After finally getting in contact Tim came out and did a good job. I thought that I found a good exterminator. I decided to have another treatment about six weeks later. Lets put it this way. After leaving messages at the office and on Tims cell I have finally determined that Pied Piper doesnt want my business.

My renter had a bit of an emergency. These guys agreed to call and go. They never reached out! They left us hanging. When I called back the receptionists couldnt even apologize. She actually didnt care that I said I would call around.

I called the Pied Piper on a Saturday and they were open. They schedule my appointment in a jiffy. Gilbert was the guy that came to the house. He spray every nook and cranny in and around the house. I was very happy with their services. So next time you step on something and it’s mushy and squishy. You know it’s time to called The Pied Piper Exterminating Services.!

Great place to pick up some do it your self things. (If you know what your doing). I get my glue boards, roach and ant bait here. If you dont know what you are doing. Call them they are more than reasonable, yet more professional then most.

Skip the big box store to get Raid spray. These guys are knowledgeable about specific pests in the house. I brought him a few dead ants that have made their way into our kitchen. He was able to identify them and therefore get the specific remedy. Honest too... he steered me towards the less expensive stuff for now... that should work. If it doesnt work Ill be back for the more expensive heavy duty stuff. This was my choice.. I spent $3 today versus $50. I definitely recommend Pied Piper diy pest control.

Professional grade products that work well. I usually spend about $60 for my pest control treatment and spray 3 homes a month (mine, my parents and father in laws home) it last about one year.

Could not find any information on the pest control chemical they use.
