I would hire them a thousand times over! My new shower is absolutely beautiful and it is so easy to keep clean. John, the installer, was very professional and answered my questions in great detail. They put down drop clothes to protect the flooring all the way to the bathroom as well as in the bathroom. I was also able to be a part of the installation when it came to deciding placement of the shelves and grab bars. I have had a lot of work done in my older home through the years and I have never had any contractor to clean up behind themselves as thoroughly as John and his crew. Thank you Bath Planet for installing the shower of my dreams!

If I could put a negative number as a review I would. We just had a $7500 shower installed in our home. We are very disappointed in the whole deal. It took forever to get them to start the job, It took more that two weeks for them to finish the job once it was started, and now we have a tiny shower that doesnt even cover the pan that they took out. The whole idea of the new shower was to have a bigger one installed. The bathroom is 11.5 ft x 15 ft. Does it seem funny that space was an issue? Would a light go on that the shower would be too small when you are talking to a 6 ft 2 inch 250 lb man? If you dont think that you can provide what the customer wants, you bow out instead of taking their money, and selling them something that isnt going to work for them. When you tell them you have to get a custom pan made, they are probably assuming that you are going to fit their needs. Now Im going to have to rip this plastic heap out and build a real shower on my own time, which is exactly what i didnt want to have to do. Thanks for taking our money.

We are very satisfied with the installation your men completed. Everything was explained to us in detail. Before accessories were permanently attached we were shown what it would look like. They made sure everything was where we wanted it. We are glad we chose your company for our purchase and installation.
