We recently hired Alexandria kitchen and bath shop to do a complete remodel of our master bathroom. It turned out to be a fantastic decision! We’ve been enjoying the finished product for a few weeks now. The bathroom looks beautiful and exceeded our high expectations.Our remodeling process started with a preliminary inquiry to several different bathroom remodelers. Melissa, from the Kitchen and Bath Shop, got back to us nearly immediately. We set up an on-site visit for her to see our space. From the first time we met Melissa at our house - we knew we were in great hands. She took detailed measurements, listened to what we wanted and offered her suggestions. She then left and went to work designing our new bathroom.We drove up a week or so later for the design meeting. Melissa unveiled her design - in 3D - on an enormous computer monitor in their showroom. It looked amazing! She was extremely prepared and had also organized samples of each of the materials she selected. We really liked everything she picked. We did, however, have a few specific ideas for lights and showers. She was so accommodating in working with us to change the design to find the exact ones we wanted. In the end, she designed for us our modern dream master bathroom.When we were completely happy with the design, they gave us a price estimate for this remodel. It was not the lowest number we received, but it was highly competitive. It was also the final price, there would be no surprise added costs to worry about. The deciding factor for us, however, was that this redesign was by far the nicest quality!Work started in less than two weeks. We had heard horror stories of people having the wait months. The workers were great; very competent, friendly and respectful of our home. They stayed until the planned work was done - never leaving just because the clock said it was time to go - and always carefully cleaned up before departing. Steven was the project lead and he was awesome to work with. He explained to us what they were going to do that day and asked us when he had a question. He even offered helpful suggestions from time to time. We were blown away by the quality of workmanship and the attention to detail. They even happily came back to change the shower fixture after we thought we were done (and after they received the final payment) as we discovered we were not completely happy with the one we initially selected.As you can tell, we our absolutely thrilled with new bathroom and our experience with the team from the Kitchen and Bath Shop. We would highly recommend Alexandria Kitchen and Bath Shop to anyone looking for a top-quality remodel.

We decided to remodel our home to get it ready for the sale. We began contacting contractors. What a headache! But once I got together with Marco, things ran unbelievably smoothly. They included permit and architectural drawings which helped us in getting everything sooner. Seriously, we just kept waiting for the ball to drop and it never did. In short, we did a full kitchen remodeling, 2 bathrooms, attic, basement, outside brick, siding work, fixing deck. I couldnt be more happy! there were numerous contractors working on our project and all of them were great. Very helpful, very concerned that things went well for us, and that we knew what was happening at all times. Their attention to detail was amazing. This was a huge job and they rolled right on with it like the true professionals that they are. Staff was great about communicating to me about their work flow and what I should expect to see coming next. Whats amazing was how coordinated everything was.

Marko and his team were first-rate, top-notch, honest professionals who built our backyard deck in late Summer 2020.He patiently worked with us on a number of design iterations / budgets as our plans and materials changed throughout the process (ended up being able to make paint wood work within our budget). They also honored their price quote even when lumber costs had gone up from time of quote -> actual construction date, given COVID-related supply shortages, which was definitely appreciated.They were very communicative around timing for when theyd be able to do the job given the extraordinary demand / job pipeline that they had during the summer, and they were able to get to our job and finish when they said they would.The on-site team were great guys, professional, and hard-working / diligent. When our outside-electrical outlets had issues, they dealt with it by bringing in a portable generator so they could meet the deadline, and did so without complaints (though I can imagine it was frustrating at the time). The final product was great - Jose and his team had excellent attention to detail, and we were and continue to be very happy with our new deck.Overall, very trustworthy and top-notch professionals all-around!

We had the very best bathroom remodel experience with Kitchen Bath Shop. We looked for several estimates, with theirs right in the middle as far as price, but way above the rest as far as detail and professionalism. From beginning to end, this was painless. The final invoice was very close to the original bid, and the job was finished in exactly the amount of time promised. Johan, our lead designer, was wonderful to work with. He is patient, accommodating, and a very talented designer. The finished result is exactly what I had hoped for. I highly recommend Kitchen Bath Shop!

They installed LVP and a new kitchen island with electric outlets with USB ports. Adrian, the project Mgr was very responsive and took care of any issues that arose.

It was super easy and productive to work with Marko.He had great ideas, but was also immediately on board with our suggestions when they made sense. He actually listened and understood what we were looking for and helped us get exactly that. Now, we have a beautiful bathroom to enjoy for many years to come.

KBS Alexandria did an incredible job on my master bath remodel and replacing my builder-grade kitchen countertops. My husband and I are currently working with Marko on a large-scale, whole-home remodel and cannot say enough wonderful things about the team. We bought a house in Springfield that needed work and we hired K&B Shop to do the job. Master bathroom was complete demo, reconfigure and rebuild, convert tub to shower & retile in 2nd bathroom. Install new floors, remove popcorn texture and repaint ceiling throughout. Marko & his team were professional throughout the job. Communication was excellent. Anytime we called or sent a text, Markos response was prompt. His work proposal was documented and priced out. He completed the job on time & stayed within budget. The modifications we made were documented and priced out as well. The whole experience was professional & respectful - no anxiety or drama. We are satisfied with the quality of the finished project.

We had an amazing experience working with George who designed our kitchen so perfectly that we couldnt have asked for more! I think giving 5 plus would most accurately reflect our experience.This was our first major kitchen renovation and we were obviously very anxious. You just cant buy and return if you dont like it. Thats why we had an exhaustive search for designers and contractors that would design our kitchen to our taste, have a good solid track record and would offer a great pricing. Kitchen and Bath Shop in Alexandria delivered on all these three points perfectly. We had to wait for several days for shipments of few things, but other than that we didnt have a major delay. They were also impatient in finishing the job as soon as quickly and get out of our hair.It was convenient to work with the same company for design, product selection and build. When our spending seemed to start exceeding our original forecast, they did whatever they could to stay within our budget. Most of budget deviation were due to our requests for modification and everything eventually turned out to be great. We love our new flooring, countertops, kitchen cabinets, lighting, appliances, sink, and everything about our kitchen remodeling. Great job!

After a long investigation, we picked Kitchen and Bath Shop in Alexandria to install our bathroom vanity, change the tub and replace shower doors. While we were at it, they also showed us awesome tiles and flooring and we were sold to change them as well. This wasnt really a simple job because we were not entirely remodeling our bathrooms and we needed few changes to make it look pretty and modern.They have done a nice job and made sure that there is a visual consistency between the vanity, tub and shower doors. In the past, it was hard for us to walk around and they create such a great space by making it so beautiful and functional. The staff in the showroom couldnt be any nicer. Great experience for us!
