POOR QUALITY CARE!One star is an over statement!The staff here are incredibly rude, unprofessional,very inappropriately dressed.Upon entering the establishment the owner wanted to read the rules to myself and my children. While I was present she addressed my children directly saying she personally would put them in a 5 minute time out for not following the rules. Respectable adults ALWAYS address the parent with an issue of discipline ( if you are not acquainted). If you are not the parent of the child you are given zero authority to enforce discipline on the children. The same woman later had to be told to stop throwing away our personal items where we were sitting. The hired character had to be directed by attending guests to do her job. The fish tank with live goldfish in it for prizes was filthy. The music could not be heard well. Multiple children attending the party complained about the mean women. The guests as a whole agreed to the disrespectful behavior of the staff.THIS IS YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO DO BETTER AS A BUSINESS AND TREAT PEOPLE WITH DIGNITY

Such a great place. We had my daughters wedding there and it turned out beautiful. Mary went above and beyond. The price was great. The area looked beautiful and we had so much fun. Thank you Mary for all the help and sharing in our special day! I would of given you 10 stars but Im only able to do 5. I recommend this place for any kind of a party.

Found this place by dumb luck and glad I did! I had my daughters third birthday there and it was amazing. Large open space, bounce houses for the kids, clean space, and super attentive staff. Everything was setup by the time we got there. We took food and the staff kept it all maintained. We didnt need to do any hosting and we could enjoy the party. It was great! Definitely going to use this place for future events and would recommend to anyone looking for some indoor space.

I was tired of doing the same old Peter Piper or Chuck E. Cheese. I searched high and low, finally finding this hidden gem. They have a great set up for kids birthdays. Four fun big jumpers for the kids to jump and get all of their energy out as us parents catch up as well as carnival games. You can take your own food and drinks or have Mary keep you refreshed with the soda bar they have. Its also a nice spot of other events. They can turn the facility into whatever you are wanting to celebrate! Definitely recommend this place. As well as we will be returning next year for to party! Thanks to Mary and staff for the awesome service and facility!

I would highly recommend holding an event here to everyone. The location and spacious setting is amazing, but the staff and accomodations are even more remarkable! They are friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful. The customer service is above and beyond; we didnt have to worry about anything while we hosted our daughters birthday party, and it was the least stressful event weve ever had! All of the little things were handled by the staff, from attending to the children in the jumpers, to cleaning up, and even help decorating. Theres not one negative thing I can think of, it was such a wonderful experience, which meant all of us were actually able to enjoy our guests and the party! The open space, the cleanliness of the space, and amenities are incredible. Before we booked, I compared them to the competition, and theres no contest...Indoor Party Tyme has everything you could need or want and more! Out of 5 stars, it gets a 10 in my book! I intend to have more parties here! The guests were impressed as well, they all had high remarks and compliments. We definitely got what we paid for and more...Im immensely happy and satisfied and look forward to future events with them!

I love Indoor Party Tyme! I just recently had my daughters 2nd birthday here and it was great. There a 4 bouncy houses for the kids to play in and then all the games! Everyone had so much fun. I would definitely recommend this place! Plus the staff is so friendly!

Unfortunately we had an awful experience here. We had scheduled a party for my sons first birthday two months in advanced. Come the day of his birthday we were excited to get this party started and we booked for a birthday party from 1:00-5:00 and was told that the doors would be opened at 12:00 so we can decorate and no body came until 1:00. Then to top it off in the middle of our party they gave a family a tour with out asking and there were random people walking through our party taking pictures. Never again will I book this place.

We had my sons 2nd birthday part here and we were beyond impressed. The facility was roomy, the price was reasonable, and the help they provided was amazing. All of the children at the party were glowing with excitement and had a blast with Mickey Mouse and the 4 jumpers (which I must also add were very clean). My hostess was amazing! She helped us out so much. Usually when I have a party I am so busy running around and cant visit with my friends and family. They were so helpful I was actually able to fully enjoy myself and visit with my family and friends. By the end of the party, I felt as if staff were family too! Many people left the party saying how they couldnt wait to have a party there also. It was an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this place! You will not be disappointed. It was an amazing time because of the hard work of the staff and amazing (and convenient) venue. THANK YOU GUY for making my sons birthday so incredible.

My mom has been trying to reach Mary regarding a graduation part that was booked for last month. She wanted to reschedule or cancel and has tried calling and leaving messages with no response. Its very unprofessional and upsetting to my family and myself.

This place is by far the best for your money. The venue is awesome, weve booked several parties here, the decorations and hosting is very professional. They allow you preview the venue anytime so you know exactly what you are going to rent. Ive looked at all the competitors places and they honestly dont compare. I recommend this place to all my family and friends and theyve been recommending it to their friends. I like what they do to fit your party.

This facility is of very poor quality from the price to the staff. We we guest to a childs birthday party here and the staff was very rude to say the least. They were off schedule and practically pushed our entire party out the door for the next event due to their postponement of events. The establishment was run down and could use a facelift.Update; the response to this review hints the professionalism of this establishment. THEY ARE RUDE and unprofessional.....I was a guest it was not my party!

We had our wedding reception here on September 28th. Everything was perfect! I got both the theme colors that I wanted. Mary was more than fair on the price and even worked with me on things. She also let me bring in the stuff for my center pieces the day before to store there so we could just set up right away when we got there. We didn’t have to worry about cleaning up the staff was awesome and super friendly and wouldn’t let me help with any clean up. I will absolutely be coming back for and recommending for any and every party.

Great place. Used the venue to hold a youth swim team end of year banquet, and it worked out perfectly. Friendly staff, good space, and most of all, the kids really enjoyed it! Definitely recommend Indoor party Tyme!

If I could give them 100 stars I would they are all so nice the place is set up perfect everyone was so friendly and helpful we had my daughters birthday here and we loved it this place is the best and the absolute best prices. they just jumped right in to help make everything go so smooth, the service we received was phenomenal and we definitely will be back they made my daughters first birthday so perfect and I couldnt be more thankful .... and not a single person was rude they were so friendly and felt like they were part of our party they were all so nice

Now tell the whole story... you booked the wrong date we spent time & money waiting on you never showing up.... then show up on another date and want us to bump the Birthday party we have scheduled before you ever scheduled the original date and we would not. We honored our guest reservations. Regardless if you wanted to book twice a month we still did whats right for our customers. The very people you are trying to discourage on coming to our place. Your staff member stopped by but refused to speak to us walked around and left with out getting any info. I would look at your own staffing before you bash ours. We have had over 1000 parties in one year with 98% leaving great feed back and none leaving bad. that speaks more than a person trying to slander us by there own mess up. This place was super! We attended for a childs birthday party and has a great time! The staff were extremely attentive to the children and jumpers, as well as the party details. It was worry free! Prizes for the kids games were great as well, and my child was ecstatic when he won a gold fish!

I have to say that this place was fairly awkward for having a wedding ceremony. It has burnt ORANGE colored walls which dont go well with many color themes. Towards the back of the place and side of the dance floor there are unpainted brick walls along with a huge metal garage door and small office which really doesnt look to appeasing to your party, especially since this is where they place your guest tables (they tell you where they are placing your tables...I wanted them differently). The entrance way is loaded with game machines which not only look awkward for a formal event but entice all the kids to annoy the adults all night long for money to play games. On top of the awkwardness of the place, the owners didnt feel to welcoming during our wedding, and instead felt rude and annoyed by our presence. We were told that clean up was completely free, but after we decided to call it a night we started pulling off our linens and I got hollered at for rose petals falling on the floor! I was also hollered at because a guest of ours had brought Sprite into the building. This place ONLY sponsors Pepsi and therefore you are NOT allowed to bring in anything else! On the way out I tried to thank the owner and he wouldnt even look at me...he simply said (in a rude tone) yep, have a good night after interrupting me in the middle of my thanking him. I dont feel this place was worth the $400 we spent, at least not for a wedding. I think this place needs a little more work to look a little more formal. I think this is probably better for birthday parties. I DID feel the employees were very friendly though. The lady that took care of our drinks and cut our cake had a super awesome attitude and the security guard was also very friendly...not sure what was up with the owners? Even our guests felt the same towards the owners...so I know I wasnt just taking them wrong all by myself.

This place was so amazing for my daughters first birthday party. They helped setup and clean for thr event, which was very amazing considering past experiences where when the function was over at other party spaces we were handed brooms and told to clean while the attendants asked to make plates. I am definitely having future parties for the kids here

It started off Nice but went dwn hill fast. Thy dont handle any during a black out.. No AC. Ther are 2 doors in this Venue, the ladies closed the doors. Aftr someone open it to let air come in from outside. So bad for the elderlys. The ladies of the venue are standing by the door..so thy can feel air. Wasting and make evry body miserible. I just read the reviews on this place, I am looking to do a party for my 2 year old. After visiting the venue it was not small in fact had 4 LG jumpers set up, along with some games & prizes the kids can play and win. The bathrooms were clean both were very LG with baby changers and hand driers. I booked my party here I did visit others & they did not offer half of what this place does.Others charged the same price. If the party gos bad I will edit it other wise shop around and see this is a great value for kids parties!

I don’t know where to start, I recently had a wedding and a kids party here and it was as perfect as perfect can get. The staff are very friendly and very helpful! I’ve also attended a quince(15) and a kids party and everything was all just the same, perfect! Everything is clean. I had the same DJ, DJ Tony for my wedding as well as for my kids party and he was awesome! I would definitely recommend this place for any type of event and would defenitley recommend their DJ for a kids party and any other type of event, it’s a plus!!! The kids had a blast with him for the kids party and everybody has had fun at all of the other events as well! They have their own way of serving alcohol for adult parties and I think it’s brilliant! Their security was great and was a plus! I would say this is the best place in town, best pricing! The pricing is very fare pricing and I will defenitley be booking all my upcoming events here, from kids parties to any type of event! This place defenitley deserves more than 5 stars!!!

We booked this place before the pandemic and have since tried contacting them to reschedule the party since we have already paid and no one has called back after several messages being left!

Went there recently for my nephews party and was not expecting the place to be amazing.They have friendly staff, the kids had a blast and thats what matters.Definitely will recommend this place for any parties.

I came to this venue to look at it for my baby girls birthday party. No offense but I would not do a birthday party here. The place is small and ran down. For $300 are you kidding me? They dont even offer a very big space to decorate and the place is a little dirty.I booked my party at ABQ party space and it is way bigger, not to mention 10 times cleaner!

Owner is appreciated. I highly recommend this place for any type of event you want to host indoors.

Excellent place for any type event, so far Ive had 2 kids party and a 25th wedding anniversary. I would recommend anyone to have a party here who likes reasonable prices, excellent customer service, and a great time!
