I love Dollar General I stop there often. It is a nice quick bite to go for some of the grocery items that you may need. Without all the Walmart traffic. And majority of the staff are awesome!

I went to look at this store for a possible transfer, the first employee I spoke to was Jen, she immediately asked me a line of questions upon finding out why I was visiting their store. I feel she was put off by my presence there, she also informed me of an employee possibly leaving soon, but seemed to be throwing out lots of negatives to drive me away. This store obviously needs help, but doesnt seem to want it. I got a very lazy vibe from the employees and for a full back room, no one was interested in working any freight. Thus Im not interested in working there.

Very friendly. Easy shopping. Handicap accessible. North Carolina Dollar General stores are the only place where you can get the best orange soda. Tennessee wont carry it.

I reallly like this Dollar General. Not only is it only about a mile or so from my home but they always have what I need at a great price. The staff are awesome too.

Always a pretty chill staff. Usually well stocked, even if most stuff is in the floor not on the shelf. No wifi and actually its a dead spot for my phone in this stores location. Its weird.

I visited this one in Alcoa because I was way early...as usual...to pick someone up at the airport and I didnt feel like just sitting outside the arrivals section. I was able to pick up birthday cards and wrapping at a great price. They had a large selection of items and at 9am on a Friday I was the only one there.

Exchanged a pair of reader glasses and was asked for a receipt. Why ask for a receipt for a simple exchange. Was told Ill need to have a receipt next time. Im not going back.

Really messy. Crowded only one cart wide aisles. Product on floor and such.

I was really excited to see what the new Dollar General looked like inside but I was very disappointed. Compared to the one in Midland; it is much smaller. Barely room to walk through. Very disorganized. Didnt find what I went to get there however they did have basic needs. There isnt a variety like the old one had. Also the manager was nice enough but no one was helping him and we were in line for probably 10- 15 minutes (that is sad ) with only 2 people in front of us.

A quick trip to the store for a few items, in and out ,the cashier was very friendly.

There are two extremely rude n crude young girls that work there, ones name is Cherish, and there is a Britney . The other one, I cant remember her name eithor. I will never shop at this dollar general ever again!! Extremely horrible girls! !! Not only are the 2 girls nasty n very unprofessional, but the whole crew! Even the manager Kay! With ONLY 1 EXCEPTION, the only gentleman that works there. I can not remember his name, but he is is extremely friendly, helpful, and professional! He should be the manager and pull out all the bad weeds. Very unpleasant people, and entire atmosphere! I will be contacting the owner, and everyone else higher up in that establishment.
