I’ve been going to this nail salon for a few years now but anytime I’ve ever made an appointment, they can never seem to be on time. I’ve made three separate appointments within the last few months and every time, they’ve been at least 30 minutes or longer in keeping me wait. Two of those times was really frustrating because I had appointments after. It’s partially on me for continuing to give this nail salon chance after chance, it’s just super convenient from where I live however I will not be going back to this place of business. Please do not allow the option of making appointments if you cannot stick to the dedicated time slot and respect your customers time and money.

I’ve had bad experiences with other nail techs but Anthony does a GREAT job each and every time. He pays attention to detail and takes his time to ensure I walk away happy.

THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER GOTTEN MY NAILS DONE EVER! Every single person there does an amazing job!!!!!

Always really friendly and nice. The salon is always clean and now with covid they have made glass separators so you feel very safe but also you can still see the person so it doesn’t feel awkward. The employees wore masks long before the pandemic so that’s nothing new. They do excellent work and I usually get compliments everywhere I go. I can come in with any idea and they will paint them that way. Pedicures are aMAZing because employees really take their time and make your legs and feet look spectacular. This is the only place that I go to and that’s saying a lot because I’ve been getting my nails done for about 25 years.

My toes look fabulous but not at the price of tearing my skin off, smh.

Hi about a month and some change ago, i received a nice spa pedicure, well about 9 days after i received a nasty infection in right toe nail, which ended up in surgery. still waiting to hear back from owners. IF you would get in touch with me, thatd be great.

This place is fantastic! I walked in one day while I was waiting for a haircut and feel like I scored the jackpot! Wendy helped me and completely took care of my calluses and gave me a great massage. Even better- the massage chairs are deep tissue and the prices are GREAT! Ill definitely come back!

Great service, fast start even as a walk in. But the 3 that helped my daughters and i made no attempt to talk or anything. Leaving us feeling pretty awkward. We had 3 pedis and 2 manicures between us. So a long time to go with out conversation.:/ but awesome job done.

Loved that they use basin liners for the pedicures. Their massage chairs are to die for. The staff was professional and for once, in all the time that Ive been getting nails, the correct size was chosen for me. Tina did an excellent job and will definitely be going back. This is now the nail place to go for me!

I went here for a manicure. My nails looked great, but I had a burn on my hand. Two weeks later and it still hurts.

Had some beautiful french tip gel nails done here with little silver sequins on the ring fingers for my wedding. Very happy with them and the staff is always very nice. Their basic manicures also start at just $12 dollars.

I have always gotten my gel nails done here however I’ve noticed that with the removal process they use they were actually thinning my nails making them very fragile. I decided to do regular nail polish today and I’m not exactly sure stay happened but it seems as though they created a bubble of nail polish and when I tried to flatten it it spilled in the sides of my nail.

This nail place is the worst experience Ive ever had! The girl that did my nails yesterday screwed them up so bad! First of all she cut my nails down instead of drilling the color out! So as she was taking off the nails, she was ripping them off! Hurt like hell. Then she couldnt do the design that was displayed. So I went with plain pink. It took her an hour and a half which made me late for Mass. So while I was getting in my car one of the nails folded in. I thought Ill come back tomorrow to get it fixed. As the night went on, each and every nail crumbled. They didnt set properly. So I called Cindy this morning and told her n I made an appt with her to get them fixed. I got to Deluxe Nails to find the girl that messed up my nails yesterday n she started arguing with me. The owner soon followed saying I cut them myself! Not only was she not going to give me my money back but she was going to charge me for a new set!!!! When I told her she lost not only my business but my 2 daughters and my moms business as well. She said thats ok I left furious! They didnt even attempt to rectify my situation but pretty much called me a liar as well!!!!! Please dont try this place!!!!! I know I will never ever return!!!!!

This is my new favorite nail salon. I had gotten a full set of acrylics at another nail salon and they did a horrible job but Wendy at Deluxe Nails fixed it :) she did a wonderful job and now I cannot stop looking at my nails, I would definitely recommend them!

Where do i begin?? Ive been coming here for months at least every couple weeks never have had major problems just little fixes or breaks no biggie im reasonable and understand things happen.Always have been super understanding. In October i go in with a friend bringing them more business than obviously deserved. Keep in mind ive had same acrylic nail on for a couple months. Well i got 3 different rebases instead of getting new sets every time, a reccomendation coming from them to save me money and less time and effort for them to do. So this time instead of doing another acrylic set i say to do regular gel on my natural nail i work in the food service industry so im required to have them fingertip length. They say ok no problem NO WARNING that they were going to peel two days later THIS is supposed to be GEL (last for a few weeks). They ended up charging me $5 extra to take off acrylics, $15 for design and i guess $20 for gel coming to $40. I left. Two days later they peel off, im really busy work week couldnt get in fast forward to sunday i go in they have the audacity to tell me its my fault!!! Im sorry what?? They tell me because my nails were brittle due to their product of course it was going to lift. Ummm did they tell me that when they were doing my gel? NO. Standing there with them having a calm conversation arguing were both getting agitated. I asked for a full refund told them to take them completely off if necessary i just refuse to have the same nails if the same thing will happen again in two dayz. Their response was no way were they gonna give me a refund only either do same gel design to fix or to make me pay for a whole nother full set acrylic for an additional fee they would discount to $20. Umm no im not gonna pay more $ for YOUR clear mistake. You hear them talking in their language back and forth with clear disregard for any empathy for their current customers or any future business. You all know how they act with these types of salons. Anyway they clearly see im not leaving without some type of remedy so they give me $20 cash and to never come back. 😂😂😂😂😂you think i would ever recommend or return hahahaha what a joke. That waz already made up in my mind on Tuesday. So they hand me the money tell me for a third time never come back i say thank you guys good luck and walked out. So if i could give this salon zero stars i would. Future advice for anyone please ask questions keep ur receipts and be cautious with this salon. Obviously im not the only one to be unhappy with their service/product.BTW on a side note my friends mood changing nails never worked and her gel flower and rhinestone fell off after one day. On another occasion my sister went to get a pedi health inspector was there and had multiple health violations which they acted like they knew no english and were suprised and couldnt understand their cleanliness was an issue. Ewww🙈🙉🙊

It is hit and miss when you walk in here. I have been several times it is usually busy and occasionally I sit right down at a chair. I am usually happy with the work. Having said that managing the customer is the failure. I cam in sat down in the waiting chairs wanting a basic manicure, only be to asked to sit at a desk and forgotten. I saw they were busy. You could have at least told me how long. Instead you moved me so it did not appear to backed up and forgot me. The time could have been used to have soaked my hands. After 15 + minutes I got up and left with no one asking or saying anything to me.
