The best medical spa in Albq! Can’t say enough good things about them. Extremely professional, clean and always does what’s best even if it means not doing a treatment or not doing as much. They really do put you and your needs first rather then trying to push services like other places I’ve been too. Marie at the front desk is so friendly and always accommodating to my changing schedule, I can always count on her to get me in for an appt. And Kathryn is the absolute best, I won’t see anybody else for Botox/fillers. She is the sweetest and does a fantastic job at everything I need done, her work is flawless and she’s so compassionate and gentle. I just adore her!

I got lip threads My lips are misshaped not done properly. Also got botox they did not go deep enough into the muscle so its not evan. I have wrinkles in different areas. I talk with the nurse that did my lips Desireeshe was rude not very happy person really didnt care. I will never go back I will never recommend them I go to Olga now

I want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU too Desiree and the Bair Medical Spa!!!! I am a travel nurse from Florida and I literally work 16 hour overnight shifts with NO days off. Today I unexpectedly got a day off and I desperately wanted to have a Kybella treatment done. I had found Desiree on Instagram and LOVED her beautiful work! I sent her a DM at 9 in the morning asking if there was anyway that she could fit me in same day. She said that she was booked but would call me if she could fit me in. I live and work 2 and half hours from Desirees spa....I hopped in the car and drove to Albany on a wing and a prayer that she would find a spot for me! At 11am I reached out to her again and asked if she found a spot for me. She again PROMPTLY responded back and told me she would try her best. At 2pm she called said she could squeeze me !!! When I got to Bair Medical Spa, I was expecting to be rushed in and out because of my last minute appointment. But the complete opposite happened! The front desk staff was so kind and patient! The all had smiling faces and thanked me for coming! When Desiree came to get me, she was warm and friendly! She gave me a tour and a very thorough consultation! I felt so ease that I told her about my painful TMJ, she patiently recommended a treatment and offered to take the time add that to my Kybella treatment! I was so grateful! My Kybella treatment didnt hurt at all(just a few pinches here and there)! Desiree took her time, never making me feel rushed! I really appreciate the great job that Desiree did and the welcoming attitude of the entire Bair Medical Spa team! I am so impressed that I am bringing my husband back in September for Laser Hair Removal and his own Kybella treatment by Desiree!

Great atmosphere and staff. I was treated like royalty and feel like it too now. If you are looking for the fountain of youth or blemish eraser, this place is pretty close.

My name is OlgaI am writing this review to let you know that I am so thankful to the staff at Bair spa.They save me from going crazy for three weeks, whit my face looking like an alien.I went to have some fillers to another place that my friend recommended me.I thought I’ll try it was a little cheaper, she injected me too much of something. I don’t think it was juviderm like they told me. I got and a allergy reaction to what ever she put in my face. It was painful.I tried all she told me to do. It wasn’t working. Finally I decided to call Bair Medical spa, they booked me in immediately and took care of me, they injected me with a medicine to dissolve the filler and in few hours I was feeling so much better. After 24 hours I was looking normal again.It was a scary experience. I will never go to an other spa to get anything done on my face. I only trust Dr Bair and his staff.Thank you so much Bair Medical spa. God bless you all.

I had Co2 laser resurfacing and I must say the experience over all was great. I felt little to no pain during the procedure, Dr. Bair made sure I was tooken care of. The results have only increased over the months. Every other day I use my lemon peel exfoliating scrub and I literally see all the dead skin rub off more and more as time passes, to reveal more even layered skin. Its definitely helped with my rolling scars. Its not taken then away completely but its a step in the right direction.Down side is it cause a lot of fat/ volume loss as month went by. So much so that I had to get a mini face lift my cheeks look droopy. I hate when you go in to get one problem fixed and come out with another problem.

I absolutely love this practice. They are thorough, take the time to make sure the procedures are done correctly and have always been professional and kind. I found them on a referral from a friend and since have referred many of my friends as well.

Worst experience. My face was scarred. I followed up with a visit by Dr Blair. I was treated rudely and told that these things sometimes happen. The facialist went too deep while doing microdermabrasion. They are there to make money. Not to make clients happy.

Ok so I am not done with this review yet, but so far after 3 treatments for laser hair removal. I would give the first 2 treatments a higher rating. I will have to change the rating if anything changes of course. I would say everyone seems professional when you walk in, but the problem Im having is with the laser hair treatment in which they changed girls on me and they dont keep records on what the last person did. Also who ever was in charge at the time interupted ever appointment half way in between. Also the last girl did laser treatment in spots I did not expect very strange.. I will be talking to the supervisor and if that does not work then Dr Bair.. I will not be asking for that girl again.. I think it was strange how they interupted my apointment as well.

This place SUCKS!!! After years of trying to get them to give me what I needed. They only got it right once $! Always had to go back for the to fix the bad injections...then they would say I always needed MORE!! Well my opinion, and the the opinion of friends that I have sent here, is, they dilute their products. This is how they are able to have so many discounts. Save your hard earned money and go to a True plastic surgeon that will NOT dilute their products. Hered if you are not happy, they do not want to do anything but upcharge you to get what u are looking for..Honesty and integrity is worth paying a little we more for.

Awsome customer service everyone is friendly and welcoming

I went to Bair medical for a photofacial treatment done back in August 2017 by one of their techs, Nicole. It has been one of my worse mistakes ever made and I have paid the price with my own health. This was to be the type of treatment that you can return to work that same day but Nicole went very aggressive on me (even though she knew I was apprehensive and scared). She left me with welches and in a lot of pain that lasted for weeks. During the treatment , when Nicole zapped me with the laser I told her a few times that the treatment was too intense. She didnt care, all she said was ok, I wont go any higher instead of setting it lower. The day after, Dr. Bair saw me and said that it looked bad but wasnt that bad. He was cordial and refunded my money and even offered to attempt to correct the treatment. The treatment, the pain and the stress I endured lead to an infection in me. I was very healthy before and not on any meds. Till this day, now I have high blood pressure, ringing in one ear, pressure in ear, on anti-anxiety med, and anti-depressant due to my symptoms. I informed Dr. Bair of my blood pressure and he said something else must be going on with me. I had an mri done and there is nothing else. Any Dr. knows that any pain and stress can trigger symptoms. What bothers me the most is Nicole ( especially Nicole) and Dr Bair didnt take any responsibility for what they have done to me. Nicole does not listen to the customer, does what she wants to do and thinks she knows it all. I should have been very firm with her but I put my trust in her and in the spa. Dr.Bair needs to hire competent and compassionate workers that listen to their customers.
