Just started service with HomeTeam. Had a great first experience from my initial call to schedule an appointment through the time Thomas came to inspect my home. The entire team is extremely professional, responsive and they go out of their way to make sure their customers’ needs are met.

Brandon was very professional and nice. Also made sure to ask if my pets were up before opening any gates or door. As a dog mom I am very grateful for that.

We were impressed with HomeTeam Pest Defense and their Taexx system. Our technician David was professional and friendly. He made sure to ask us what exactly we needed have done around the house and what our concerns were with regard to pest that we needed to be keep under control. David did a thorough walkthrough inspection inside the house and outdoors. After he was done he made sure to explain to us all that he had done as well as what to expect next. The sales team did an excellent job of breaking down the pricing for us, which is very reasonable. We will definitely recommend their services to friends and family.

This in my honest opinion is the best pest defense EVER! It kills centipedes,black widows, any kind of spiders, cockroaches, and sand scorpions! All the things Im afraid of and if at anytime you see any of those I listed above alive theyll come back out and treat again! The technicians are always super friendly and professional! I have used Home Team Pest Defense for several years....first in Texas for 10+ years and now in New Mexico for approximately 3 years.. I have had NO complaints at either location that have not been addressed and taken care of immediately. Home Team Pest Defense has some of the friendliest customer service reps and hard working technicians.

We built a new home and 1-2 days after move in we started seeing roaches in one bedroom closet. Panicked we called, they came out ASAP (wore masks) clear explanation, sprayed and gave us a cell number to follow up with a description of roaches to determine if additional treatments would be necessary for the pesky German roach. Thank goodness it was not necessary and they addressed the problem eradicating before it became a gross and expensive issue. Thanx!!!

The Home Team Pest Defense employees from the schedulers to the personnel who come out to spray your home are very courteous, knowledgeable, professional & provide supreme customer service. I have had pest control services from their competitors in the past & have had issues rescheduling or having to wait until the end of the 3 - 4 hour window for the spray to occur. That is not the case with The Home Team Pest Defense team as they come out within the window & a lot of times in the beginning of that window timeframe so I am not wasting 4 hours of my day waiting. My home was built with in the wall lines to help block pests & they are the only company in town to provide this type of service to include spraying outside & inside so that I have the maximum coverage. All in all I highly recommend them to friends, family & neighbors.

I am satisfied 100% with the results of Home Team pest control because for 6 years I have lived in this house I have had no bugs. I am also happy with my technician, David, because he is pleasant and efficient.I asked the company to let me know when he is coming so that I can unlock my gate and they comply nicely.

We have the quarterly service. We receive a phone call to set up each appointment. They keep us informed if there is any change to their schedule. The technicians are clean and dressed appropriately in uniforms. They ask us if there are any specific issues they should take a look at or treat. They are professional and focused on customer satisfaction and doing a good job. The in the wall system we have is very nice and we are pleased with it. There is an occasional sighting of of an insect of some type. They also assist with treating our outdoor space and it is very effective.

I was running late from work and the technician offered to get started doing the perimeter of the house and my backyard once I told him how to access it. It was a huge relief not to have to reschedule or pay a missed appointment fee (I dont even know if they charge one of those, but it would have been my fault if I had missed the appointment). My parents use this company, I use this company, Ive already recommended it to coworkers. You should be using this company. Plus I like their guarantee that theyll come back out if I see more bugs.

Home team is worth the cost. If needed they will come to the home and retreat problem areas at no cost. They always follow up with a call to insure service is complete. The service tech is friendly and knows my home and needs well. Its added quality to have the same technician come out each service.

I mark my calendar with a quarterly reminder HomeTeam Pest Defense will be calling for service. I get a call the day before you arrive. When the technician arrives, Im asked if Ive seen any critters which should be addressed. I seldom see bugs but have not lived here quite a year yet. End of March I began seeing those pesky hard shell tiny ants. Ant spray only sends them into another room! Your pest defense eradicates them quickly. I love this service and thank you very much. A happy customer!

I used to have bugs and now I dont. After you sprayed the first time, I found a bunch of dead roaches around my house. So there were obviously bugs before, but now I dont see them alive anymore. And it makes me happy.

Their service is hit and miss. Some of their techs are awesome and do a great job, and there are others that they sit in their truck for 40minutes, and when they finally get out of the truck, they squirt twice by the front door and call it a day. And if you have the nerve to call them to deal with an infestation, the tech is annoyed that he is has to come in, and than he tells you that there is nothing that can or will be done. I started using Home Team at my home, based on the awesome service that my office received from the C man ( I do not remember his actual name) .My office relocated and inherited a different tech that is not so awesome
