AMAZING customer service with even better nails! I was late to my appointment (my own fault, hair wasn’t cooperating) and was informed they wouldn’t be able to fit me in. I was disappointed but understood I had been pretty late, still decide to sit and keep my mother company. 30 minutes later that come over telling me they can squeeze me in and proceeded to give me amazing nails! Appreciated the effort and love this salon!

I love this place. I made an appointment for 4 people on a Sunday. We were all sat at the same, and we were able to get pedicures at the same time. Most places will not accommodate 4 people at once. The techs were very skilled and super polite. I took my 2 daughter, 9 and 7 and they loved getting pampered! I would definitely recommend this place, very kid friendly and very clean. I have never been here before and was considering it so I do my research. And reading the reviews .. Wow! I notice that if you give your honest opinion that can hurt their business, they are quick to discredit you. They can type whatever response but it doesnt change the experience a client has had thus giving the feeling that the customer is always wrong. A business makes you feel good when they just own up to the problem and say I am sorry you had that kind of experience lets try this again. Their responses are a bit narcissistic and it gives me nervous vibes reading the businesss responses. It is obvious there is no boundary with atleast a little bit of privacy of a clients visit as they are quick to put it all out there. I dont know about his place...

Im getting married in 4 days and my bridesmaids told me that I had to get a manicure because there will be tons of pictures of my hands with my ring and bouquet. Got my first manicure in a couple decades and honestly not very pleased with the results. I picked a nail color from the wall samples, but they didnt have the one I picked, so they grabbed something else close to the color I wanted. Then I kept feeling like when my nails were trimmed one side of the nail was longer than the other and she did file it down to correct it when I talked to her about it. Unfortunately, the end result is really lumpy and uneven. Im now planning to go somewhere else to get them re-done for the wedding 😢

Tmy granddaughter had her nails done. And they were poorly done. They lifted immediately and the colors were as if I would have painted them with my shaky hands. She went to get them fixed and they didnt understand what she meant by them lifting. They should have refunded her on the spot. Dont waste your hard earned money at this place.

I went to Thao most recently and i was not happy with the results. She was really rough on my fingernails and the skin around it and they were sore and now i have a bacterial infection. She also shaved the acrylics so close that I’m getting bad hangnails which was one of the only reasons i got acrylics to help with. She also kept stopping to call people on the phone. I know cute.icle lounge has a policy to get them fixed if you’re unhappy but my nails hurt so bad i didn’t even want to go back.If i were writing a review for Vannie, however, i would give her 5 stars. My nails looked amazing, she was gentle and timely.

Vannie is the best nail tech ever. She did my nails for years, then I moved away. Now, I’ve moved back and she’s still amazing as ever. I’m super picky and she exceeds my expectations every time.The only thing Cut*icle could do better is a better selection of OPI colors. They have other brands and a lot of selection in those brands but they do no wear and hold up as well as OPI does.

My mom went in to get her nails done they were very rude andShe wanted purple ombré and the lady said she couldn’t do it that it wouldn’t come out wrong and the ombré she got was pink and it just looks like a weird texture and they just look like 2 different colors of acrylic laid on top of eachother and there are press on that are better than the nails they did

I came in here to treat myself after a long work week. This place was so relaxing. They are so kind to their customers. I got a full set of gel acrylics, and they came out beautiful. The tech who did my nails took his time and made sure they were exactly as I wanted. They kept asking if they could get me water or coffee to drink. They even gifted me with a pair of earrings just for getting my nails done. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They made this nail salon gorgeous and it’s very clean. When you’re here you feel like you’re at a nail salon that isn’t in Albuquerque! Lol this feels like a high end salon that would be in a different state. Also, their prices are cheaper than compared to a lot of other places I’ve been. I will be back! Thank you for a good first experience:)

This brand new nail spa had just opened a few weeks ago and it is amazing! When you walk in youre immediately greeted with a smile. ** The ONLY reason why I gave them a 5 star was because my 1st two times here my experience was amazing... BUT NOT THE TECH I HAD FOR MY PEDICURE TODAY **I’ve been here a total of 3 times counting today, and the two technicians I’ve had were so good! I went over 4 weeks without a fill in. Today I went in and I could only get Thao for my fill in and got someone new for my pedicure. I asked the technician a few questions about design, then apologize for asking so many questions... when she started doing my polish I asked her if she was doing a second coat, cause I was getting something I’d never had and I was curious. Honestly she replied but I couldn’t understand her, so she said something, then asked if I liked them, I did like them but I asked about the second coat again... and I even said.. “I’m sorry to ask again”... she YELLED at me, “I SAID I WASNT FINISHED YET”... I had been having a rough day today, and was excited about coming in to relax and get my mind off of stuff, and y’all I had to hold back the tears.She did do amazing on my pedicure but she didn’t have to yell at me, customers even turned around....If it wasn’t for the amazing two technicians I’ve had before, I’d never come back here again. But I can’t let one person run me off.Like I mentioned this place, is clean, the front desk staff are so sweet... and Thao and Jolien are amazing... they are the only reason I will come back, but you better believe I’ll ask for them!!!

This place is the best!! We rented the VIP room for 8 of us to relax and enjoy a pedicure!! We ended up singing karaoke and being pampered above and beyond by the Cute-Icle Lounge team!! We had So much Fun and they did a great job on our toes and my nieces manicure!! The establishment is so clean and cute; we love it!

The lady at the front desk was welcoming. My nail tech for a basic pedicure was rough and cut my nails to short even after I asked her not to as I had trimmed them myself. Having to put antibacterial cream on wet polish was kinda a bummer.

Initial nice first impression. Great location, beautiful salon and friendly staff. The owners did a phenomenal job with this location. I did not give a full 5 star due to feeling my appointment was rushed with the nail technician that did my pedicure. He was a little too rough and offered opinions in regards to my pedicure with out being asked. I also wasn’t sure why throughout the entire pedicure he did not wear gloves, however to massage he then put his gloves on. This was a Sanitation miss for me. Other than the opportunities mentioned with this one staff member I did have a good experience.

This was the first timing going here and now I won’t go anywhere else. From the moment we walked in until we left we were treated so well! They are extremely attentive and friendly. This was my first visit and won’t be coming back. Although I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to get me in. The nail technician was nice, but seemed rushed and it shows. Some of my toenails are half way polished and uneven. Really pricey for what you get. Also, I noticed small ants crawling on the pedicure chair. So gross!!

A friend recommended this place to me. I was really excited about it. I set up an appointment for 1030, I arrived to my appointment at that time and was told by the receptionist(Marissa), who wasnt friendly at all that there was a 10 minute delay. I sat for 15 min and was greeted by a very nice Asian man named Nick. He was very apologetic and gave me a great pedicure, despite his good service I will never return to this place again. The receptionist interrupted my pedicure 3 times! And was very rude to the nail technician as she was rushing him and asking how many more minutes are you going to be there are people waiting This made me feel very uncomfortable and unappreciated as a new customer. It also made the nail technician nervous and in return I felt bad for him. I tipped him very well, but because of her, I will never return again. Not to mention they are very over priced.

Let me start by saying Ive been getting my nails done for 25 years and I have never had an experience like the one I had today. The salon is absolutely beautiful and ambiance calming. When at the reception area, I was asking about the other services they offer such as Botox injections. I was offered a quick consultation with Hoa Tran D.D.S. who is a dentist in that area and was agreeable to performing Botox injections after I got my nails done.The nail tech I had today was Thao. When we began my hands were cold, so she went and got me hot stones to warm them. She asked me if I wanted water, I decline because I was not thirsty. She left and came back with a green icy/slushy type drink that was melon/cucumber flavored and I ended up drinking 2 servings. IT WAS AMAZING!!! She lit a aroma therapy candle during our session and wanted me to enjoy myself. She did not burn me during my rebase, was fast and took extra care in areas that other techs dont take time to do. When everything was said and done, I was very happy with the end result!!! She shaped them and designed them perfectly.After my nails were complete, I met up with Hoa Tran D.D.S for the Botox injections and was ready to see me right away. The procedure was fast and I would rate pain 3/10 on pain rating scale. He took the time to discuss some options for other future treatments and said that he will start having Botox injection parties where other procedures will be offered so that people can see what its like to have other treatments done such as lip fillers. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I will be going to him for further Botox treatments, lip fillers and maybe even dental needs.I am so impressed by this place and will continue to go there as long as I need the type of services they offer such as: nails, filler treatments, Botox, facials, waxing, micro blading and maybe even eyelash extensions. Their prices are fair and Im surprised they dont charge more. Im glad I discovered this place and highly recommend it to anyone needing the types of services they offer.

My sister and I recently went here for pedicures and it was absolutely wonderful. The location is beautiful and the nail technician, Oanh, was awesome. I can wait to go back.

Pretty on the outside; poorly run on the inside. We had 2:30 appointments but our services did not begin until 3:15. There was a lot of chatter among the nail techs; at one point they were communicating back and forth loudly. The receptionist came over numerous times with her schedule telling the techs about the upcoming appointments which is really uncomfortable for the client. I felt rushed and my guess is the tech did, too. My tech looked at his phone numerous times during my service and didn’t thank me when it was over. It’s the courtesies one would expect when walking into what appears to be a higher end nail spa. I gave it two stars instead of one because my friend’s tech was far more caring and the polish was good. I won’t return.

Drove across town to try this salon out & got the ultimatum of coming back in 2 hours or leaving so we left. Definitely over hyped

I never normally post reviews, but because my experience was so egregious, I feel compelled to do so. I came here for a lash fill. When I made the appointment, I told the receptionist that I had my lashes done elsewhere, and just needed a fill. She assured me the lash technician was very experienced and knowledgeable and could give me a fill. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that they could not do a lash fill on someone elses work, and that all my lashes would need to be removed. (Which they charged me additional money for, but never disclosed.) I have never heard of this despite having my lashes done for years, but I was wanting to have them done for a special event and decided to stay. I was not brought back for 30 minutes past my appointment time! I ended up being there for THREE HOURS!! In addition to this taking three hours, it ended up costing me over $300!! (Not the $50 I had been told.) Upon arriving home, I noticed that the lashes were done terribly and were completely uneven from one eye to the other. In addition, they were very sparse on one eye, which was puzzling for how much time it had taken. (And she had actually charged me extra, since I wanted them to be full.) I had to go and have them redone. (Which by the way, costed $30 at another salon, and they look amazing!) Tried to reach a reasonable resolution with the manager, but they were unwilling to work with me, despite this horrible experience. Will never return.

I got my nails done here with my boyfriend’s mom and his brothers girlfriend for a “girls day” and we had the best experience!! everyone was so nice and it was very clean! they gave us water to sip on while we got our nails done which was a nice touch. everyone was super helpful and the whole place was soooo cute and so clean!! it was the best place i’ve ever gotten my nails done and i can’t wait to go back (:
