I was recently getting bites/welts from something in our house at night, and since we travel a lot, I was immediately worried about bed bugs. I called and was able to get on the schedule for an inspection the next day; the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and courteous in getting scheduled for an inspection. The next day, the technician arrived within the scheduled timeframe and did an inspection of our beds and master and guest bedroom areas.Luckily they did not find anything, and also kindly took the time to educate me about what to look out for in case we ever were to get bed bugs (since I had mentioned that we travel). Based on my description of what was happening, they reassured me that it was more likely mosquitoes. It was great to be able to get peace of mind so quickly, and I would definitely utilize this business again. Professional, prompt, and friendly service.

Initially called Truly Nolen to get rid of wasps nest. it was great to have them get rid of all the outside ants. I have not seen any spiders. I did have a mouse get inside and Truly Nolen was able to quickly get rid of that problem. NO problems with any unwanted critters at this time. Customer service is great, technician is always professional. I would definitely recommend Truly Nolen!

We are using Truly Nolan for a rent house. We need a consistent time in which the technician comes so we can open the backyard gate to spray the ants and the wasps. Sometimes I receive a call and sometimes not. As the owners of the house I want to be there when they spray. We are working with Truly Nolan to get this issue resolved

Our clinic uses Truly Nolen for our pest control. Our tech always calls ahead of time to ensure that we dont have any pets in surgery. Very professional and go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of.

They were able to clear up bug problems at two seperate residents for me. They are always prompt when I call and they give timely reminders when they are coming and what services they are providing. The technicians are friendly and professional.

Been using Truly Nolen for a helluva long time, at multiple locations. Every person Ive dealt with, and all of the service techs Ive had, have been outstanding. If theres ever a need to have them come back and do an extra service in between my regular monthlies, its easy to schedule and its done at no extra cost. When I saw my first FLYING cockroach - in ABQ! - they handled it. Ant season - handled. Paper wasps starting a new nest - wiped out. Some of the techs Ive met over the years have been SERIOUS bug guys - I mean, you could tell that bugs occupied a large portion of their brain matter. They could identify insects on sight, tell me their complete lineage and history in the area, and share as much info as I could handle! I think that shows the dedication and professionalism of this company and its people. Highly recommended if youre looking for a job thats done right the first time!

So far I am very pleased with Trulys service. My technician is awesome. Used to have her with another company I was with for pest control. Professional, knowledgeable, congenial and genuinely interested in you as a customer. Its still cold out so I dont really know how the bug sitch is yet. We will see - if we ever get out of this Polar Vortex!

I have loved having truly Nolan. My house is near a park and we get a lot of bugs. They have been very good about coming in between services when we see ants or other problems. We always have the same person come and Dave is amazing. Always on time or early and so friendly and responsive to what we need.

We purchased both the Rodent and the Seasonal Programs and are exceptionally pleased. So far, so good with this older 1968 house with a crawlspace!

The Technician did a much better, more thorough job with this quarters pest control processes. I was left very underwhelmed last quarter; however, this quarter the Technician went above and beyond and re-established my confidence in this company. My expectations are high what with paying over $500 a year for quarterly pest control services and this visit Truly Nolen lived up to those expectations. They sent the same Tech out for my October spraying and he did an excellent job again! Thanks!

I called and they had a person at my house the next day. Killed the Hornet Hive within 2 days after that. On time and very friendly. Came back 5 days later for a free follow inspection and spray. Highly recommend !!!

Had a appointment with a 2 hour window between 9am - 11am. No one ever showed up, never got a call or email that they weren’t going to make it. Called the office twice (11:15 and 1:15) and the first time they said they couldn’t get a hold of the technician and didn’t know where he was at, and that a manager would be calling me back and that didn’t happen. The second time I was told that they spoke to me yesterday (nope, never got a call or email) and that I was supposed to call someone else to make sure everything was still set for my appointment. It’s one thing to be running late, it’s another to completely blow someone off and not communicate with them when they planned their whole day around this appointment.

The service guy was very nice and courteous. He did an excellent job inside and outside. He cleaned some cobwebs from our ceiling that were unreachable by us, which was especially helpful to me.

My partner and I decided to get an inspection and quote from Truly Nolan and set up a time for 4:30pm. My partner took off from work early- and at 4:26 received a call saying that the inspector had been waiting 20 minutes, no one was home and was going to leave, and didn’t want to wait the 2 more minutes for us to be home, even though it was before 4:30pm. We actually saw the car drive away too as we were pulling up to our home. We’re just very disappointed - if you set up a time for 4:30, it’s nice to be early but maybe call to make sure we’ll be there at the designated time. I’m sure it was a miscommunication on time so just check to make sure you give potential clients the correct time.

Michael Haynes (not sure the name of lead technician who serviced our yard) has been exemplary each time he has worked here. He is pleasant, thorough, attentive to detail. On this past visit he pointed out a pest problem that I knew about after calling Critter Control. The other guy knew nothing about the problem and had no tools anyway. Michael told me both more about the gopher burrowing, how to spot additional activity, and what Truly Nolen would do about it.I am very happy about his expertise. The only thing Im not happy about is that my invoice doesnt include the name of the technician.

Dont bother with this company I am going to be thrilled when our year is up. Still dealing with the same issues as I did when I started with them. Just going to either try a different company or at least for awhile continue to do more of the work than they do. They have complained every time they came then their regular 4 times a year. Save your money!!

Great customer service. I called 11/14/18 at 445pm and they reached my technician by phone and he said he’d swing by in the morning and address the ants. At 715 am he arrived and put out bait for the pesky ants that invaded two rooms in our house. He started his day earlier than usual to get us in his busy schedule and before a mandatory meeting. Such a great response. The ants were marching in rows of 6 wide. Thank you Truly Nolan and best technician ever, Dave.

Truly Nolen cured my recurrent bed bugs! One treatment. I saw some stragglers, came out and double checked, for free. Did not talk down to me about it. Made me feel great! Such nice technicians. A wonderful experience all around!

We have used TN for many years now. We just recently had a severe wasp issue. I called on a monday and they sent two Technicians out on Wednesday. Loyd and Jason, they worked non stop for 2 full hours searching for, finding and eliminating wasps and nests. Best darn service EVER!!! I recommend them whole heartedly. My 91 year old Mom uses TN and will never change.Thanks Janette and the great folks at Truly Nolan.UPDATE:The very next day after my service, the swarm of wasps was back. I hesitantly called Janette to let her know. She immediately called the Technician (Lloyd) and although he was busy and this was short notice, Lloyd and Jason came over...ON THEIR WAY HOME and worked for an hour to deal with the issue.Now that is customer service!! I hope the CEO of Truly Nolan reads this and recognizes these three Employees as true assets to this fine company.

Michael was very personable, offered what I needed at a reasonable price, and bent over backwards to assure satisfaction. They are also knowledgeable and effective at controlling pests such as mice which was my first worry, and also havent had any roaches, ants, insects, or spiders ,since they treated the house and went under the house to block entrances as well as on the roof to seal off possible entry points. Awesome.

Since we can only have outside spraying done, all the bugs come into the house to die. But, this tells me something is working.

The service is always good, but you raise your prices for the same service too much. The last raise has me looking elsewhere.

Visits are spaced poorly, never on the same date or time. This makes it difficult for us to be available sometimes.

Mike, my salesman, knows more about bugs than I ever thought possible. Food source danger even reproduction. Richard, my technician, takes his job very seriously. I caught him actually sweeping webs off of my shed out back of my house. Both of these guys are extremely courteous and prompt. They call ahead of time to let me know when they will arive. This service costs $40 per month and for that amount, I would expect less ants but in my experience, even when they come out more than twice a year, the ant population is not well controlled.

Prior to having Truly-Nolen, other pest control systems assured me that there was no termite issue in our neighborhood. TN did a survey inspection, IDed the problems, and took caref it. They re-do perimeter treatment well before its needed, as part of their protocol ...So yea, Im completely satisfied

I have been very pleased with the service I receive from Truly Nolen. is an excellent service agent and takes pride in making sure that he has been thorough.

We started a complete remodel in our master bath and tearing out the shower revealed the previous owners had found termites, self treated and covered it up. No sign of active movement, but we were freaking out. We called Truly Nolan and someone came out that day, did an evaluation and the owner returned the following morning to treat heavily within the bare walls and slab of the bathroom. They were fast and efficient and our contractors were only interrupted for one day. Today, Troy came out to do our second annual inspection. We had lots of questions, because we are relocating in about another year. Troy was wonderful, addressing all of our concerns with warranty and questions we were starting to wonder about, because the house had previously had termites. Whew! Grateful Troy relieved all of our concerns and we found out that truly Nolan will do the termite inspection for free, as a preparation for pitt8ng our home on the market, when the time comes. Great customer service and great people.

Id like to follow up my earlier review - now that we have resolved theearlier floor scratch that occurred. The Manager at T N responded to my contact about what happened. I provided him w/ evidence of the damage, and got a quote for repairing the wood floor. It took some time to get the flooring co. there to fix it, because of their busy schedule, but every time I contacted the T N manager, he responded and Im just now waiting to be reimbursed for the cost of the repair.I am grateful of their willingness to assess the situation honestly, andshoulder some responsibility for what happened. THAT goes a long way in believing that Customer Service does matter and in being treated fairly.I know we would all rather have not had it happen, but I am pleased with their response in dealing with the situation I previously reviewed.So my rating goes back to 5 stars. (10/1/18)Truly Nolan has always done an outstanding job keeping our home as free of pests as possible. I value their service.However, the reason for leaving 3 stars is this.On their last visit, in finding the source of ants coming into the kitchen, my husband assisted the tech in pulling out the stove to put the poison behind it.The tech decided to push the stove back in place on his own, and put a giant scratch in the hardwood floor.He didn’t say anything to my husband about doing that.Just left.I photographed it.. and called the local TN office... spoke to Jeanette- who is always awesome. She told me the Mgr. was out for the day. (Fri). Said he would either call me next day or Mon.I ended up calling him Mon. afternoon.After sending him the photo, and being told that he would need to see the scratch in person, and begin an investigation... I have yet to hear from him about coming to see the damage..So until Truly Nolan takes care of what happened in my house, by their tech.. 3 Stars is all they get.
