My son just completed residential treatment at CTC and I am so grateful for all the care and help his therapist, doctor, and staff provided.

I remember all the fun and nice staff, how we werent isolated, you took the time to think about every single individual there. I am 21 now and I just think about the wonderful experience I had there. My experience with the Childrens Treatment Center has been truly a positive one. I have been raising my now 7 year old grandson the past 3 1/2 years and was pretty much at a loss as to how I could help him with his behavioral issues. He spent 4 months in treatment ( could have/ should have) stayed longer, but I took him out as I felt he was ready, and we wanted him home for the holidays. I felt like I had excellent communication with the staff, who were outstanding and as well, I felt involved and informed. I am so grateful that I found this help for him and eternally grateful to all of them! Wonderful therapy and support!

I am a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for a boy who receives counseling services a the Childrens Treatment Center. I have visited my young man here 4 times, and find the staff extraordinarily understanding and helpful. The receptionist is especially kind and sweet to him. The lobby and visiting rooms are not exactly sparkling clean, and could use a good rug shampooer and vacuum, but they are adequate. There are toys available and the seating is reasonable. I look forward to visiting my young man here.

Im a patient going here love this place so much they really understand me the education part is really good and I love the group Im in and they have the best staff here

Im not sure how to put a positive light on my experience with this organization. They dont seem to return phone calls. Mel, the scheduler is unreliable at scheduling appointments, or phone calls. Even the director (Robin?)is failing to return calls.They are pleasant to speak with, and act as though they are working hard to work with you. They pay you great lip service, but fail to follow through on the promises they make. I would like to see them put their words into action. NOT JUST BE ACTORS.

My son only comes here to see dr.dozzo and we met her through the community light house. Its probably the best medication management for a kid ever she listens to the parents not once has she ever gone back or argued with me.. I recommend her for sure

Dr. Kapalka is great with my children. We have been with him for a year and he listens and understands my kiddos🤗

Staff genuinely cares for the health both physical and mental of all the children they are dealing with.

I think this a great place they have really helped me with my son. Am very thankful that they have these kind of places to help parents when there kids are out of control.

Only reason Im giving 1 star is because uou cant review amd rate with 0. My son had been being seen here for 3 years. They all were in agreement i shouldnt have to drive 4 hours each way to be seen for 15 mins and get a Rx. So we made his appointments every 2 to 3 months. We saw the Dr that is only there once a month. When we were done with appointments the office didnt know when he would be back so they would call me and set up the appointment. Well my son is out of refills and when I called today to see why they had not faxed back for meds I was told his file had been deactivated because he hadnt been seen in 6 months. Smh really you are now leaving a 15 year old bipolar boy unmedicated! Good job what happened to the oath to first do no harm? I think that is pretty harmful and very unprofessional. The secretaries have never been anything but rude! I would not reccomend this place to anyone!

I love this place. my kid was fighting at school and getting suspended. this place accepted him and didnt call me 10 times a day to come get him. they told me the stuff he did and how they handled it. they had a parenting class and i went. i learned a lot a stuff about how i need to change things to. so when i see a bad review i know that the other parent was probably asked to make some changes or got told real stuff about there child and they didnt want to listen. i listened and i learned and my kid is back to being great now like the kid i used to know. thank you ctc. i hope others will bring there kids here to better them.

This place is not a good place since I have takin my son there for his over retaliation to being poked or touched he would hit other kids instead of saying stop! I tried to stop him myself and he wont do it when me or my wife are around but at this school your child will olny get worse by picking up crazy evil bahvior from other way worse children! I have heard other kids call there mom or dads B words and A$$hol3s! Now they are saying that our opinion does not count! They also will not put a meeting together for the parents with the teachers to see what is going on! Thisis bull crap they just want money I have come to this conclusion by hearing the teachers say that only the one kid was bad and he was starting all the fights and this is told to every parent! And when they tell me this and I go home and find red marks or marks from markers on places that he would not be able to mark himself then I know they are lying! How can a 4 year old draw on his own back or on the back of his neck! And be the only one that is starting the fights! Another thing if they are going on a feild trip and 2 of the kids that are around 3 and 4 class room get into a fist fight and still go to a feild trip to the Aquarium or Zoo! This place will damage you childs friendship making skills! Do not take any child here unless they are chasing you with a knife trying to kill you cause this place is not for kids with minor problems! Your child will only get worse! I am going to child services and the BBB because this place needs to be shut down!

They are beyond uninformed and there schooling is a joke. Its quite scary how little they know and the advice they give. My son was 10 Times worse leaving this place
