Absolutely love the staff, theyre super friendly. However, Ive been staying here for 7 years (since back when it was an actual hotel) and every time a washer broke, it used to be replaced so it used to be worth the $1.50. Now, were paying to use broken down washers that are always out of order or not working properly.Dryers work fine, however, Im fairly certain corporate is in charge of replacing broken down equipment thats needed for every day use and I have no doubt corporate knows about the issues with the washers, such as having to unplug some of them and plug them back in to get it work properly, the laundry room flooding if all 4 are used at the same time and the constant unbalance of the drums during washing. We need new washers and Im sure corporate knows that, but were stuck paying to use washers that hardly ever work.Thankfully, the washers are the only issue I have with this place. Everything else is great, and again, very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was dirty, needed proper cleaning. I was told they were sold out so i had to reserve a room a day in advance basically paying for a night i never used. When i did move in, was crawling with roaches. Requested them to spray. Residents were shady, drug dealeing in parking lot, fighting and arguing all hours of the night. Its a cheap place to stay but not the best place to stay.

I stayed at this place for 3 months. It was a little crazy but I could afford it. I just like a cell phone pay as you go plan, if you dont have the money for the service, it gets cut off. You are a lot of shady people around the area but it didnt bother me because I was at work all the time. The employees are cool and worked with me through any issue. I recommend staying here for something thats temporary, not permanent. One more thing, its not a hotel, its apartments so dont expect fresh towels or room service. You provide those things yourself. It was really nice that it was fully furnished.

My friend and dad are staying here. I feel the prices are way. Way to high for what you get. Seen extended stay motels with better accommodations and far better prices and security. Do your self a favor and shop around before you pull the trigger on this one. GCK

Thought it was pretty decent! Nice room, and TAMMY and Felicia are really nice! Great AC and nice, strong shower. Room was clean and modern. Near TARGET and major bus routes. Kinda sketchy at night, tho...? Lots of police activity...the good thing about that, tho, is that if you act the fool, theyll call the cops immediately...a couple of times, I heard domestic disputes, and the cops showed up right away. Plus, its got a nice laundry room, 2 $ to wash and dry a full load! I liked it!!

Worst place to stay... we were staying there for only a month and we had couples arguing next door. People were constantly knocking on our door for drugs. And we weren’t those type of people...the Room smelled of hard cigarettes and the floor was filthy...outlets weren’t working so we had to buy our on extension cord to connect out electronics to one outlet that was working... Mangement Tammy was great till the we were leaving. Didn’t receive my Deposit back.. worst place. I won’t recommend it.

When we checked in, the place was not clean. When asked if it could be cleaned, they said sure, but never happened. When we left, we left it cleaner then when we checked in, except for one extra matress. Come to find out when trying to stay again, Ive been banned because we left it a mess. Which is bs, the management could care less.

A package I ordered was confirmed delivered at the front desk, but when I went to the front desk to get it, the weekend manager said it wasnt there. When I showed him on my computer the email confirming delivery and asked him to check again, he merely pointed to some boxes, screaming for me to get out of the office!!! I almost thought he was going to hit me. I also found the room to be highly electric if you know what I mean. I has to unplug the modem, and the bed had barbed wire in the box spring and was acting like an antennae for EMF wireless and if you are sensitive to EMF, you will go beserk!!! I had to unplug all electrical appliances except for the fridge. I had a paid for a month, so had to stay. It was a horrible, horrible situation. Also, there was an odor of chlorine when turning on the heat, so I tried to use a ceramic heater I had, but that was no use because again the EMF was palpable. I heard some sort of loud noise in the room even when all appliances were unplugged, like some sort of power generator going. Wow! Are they trying to kill me or what! I was even getting shocked when trying to turn on a light switch! Had to wear rubber souls even when lying in bed. And for a studio, this place is not cheap. Its $869 per month, without a kitchen, just a microwave oven and fridge. The 2 women managers are pretty nice, but the male manager that works weekends is nuts and almost became violent. When I asked to switch to another studio next month, the charge was $200!!! And get this, the deposit to move in is only $50! Does that make any sense? Dont waste your money here. Also, when I was trying to figure out where the electric feelings were coming from, when I felt around under the carpet, there was some sort of wiring? What the Hell is that??? Are they trying to electrocute me??? Geeze!!!

The place is a rip off. Rent is about $776.00 to $800.00+ for a motel room with only a microwave. And, they are trying to keep my $50.00 deposit and charge my debit card $52.00. Ive found a better place for $250.00 less per month.

My fiance and I stayed at the Albuquerque Siegel Select on Ellison/San Antonio. The room was very clean. We had an unpleasant experience with the Manager Jorge, we had an issue with the billing and he proceeded to argue with us, as we were walking out the door made the comment white people always complaining my fiance was about to go back in but I stopped him. Trust me when I say this Im already in contact with an attorney. Thank the heavens above we recorded the whole thing. I am disgusted that Siegel would hire someone who is racist and unprofessional like the manager Jorge.

My wife and I stayed here a 1 1/2 years ago, and the biggest pro I can think of is that the rooms are rather large. By some incredible stroke of luck, our room was the only one I ever encountered here that had air conditioning that would have passed as being functional. The fact that they advertise as Flexible Stay Apartments is misleading and in my opinion should be a legal violation, as to call something an apartment I feel that there should be some requirement to have at least a rangetop, and also a separate sink for the kitchen(ette). The tub/toilet area is as small as an area containing those two fixtures could possibly be...enough room to stand in front of the toilet and hardly open the door to get out without having to straddle the toilet. Also, there are no exhaust fans in the bathroom, so with the pitiful excuse they have for air conditioning, taking a shower in the warmer months turns the atmosphere of whole room into a very humid jungle like experience. The sink outside the bathroom door is the smallest imaginable bathroom sink fixture ever made, which adds to my thoughts on the need for a kitchen sink. One cool thing was that when we showed up here, Joy Junction, the local homeless shelter, would show up in their Lifeline of Hope food truck every evening and give out warm meals + sack lunches to all who wanted them. That was a life saver when spending 200+ per week to live in hotel despair. Unfortunately, the manager got upset about kids at the property leaving food and candy wrappers on the ground, and told the people in charge that the food truck could no longer come to the property. One fact of note was that 1 1/2 years ago when this occurred, it seemed safe enough for kids to be playing and eating candy as they enjoyed the summer days outdoors. Fast forward to 2019, and I think a parent letting their child play outside at Seigel Suites or any other spot on hotel circle should be punishable by law. This place is far from beautiful, and the idea of safety or security anywhere on hotel circle is preposterous. The riff-raff and hoodlums that conduct their daily business in this area are of the type that most people shirk at the idea of sharing a sidewalk with. On top of that, staying at the Seigel Suites is like paying a premium to stay in a halfway house/sober living environment...but heres the catch...almost nobody there is sober. But believe me, the slightest hint of expression or individuality have the manager pounding on your door screaming unintelligible threats about her rules and how its her property and shell have you removed, and blah blah blah. Despite all that feigned sense of control over what goes on there, the amount of seedy activity on the premises is these days equal to or greater than what it was when this place was called the Freeway Inn, before Seigel bought it.

Oh my god. Everyone on here who is saying that the price is good abd the rooms are decent is straight up lying to your face. This place is worse then a crack motel off of central. Matter of fact I called corporate office today to ask for a full refund. I have picture yo probe how filthy this place is. There are bed bugs and holes on the doors when there are doors. And not to mention they cant give me a door because there arent any doors to gone. Ive been here two days and am still. Mopping and disinfecting evertging.. Oh lets not forget how there is no kitchen sink and no oven to when make a pizza. What kind of place is tgis. And they want to charge me 969.00 per month. Your a joke . The ac doesnt even work. Its on high right now she believe me its not blowing any air. Oh this place is so great that they advertise free WiFi but when we got here they made my son go in and pay 10.00 for the week. Abd you can only have two devices on it period . This place is a dump.abd i think Ill contact the city to complain because theyre more than likwylylikely to not give a refundDO NOT COME HRRE.
