The team did an extremely professional job, down to each detail; they recommended material that balanced high quality with the price points I wanted to stay within. The tile-work was especially well-done: I had ordered hand-made tiles that were naturally a bit uneven and thus more difficult to place. Yet they did a fabulous job- it simply looks great.Timeliness: Their timeliness was impressive. While they had to start a week later than originally planned, that was only because one of the fixtures had not yet arrived, and it did not make sense to tear up my old bathroom on the original date planned, then have to wait another week for the part to arrive. I thought that was a considerate and smart decision, and it wasnt their fault that shipping was delayed. Once they got started, they finished ahead of schedule, even coming in some Saturdays to work the project. Bath plus Kitchen did a full remodel of my condominium bathroom. It may be small, but since it’s a one bathroom apartment it’s obviously very important to me. They walked me through the process and design options with patience and offered great ideas and options. The construction crew was very professional and finished on schedule with no issues. I felt comfortable enough with them to leave town while they did the job. I’m extremely happy with my new bathroom and impressed with the attention to details and overall workmanship. The only downside….because the bathroom is so nice I now want to remodel the rest of my condo!

Bath Plus kitchen finished our kitchen beautifully. The crew took 3 full days to install the job right on schedule. The previous kitchen was done in 1 day the difference in quality was HUGE. Eric shipe personally visited the job and reviewed the details and put a personal touch by showing up on a Saturday. We hired Bath Plus Kitchen to remodel our original 1961 bathroom. The team was awesome - incredibly skilled, had great attention to detail, not to mention good suggestions throughout. This was the one of the only larger projects weve done where I never had to call and ask where the team was, when would they complete the project or to fix major mistakes. We came in on time and at budget!

Complete renovation of two full baths. In one bath we moved walls and completely changed the layout of the room. Both rooms were gutted except for a few walls that remained in place. We worked together to design, select materials and rebuild. Heated floors were added, all new tile, custom cabinets and fixtures. The work was astonishing. We used Eric, Marissa and their team for an office renovation with built-ins and custom desk, full guest bathroom remodel, and added a shower to a basement half bath. This is our first house and first experience with any renovation and we are so glad that we chose to work with this team. Our neighbor used Bath Plus Kitchen Remodeling for her master bathroom. She was extremely satisfied with her new bathroom and the whole remodeling process,so we decided to call Eric for our hallway bathroom remodel. We have a small bathroom and our main goal was to make it appear not so small. Eric and Tony gave lots of options to consider. We have used other remodeling companies before but this is by far the smoothest remodel we have ever experienced. Eric and Tony were always available while we were making our selections and throughout the remodeling. I have never had a contractor respond to emails so quickly.Calixto the site manager and his team(Mauricio,Victor and Mike) were amazing. The workmanship is superior! They are very hard working and take pride in their work. Due to the size of our townhouse bathroom some of the remodeling was challenging,but Calixto was somehow able to give us our recessed medicine cabinet and tile some tight areas.We cant wait to remodel our master bathroom with Bath Plus Kitchen this Spring.

We had two bathrooms remodeled. The hall bath involved replacing everything but the bathtub. The Master Bath was gutted, with a pocket door relocated and a bathtub replaced with a frameless shower. The team also repaired drywall and painted in the master closet.We are delighted with the results. BPK exceeded my expectations! I had never gone through any type of renovation before, so I was a little hesitant to move forward with the process of renovating my very small master bathroom. After my first meeting with BPK, I instantly realized how involved and accommodating the entire team would be throughout the process.Yuviny, who is absolutely amazing, came by to check out our space and measure the area for a plan. Afterwards, I sent in some pictures of what type of bathroom I was hoping for. Shortly after, my wife and I stopped by their showroom to check out what was drawn up. They helped my vision come to life. From the overall design to the smallest details you wouldnt even think about, everything was well thought-out and available for us to view. Everything that Julia and Marissa had picked out were perfect. They also picked everything with our budget in mind (pretty sure we even ended up slightly under budget). They provided us with a 3D model of the layout and a selections sheet that included links to all the parts that were being ordered for the bathroom.The entire construction crew were just as great. Yuviny and his team worked hard every single day. They were always on time and always cleaned up at the end of each day (AMAZING). Each day, they would tell us how the project was coming along and would explain to us what they worked on and what would be next. Yuviny was also great at thinking through the smallest details and making sure everything would fit perfectly. He would even think through some possible changes throughout the project that he thought would enhance the logistics of the bathroom even more. When we had some questions about possible changes, Eric was over the next day to check it out and see what could work. Throughout the whole process Eric was RESPONSIVE and PATIENT.I couldnt have imagined a smoother renovation. They were able to match our paint color, the crown molding, and baseboards without us having to go to a store or look up anything! Also, the renovation was completed sooner than expected (who wouldnt want that to happen?). I would highly recommend BPK for any or all bathroom or kitchen renovations!

We were very pleased with the remodel of our kitchen. This was the first home remodeling job that we hired a contractor for and working with the team at Bath Plus Kitchen made the process smooth and probably about as low-stress as possible. Eric and his team communicated frequently with us. Having Marissas help with the design and style was very helpful as she was able to recommend popular and timeless looks for us from which to choose. The job was completed in the agreed-upon time-frame, which was important to us as we didnt have use of our kitchen for most of the month. We love the final product. Our only complaint is that the team was a bit messy at times: wed come home to find beverage containers left out or half-eaten produce that hadnt been appropriately disposed of. Overall, Id strongly recommend Bath Plus Kitchen for remodeling and Id use their services again in the future.

We were so thrilled with the work of the entire team at BPK (Eric, Austin, Victor, and the crew) during our kitchen and bath renovation. We selected BPK after reviewing their website and social media accounts. We were impressed with their work, and even when the project didn’t match our style, it was obvious that they did great work. We also appreciated that their website is transparent about the size, scope, and pricing of the projects they take on.Working with BPK really helped to mitigate the intimidation factor of getting our first home renovation work completed. Going into the project we knew we needed to find a team we could trust because we did not want to be responsible for making all the decisions (way too intimidating). After our consultation with them we knew we had picked the right team.During the design process they helped us narrow the choices based on styles we found online and had recommendations about materials, etc. They helped us know which decisions were important when, which was super helpful! They also politely helped push us along when we were slow to make decisions. That was incredibly helpful.The construction process was excellent. Eric and the team estimated the project would take four weeks. We chose to move out (because of our pet) but we stopped by on a routine basis to check on progress. We did notice some small things that required correction, and the BPK team was happy to make the changes immediately. While the work seemed to be proceeding nicely, we were so shocked to get a note from BPK at the end of the third week saying that the work had been completed! That’s right, our project with BPK was completed early and on budget! We will definitely work with BPK again in the future and highly recommend BPK and everyone on their team for their excellent work.

We hired KBR to remodel a small (6 x 9), badly outdated bathroom. We didnt need any re-design or new construction, just replacements for everything currently in place. Their bid was in the ballpark with our other estimates; we went with them because they thought they could get the job done in 2 weeks. As predicted, they completed all the work except the custom shower enclosure in 8 working days. Richard and Ricardo, their construction crew, did a particularly beautiful job on the new glass-tiled shower. Eric, Marissa, and Julie were also easy to reach and quick to respond to any problems. Paperwork was handled efficiently online. All in all, this was the easiest remodeling project weve ever undertaken, and we were very satisfied with the results.
