me 75% of the total bill, but they did not even complete 50% of the job. They did not send me an official bill, but just an email with a final amount, so I paid for services that I don’t know, and probably were not provided. I could have challenged this mediocre business practice, but at that point, I just wanted to move on and solve my problem. The only positive comment (And that is why I gave them 1 star) I can make about this company is their affordable prices. If you decide to hire this company, I strongly recommend to closely supervise their work, stay informed about work performance, and be prepared for unexpected issues.

I was impressed with the prompt response to my request and how quick Daniel was able to come out to the house. I called Friday afternoon and he came Monday. He was prompt, and professional. He was honest and reasonable in price. Would not hesitate to recommend or use him again.

I had a number of fixes to my home and basement bathroom remodeled. Very good finished results. Love the look and feel of my new bathroom. Easy to work with on the kind of results I was looking for.

We had Daniel and his team remove wood rot from the bottom of our door frame. They did an excellent job and we would recommend them to anyone. Grade A work!

I’ve never owned a home or needed renovations done until the beginning of this year. I’m so glad I went to Home Depot for recommendations or I never would have been connected with Daniel and his team. I had a very short amount of time between my lease running out and needing to move in but that didn’t stop these guys from getting all of my requests done. They covered up my popcorn ceiling, raised my kitchen cabinets, built me a free standing pantry cabinet, fully renovated my bathroom from an old tub to a stand up shower, replaced all of the bathroom tile and placed tile up the walls, painted all of the walls with the colors of my choosing, and did a stacked stone wall over my fireplace. I still have them stopping by for random things like hanging pictures, fixing outlets, and they just replaced my hot water heater the same day I called to say it was out. I can’t say enough good things about Daniel, Pedro, Hugo, and the rest of the team that helped make my condo beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend them for the work AND the price. Five stars from me!
