Do NOT stay here!!! If I could give this place no stars I would! I booked a room here through a third party site and it failed to mention that THEY ARE NOT OPEN AFTER HOURS. Or maybe they have minimal staff and someone called out sick, but there was no one around, not even maintenance and their “emergency” phone number was inactive. No one from this company will give me an answer as to why I am still being charged for a room though I didn’t confirm the charge AKA check in AND am being charged more than the original asking price. This place will STEAL your money if you give them your credit/debit card info, don’t give them the chance.

Wow i cant believe they ripped him off like that. Curious to see where this goes. I will also be reporting to the BBB, New Mexico state attorney and FTC. Who knows how many more people they scammed out of their deposit. Also I noticed Google is hiding the reviews now

Ive been staying here since around February Im still here , I havent had any problems at all very good and friendly staff and management its a great place but 1 thing is can we pleeeeasse get the manager to do a pest spray or have someone come out to do it ive been seeing lots of small and big roaches and of course I kill them but they keep coming and me and my mom keep the house so clean we bleach clean all the time we dont understand why there are bugs can we please get Somone out here to spray rooms with pest control other than that everything is perfect !!!

So far so good. Nice clean room with a refrigerator, microwave and stove. If youre renting by the week or month youre required to supply your own linens however thats not a bad thing when you think about whats going on with PANDEMIC and everything. Last but not least, you can do your laundry for pretty cheap if your a resident. Thats definitely a plus

If you have any concerns about safety or class this is not the place. The reservationist are very welcoming and I really appreciate Alexis. But unfortunately the pictures and the experience is nothing like they say online. When you actually get there you’re ignored at the counter and dismissed almost like you’re bothering them. The other tenants are intimidating and shady looking. This was supposed to be my big move until I find an apartment and it was a terrible experience. The staff and the tenants coming in and out of the lobby are very rough looking and rough acting. Being a single woman and scared for my life I canceled my reservation because this is not a place for a single woman to stay. Please beware. I’m hoping to get my $105 back but if I don’t that will be OK because I think I just saved my life by not moving in there. Please be aware. Unless you can deal with the lowlifes of New Mexico do not move here. It is nothing like it says online and the staff is very disrespectful but I do appreciate the manager for calling me back.

Stayed here for one week when I arrived from Florida. Prior to moving from Florida I called and spoke to Mohammad (think that was his name) who identified himself as manager. I specifically asked how much one week would cost with all fees and such. He gave me a lower number than what they charged me when I arrived. I had planned on moving there for a few weeks but because he gave me misleading info, o didn’t budget right. They gave me key cards to enter room but both didn’t work. I had to go back to office and they gave me updated ones, but they didn’t work. The clerk claimed I was doing something wrong. Third time it worked. The room was great-comfortable and all but it smells like stall tobacco. The customer service is terrible. Overall, I can’t really recommend this place.

BEWARE BED BUG INFESTATION!!! My family and I stayed here for a few weeks and in that time encountered a lot of bed bugs we tried working with the management to fix the issue but they just didnt do what needed to be done. Which is calling a exterminator not the maintenance man with a cheap bottle of bug spray. We noticed toward the end of our stay baby bed bugs were crawling under the door way we found them in the hall way on the walls in our linen and crawling on my kids. We had to get out of there. Please find a different place to stay. I will be following up to hold them accountable for what we went through mentally and financially. LAWSUIT

I am a teacher and I was iffy about staying at first but after visiting there I found it was very clean, helpful staff, security guard Daniel was very vigilant, Manager lend me his spare tire and changed my flat so I can go get that fixed.

Wow after staying here for only 1 hour to find out they had no hot water, I asked for a refund they did not give me a refund and they kept my deposit 💵. This place needs to be reported to the State and City!!

I stayed here for a few weeks the first night being there dea and police presence. Then it got quiet for a bit then had constant yelling and screaming in all the rooms around me on top of that had me in a room directly above the outside door that door slammed all night long , the hallways wreaked of cigarette smoke. Then the final straw people were knocking on my door all night wanting in my room. This is the absolute worst extended stay I’ve ever been in. And I moved out and they keep calling offering a room. I definitely would not recommend bringing children here this is a drug slum so happy to be out

Very clean rooms, the staff is very friendly and accommodating to there residents needs. Plus the managment honestly cares and helps in anyway possible to make your stay as comfortable as all possible. I definitely give them 2 thumbs up for hospitality

I stayed here @ the 2500 University Blvd NE location for 2 weeks. Esperanza Shelter paid weeks 2 & 3. Going into the 3rd week is when there was a fire, and 1 man died. My son and I had a room, 244, next to the room where the fire started. On top of lying to my advocate and saying they were going to move my son and I to a different room, we had clothes that were soaked, and the door was broken. I was having trouble breathing through the night and we were given a rubber door stopper for safety because the door was broken. We slept in the room with the door broken and maintenance came to fix it at 1:30 pm, the next day. Esperanza Shelter moved us to a different place on the next day, by the time they fixed the lock. After moving us; Esperanza Shelter requested a partial refund, and were cursed at and disrespected. Soon after; I went and called multiple times to get mail that was to be delivered prior to the fire. I have been denied my mail. They (the employees at Seigel Select I) keep telling me that I, have no mail. Although the USPS tracking number states that my mail has been delivered! It is a federal offense to withhold or tamper with mail. I know that they are being spiteful because along with the request for a partial refund, I sent pictures to Esperanza Shelter, to show what the room looked like after the fire. All I want is my mail, but I have now contacted the USPS Postmaster, The ABQ police, as well as, consumer protection.

The room I was in was nice. But like a previous reviewer stated...the staff and management can be rude at times. Except for Lionel...professional, courteous and always offering to help regardless of how big or small the issue. He should the Manager or running the place... That front desk chick Leslie sucked... Get some customer service training for her and the one hispanic maintainence dude...rude, rude, rude. Thanks Lionel...you made my experience wonderful😎 and beware of Alexis at Corporate. She never does what she says she will do... And thats awful... Because she is a reflection of the company itself, Siegel Suites... Get it together people... Your customers have many many other choices here in ABQ for housing...temporary stays... for one night..etc, etc...like me...thats why I left Siegal...when you know better, you do better..and give Lionel a raise!!!!CBJ

Ive been staying here for over a month now. I absolutely love it. The ladies at the front are always extremely helpful and friendly. The security guard is always attentive to my concerns in the rare case that I do have any. The manager is very understanding and very relatable. Im so glad I found this place. The apartment style living makes me feel at home. The gas station/ truck stop across the street is like a little grocery store so its just perfect. The room is clean the bed is comfortable its everything I could ask for in an Extended Stay living. Thank you guys for everything youve done.

My boyfriend and I have been staying here we are tremendously happy with management and staff etc. Very clean environment great customer service down to security and maintenance I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Albuquerque area.

Its a bad place. The staff tends to be rude at time and theyll kick out people who paid for x amount of days before those days are up. It took them forever to fix the main door then they randomly changed how to get into the building without setting everyone up with the new system.I do not recommend staying here.

I was one of the first ones to have a new room after the remodel, the rooms are big and reminded me of a studio apartment comfortable living not all small like other hotel rooms. This place had a rough go and got a bad name was one of the reasons why i left. I can tell after getting the right managment and staff in here this place has totally done a 360 im being completly honest. Its quite friendly and the new staff are amazing. I recommend if you are looking for long term stay that this location will meet your needs and the price is fair with great insensitives.

I reserved my room 4 days in advance at this hotel and when I got to the property I had to wait an hour before someone came to the front to let me in for check in. The associate did not apologize for the wait and right away told me there were no rooms available. He did not even check the computer or my email confirmation before telling me there were no more rooms. Then he stated that booking.com made an error for the room. Booking.com only puts the rooms available from the Siegel select availability. He was very rude and unprofessional. I then had to sit outside for another hour canceling my (non refundable room) with booking so I could find another place to stay. Definitely will not be returning to this hotel.

I love the staff here they are really nice and If you see a rating or some comment that is not 4 stars or a great review you will know it is what it is and if you base every experience and every purchase on reviews and stars then you are missing out to experience life or items you want to purchase our food someone ate but you did not so just because someone had a bad or good experience should not determine your final decision but anyways the staff here had been great to me and I have seen them with other customers and if they need something then the staff trys to help them out the best they can

My stay here was pretty great. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Super clean. Parking what was very lit up at night and the security guard was very attentive. The front desk was very polite- shout out to Sven. I knew that I was going to have a late check-in and the manager called me to help me to be aware of me late check-in process. This will be my go-to Albuquerque place.

The rooms are clean but My car got stolen from here and the owner wouldn’t even look at the video for me to see if it got towed or stolen...lots of meth heads walking around..watch your car and valuables.

Dirtiness everywhere and the unfriendly staff . The manager Tami (fat blonde lady) Is by far one of the most vile creatures Ive ever encountered. She steals from the hotel and lies about debts owed to company. She will be completely fake to face and she regularly talks to the police on which rooms she observes lots of traffic or drug related activity. I feel like the Siegel select group reputation is highly tarnished by the lack of integrity they overlook in their management hiring process. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Absolutely not worth it! We wish we never stayed here, but every where else was completely booked during balloon fiesta.It was very over priced for the (inconvenience) of living here for let alone one week. The units are just okay, most of the bathrooms are not upgraded as everything else. They couldve at least pulled out and replaced the disgusting bath tubs. That were stained, the shower wasnt working properly, the water did not heat up, and you had to play with the knob to even turn it warm. The shower was even dirty and not properly cleaned. When we first arrived to our room in the evening time, the security guard basically harassed me and my boyfriend about our dog. Starting from the elevator all the way to our door room. Saying there was no dogs allowed other than service dogs, but we clearly paid for our pet deposit. He didnt want to leave us alone until we showed him our receipt, which was in our vehicle down stairs. At the same time we were trying to get situated in our room, and our dog got scared by the loud noises of the elevator while everything was happening. This place is basically a horrible ghetto version of a motel. The halls reek of everyones living stench, the floors never got cleaned when we stayed there, nobody even cleans after themselves, the room doors automatically shut leaving a loud noise every time someone leaves their room, the room door let alone isnt even completely sound proof because theres about an inch opening at the bottom of the door, so you can literally hear everything and everyone. The staff in the front desk are also only nice to you when you check in because they want youre money, but when youre ready to check out of your room they start to change on you, act different and snobby. They even left the front desk unoccupied saying they were going to be back in ten minutes because theyre giving a tour of the rooms, but yet theyre all in the corner of one hall gossiping about other people to another cleaning employee. It was very unprofessional. Please avoid this place unless you want to deal with this mess and headache of a business.

I was looking for a place to stay for a week when I saw an ad saying $164.05. I clicked on it to reserve a room when it took me through a process to send an email to look inquire about a room. This is when Shannon Kee emailed me saying that it would be over $270. When I asked about the price increase she said the ad that I had clicked on, which took me to her email, was not their property. Why would it send me to email you then? All in all a bad experience that made me steer clear of that place. Very unprofessional and Shannon was very rude. I do not reccomend having anything to do with siegal select.

Management was very rude and casual. Made me wait 15 minutes while she sat there. A lot of people needed help and she had no urgency to hurry. Also the room was shabby. Cockroach in the bathroom.Lot of cigarette burns every where, shower was stuck on. Could not run a bath for my 4 year old son. Heater didnt work. Terrible service

Military family here and former hotel AGM of Best Western and ExtendedStay. Im VERY disappointed in this room and wish Kirtland Inn had openings.They never answer their phone: had to call the emergency line to even get checked in. Strike 1.The room was dirty: cobwebs, moths flying around, dirt in the shower, toilet isnt secured, tv stand broken and dangerous for my toddler, odd dark spots on the walls.... strike 2 and 3.

Although this motel is still in the renovating process the staff are welcoming and other guest r friendly.. As for the Rooms, they need a lil more work & attention but im sure after the other side of the motel & the outdoor pool are done theyll give a little TLC to the Rooms..

No stars really. First of all.. I rented the room from the 1st to the 5th told them numerous times I needed the room till the 5th thats when my apartment would be ready. On the 4th I was away working all day. I came back to the room to find my children & I were locked out because they only had put us in till the 4th.. Which is ridiculous After I told them over the phone & in person i needed it till the 5th. Unaware that they only had put us till the 4th my children, husband & I were left with nowhere to go for the night. They did not care at all. Second, more then half the building was not in use, more then 100 rooms Id say, were completely torn apart looking horrible and disgusting, you could see the rooms threw the outside windows with everything torn apart, the roof in the hallways were not even there showing a whole mess of wires and what ever else. I believe there is a very bad aspestus problem going on. When we asked what was going on they said they were remodeling. Third the parking lot was disgusting the dumbster was so full there was in infestation of flys. I had to park next to it & my car was literally covered in flys to the point I had to open & close my doors very fast to keep them out. All & all it was a very ugly vibe, theres so many ppl living there it was very uncomfortable to be there with all the regulars as theyd gather outside and smoke and hang out. I got the impression every one who works there lives there as well. Id much rather stay at the Inn town suites.

Good cheap rooms, though if you forget to bring any toiletries or want an extra towel, youll be out of luck if you expect the front desk to help. Otherwise, you get what youd expect from a place like this
