Im really unimpressed by this salon. I was in a hurry to get a quick manicure and it turned into a price battle. The menu is not up to date apparently. This is frustrating because I thought I would be able to get a manicure and gel polish for $24.99 not $38.00. Had it not been for a very kind lady that offered to give me $10.00 towards my manicure I would have walked right out. Beware of the menu if you do come here and know that youll end up paying more than what is listed. I guess I got a deluxe manicure but with stained old carpets and fold up entryway chairs I think Ill take a rain check for next time.

Very pleased with them had bad problems with last nail place Id been going to for ever. They just stopped caring I guess. It is a bit pricy. So cant go as often, think I found a new place.

First time going to this salon and I loved it! The lady who did my nails does amazing! She really did such a great job at shaping the nail, the polish is flawless no bumps or bubbles, and super shiny! I will be going back and I will be getting her name!

I have been going to this place since they open around 10 years ago. I love their work. Some times I try other places but always end up going back to friendly nails because nobody makes me more satisfied. Really recommend this place. I always do my nails with the owners, they are great!!!💜💅

Horrible customer service and theyre not washing their hands!! He asked me not to wash my hands with soap? because they were running out. I left will not come back. Also prices not listed and try to over charge!

Best mail place in Albuquerque! I have been doing my nails the for 7 years and never have nail fungus. My nails last over 4 weeks.

I don’t recommend this place I feel like they over charged me just cause they had no business that day! I got acrylic gel nails and it cost $45 plus $2 cause I wanted them coffin shaped? Been doing my nails forever & never been charged for how I want them shaped! Also got my little girls nails polished and payed $10! Won’t come back here they love to tax! Plus my nails didn’t even come out like the picture

I was in and out really fast for just a fill and 2 gel polish colors but had to pay $40. I didnt get a coffin shape or anything. Quality is mediocre at best. The finished nails were lumpy on the side and the gel polish was uneven so the top was lumpy too. On top of that I had to put my hands in the lamp twice as many times as I normally do at other salons. Jeez, just get more pigmented polishes so customers dont have to bake their hands off and get cancer. Anyway, I had to go home and file the sides along with the gel polish because they kept snagging on clothing. Id only come here for half the price for the quality I got.

I went a few times and this last time the guy who did my nails was very rude and unfriendly. He was not able to provide me with the design I wanted, but not to mention that 1 of my nails popped off that same evening. I did call to advise of my bad service and my nail coming off and all he said was ok after I paid $40.00 just for a rebase. I was not even offered to get it fixed! VERY BAD BUSINESS!

Considering yourself The Valuable Customer just cause your spending a large amount to be done on You Doesnt mean you are really that Valued.. Lots of Ladies will spend a good pockets worth to Get The Works done to Themselves Buut Then leave $1.27 as a TIP or nothing at all.....😶 THESE Nail Techs have too physically touch you but your still Tipping the waiter/waitress at Applebees 3× more..🤔 haha I know Im not the only 1 that Sees how Ironic that Is...

Took my daughter for her birthday to get her nails painted. They did a good job and she was happy.

I have gone in 3 different times to get a full set of nails they have told me I cant get them done they too busy come back or only appointment come back but no other Ppl were there. Descent work. Thursday evening, is a terrible time to go. It was just too busy, and took forever to get started.Then I came back on a Tuesday evening, and they refused to help me, granted I was about 6 mins past closing. So, they suggested I come back the following day: no thanks, I will never comeback

They are disrespectful, their customer service is ridiculous. I waited 50 minutes for an eyebrow wax and walked out because they took to long.

I got gel nails here twice and they were no good. First of all the white color polish turned pink, and I just got them done 4 days ago and my whole thumb nail polish peeled off. Usually gel nail polish should last at least 3-6 weeks. Not worth it.
