We bought our first home last year. After we moved in, we started to see cockroaches coming up our bathroom/kitchen sinks. I never have dealt with cockroaches and immediately started to search for a Pest Control service. Everyone I called were booked up solid for weeks. Others gave me the run around or said this could be a lasting problem and hard to contain.I finally stumbled upon Lady Bug Pest Control. I was almost in tears and frustrated. I was not sleeping at night. I spoke to Charlene, told her my dilemma and explained how afraid I was of these bugs. I loved my new home, but was not happy. She calmed me down and told me a little bit of history in my new area we moved to. It was common to see cockroaches around but they can help with treatment. I felt like I could breath for the first time.Our Pest Control guy came, Charles, two days later. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. But I still had to see if their stuff worked. It did!!!! Since last year I have maybe seen bugs about three times and they were already dead. I no longer creep around my house, I can live comfortably.I highly recommend Lady Bug Pest Control. They come by monthly. They are affordable and they use chemicals that are not harmful to our pets and kids. This last visit I saw we had an ant problem in the back yard. Charles found the ant hill and treated it. They are gone now! I always recommend LBPC to all my family and friends. Now with the COVID-19, they take safety precautions to make you feel safe and social distancing is a must for them. They are reliable and I will be a long lasing customer for years to come.

I had an ant and spider issue, and I called Ladybug to come spray. They came the next day, and went through every single inch to make sure my house was bug free. He was personable, respectful, and nice to my dog, which I liked quite a bit. I will never go with any other pest control company again. They used safe poison, so me, my wife and my dog wouldnt be affected. If you have any pest issues, call Ladybug immediately.

If I could rate this place a zero I would!! I see the other reviews others are good. The two times ladybug pest control has been to our home has not fix the problem! The older man who comes is very rude, not informative at all, unprofessional. he left my home twice without saying what he did what he used or anything like that. We have sugar ants that I cant get rid of Ive tried home defense in other ant killer products but nothing worked. So we contacted lady bug to come and spray and the ants just drink that stuff up and come even stronger the next day. I showed him where they were coming in through he did not even spray there he said he will come back the next day to spray because he didnt have enough time and was running late he came to our house late then tells us he had to leave our place early cuz he was late to the next place and never returned the following day. I do not recommend this place to anybody especially if its the older man who drives the white GMC pickup or Silverado if you see him coming to your door ask him to send another worker.

In fact, she doesnt do contracts. Shes given out more treats, more home care, and more heartfulness over the years than anyone else you could even think of doing pest control with!
