My granddaughter had a reservation for 2 nights checking in 10/1/21 and check out 10/3/21. She called before 7pm to inform them that they would be there around 8pm and was told that she would have to get key from security. When she arrived to her room, it was a TOTAL MESS….BED WAS NOT MADE, DIRTY BATHROOM AND TRASH ALL OVER THE PLACE….in other words, the room was not clean and there was no way she was going to sleep in a dirty room and nobody to inform of this mess. This weekend being the Balloon Festival in Albuquerque, there was no availability anywhere under $800. She drove from Norman, Oklahoma, so literally there was nothing she could do but pay over $800 to stay elsewhere. I expect this hotel reimburse her for the two nights reserved and pay for the difference of the room that she ended up with because literally she is out over$1000 for your incompetence. I have pictures of the room when she arrived and if I could post them here I would. Your hotel does not even warrant a rating of 1….I am furious.

Excellent stay . Very clean and adorable rooms. We spent our anniversary there and we will most definitely be staying there again.

Maintenance went into our room without knocking, while we were still asleep. He scared me so much that my whole day has been stressful and difficult to get through. The management didn’t care because they didn’t even apologize. All they kept repeating was, that it was a mistake and that he went to the wrong room. How could he have gone to wrong room when he had the list of occupied rooms? Besides, we never requested maintenance or housekeeping today or anytime we’ve been here a whole month. You would think that they all would have known by now that we were regularly staying in that same room till the end of the month. I believe that he was trying to steal from us.

If I could do no stars I would. This place is awful! Do not book with them they may not be at the property and your screwed then. We booked and paid for room no one was at property I checked online banking and they had charged my card three hours earlier that day. Waited for an hour at the property trying to get ahold of someone and no return calls I ended up having to book another room at a different hotel. I ask for refund and I got a very hateful unprofessional no. Please do not make same mistake as me and lose your money. I couldn’t afford to lose that money and they could kindly refund the money because of their unprofessional actions but instead they kept my money.

The hotel itself is great. The customer service needs a little help, they have an option to pay online but it never works, I have to keep paying late fee ($15 a day, $45 total for me)because the online pay doesnt ever work even after I went to the office and let them know it wasnt working. Other than that, everything is great.

James has no regard for himself, staff, nor tenants. The place is trashy. Higher management needs to address James.

Rooms are nice. Surrounding area is beautiful. Quiet and other guests are friendly. Was disappointed with staffs customer service at first but one of the ladies ended up helping my boyfriend and I out when we really needed it and for that I have gratitude now for the staff here. Good pricing.

Upon arrival one as greeted by the general manager who was so helpful and made sure that the room was to standard. Room is perfect size and has great space. When a problem did arise we called and the office handled it right away. I plan to keep staying here because the rooms are affordable and the staff is just beyond friendly. The rooms are renovated its perfect for the price and you get amazing customer service.

This is a nice hotel to stay at and its pet friendly but the management is never in the office, there are children that follow you around and are up until late hours making a lot of racket, housekeeping is almost non existent and the website needs to be updated because they DO NOT provide kitchen utensils.The maintenance man is very nice and solves in room issues relatively quick.

The first night I stayed in the room the next morning my daughter had woke up with bites and they have bed bugs. They were suppose to refund me by sending me a check, its been 2 months and no check. The manager Frank does not follow through on his word. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone!

Friendly staff. Room was missing toilet paper. towels. remote. freezer full of ice. bathroom vent fan did not work. I mean compared to where the owners came from, its probably a mansion. Not the worst place Ive been.

I liked it because I saw no Roches what I didnt like was telling manager put us on the third floor we had so much stuff to move out of storage and back into storage when we didnt get the great deal on a RV that a so-called friend promised to get us now were back to living in the car after a week in the hotel Michael had to go back to the hospital an we are looking for a place to rent it would have been nice if we could have had the dishes and pots and pans to cook with like they say youll get when you are on line to get the room they didnt give us clean towels for the whole time we were there or clean sheets if you dont like children you should be shot lol no there are children living there and they can get a little rambunctious I didnt mine they are good children and I enjoyed them if you stay here be open minded good luck if I were ask if Id go back yes but alone

I went and looked at this property in the first week of December and wanted a move in Date or December 29th. The front desk receptionist advised me to put a $100 advance pay towards a room. Even though this did not guarantee me a certain room. The $100 would go towards a room (if available when I moved in) the front desk receptionist even advised me it didn’t guarantee I would have a room available but they would try. I cancelled my reservation on 12/18/2018 with plenty of notice and was then advised I wouldn’t get my $100 back. Nowhere on the paperwork did it state it was non refundable. Furthermore I was not allowed to speak with George the manager of the property. I requested a call from the regional manager who did call me back several days later. The Regional Manager states he would speak to George and call me back within 1 business day. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t received that callback. Do not waste your money on this property. The rooms are extremely small and the staff and managers ignore your calls or refuse to return calls.

The rooms were very basic, but thats not to a fault. It was also very inexpensive, and clean. My only complaint is that the bed was on the smaller side. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay there. The person at the front desk was polite.

I was visiting friends, so I didnt have much interaction with the staff. the rooms are decent, but the location was kind of far. I know in past experiences another friend walked in and tried to get a room only to be told that there werent any. the place looked pretty emptyat the time. he came back to the car got on his phone made a reservation online and went right back in and came out with his room key in hand. I dont know the reason he was told there was no vacancy at the time or why he was able to book online without an issue, I just know that it happened and there doesnt seem to be a good reason for why it happened. Keep in mind that this friend of mine is clean, well dressed, well mannered,well spoken and financially well off. hes not the type of person a hotel/motel would see and not want to rent to. other than that the place is very well priced, its in a good area even though it is a little out of the way. also it seems to have all the amenities someone traveling could want.

The price is great but the property its self is bad. The rooms are not clean, there missing smoke detectors and the property is falling apart. Also certants do not fit windows and its very loud. Staff was friendly though and helpful! Its good if you are looking for a place for a night. But longer, not recommended.

Reasonable rates, especially weekly. Small but comfortable rooms. A good place to go if you need to stay in Albuquerque temporarily.

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times during the Balloon Fiesta. We do the art and craft show both weekends, and take a mini-vacation during the four days between the end of the first weekend and the start of the second weekend. We pay for the days in between even when we are not there to avoid having to move out and move back in, and to avoid having to pay an extra $125 for our dog. In 2013, they had a change in management, which may have been responsible for our troubles. In 2013, we returned to our room on Thursday of the second week to find all our things gone. The fault was theirs, not ours. It turned out they were trying to run the charges against the card we used the last time we stayed there (two years ago) instead of the one I gave them when we checked in this year. We got most, but not all, of our things back. We had to replace all the food items we left there (about $60 worth), plus the box we transported all those things in. We will not be returning to this motel in the future. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances.

This was by far the worst extended stay I have ever had. Our room had a water leak through the light fixture and we asked to be moved they didnt move us. Plus they were going through a TOTAL renovation the whole time even late into the night. There were OSHA violations left and right. And they claim to be a corporate housing or long term but charge hotel taxes that are almost more than the actual room. The bright spot were the girls working the front, and the housekeeper.

I like the place, the rooms are nice, but if youre going to stay here bring a few books. The television service is sketchy; I still have yet to get through an entire program without a pixelated interruption. As for the internet, if you listen closely you can almost hear the whine of dial up modems echo through the night.

Absolute WORST PLACE EVER TO STAY AT!! there is constant drama of the tenants. APD was there all the time and i only stayed for 2 weeks. They also dont tell you that u have to fill out a 48 hour deposit release form or they. CANT release your deposit back to you. Which they NEVER state at the beginning of your booking. Had constant noise from people fighting, sirens and tweakers attempting to enter my room late at night. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We had made a reservation a year ago for the week of the Balloon Fiesta and just received an email that our booking has been cancelled as not enough rooms are available due to delays in remodeling with no help or options. Obviously the entire city of Albuquerque is booked full for the Ballon Fiesta and we have had to cancel our trip due to the terrible service.Here is the email we received with no support or helpful options:Dear guest,We will not have rooms available during the time of your reservation. I stayed here for quite a while now, i havent had any issues or problems with this place. The staff are very reasonable and friendly, they help you get the best deal possible. The room I stayed in was a bit small. But the only thing i cared about was that it was clean and didnt have a weird smell. I wasnt disappointed. .oh and their was NO BUGS in my room!!. The parking lot has security guards at night, so its not super ghetto with weirdos hanging around walking up to you asking you for drugs or cigarettes. It seems like they have the parking lot under control (unlike a lot of extended stay/hotels in Albuquerque) I definitely recommend this place if you just need a clean, decent place to live for few weeks for a reasonable price.

They dont supply anything, including sheets and towels you can pay 30$ for that a week. It was very clean and quiet.

Shady characters here and I did not feel safe. I was anxious the entire time, constantly checking my car. Dennys and Cracker barrel within walking distance. They were cutting down trees and stuff, kids screaming, and people fighting outside so it was noisy.

Awful.They allow the guests to smoke in the non smoking areas and the stench makes it into your non smoking room. You will see police patrol cars almost every day, there is no security here and expect to be robbed, your car broken into, absolutely no rules at this place.Dog owners dont care about rules either and this hotel is just a minefield, the moment you step out of your room you can always step on dog poop of any colour and consistency.No rules at this place, no respect, very dangerous place to stay.The staff cares very little and there is very little they can do.Security cameras are for decoration purposes only.Stay away from this place.

Women of the night, party favors, chocolate covered roaches with a side of bed bugs, and some very friendly neighbors that will take away that awkward getting go know u period when they come on in and make themselves at home while your at work, all call this place home not to mention the super friendly staff that dont kno how to clean or work a computer and the security guards that are never there will make sure your new friends get everything you own. I give this place five stars because Im sure my new friends will steal, smoke, or do other things with the other 4 stars

I didnt like any thing starting from staff to room.I have reserved the room to this motel and morning I called them and confirmed them that Ill be doing late check in. When I reach to office of the motel nobody was there. Then I called them and they ask me to come after 30 mins.when I came after 30 mins the front desk manager (Lori) was rude. She doesnt know how to enter into computer. Then I ask for non- smoking room. They give me room with full of water on the floor.I am requesting you guys. Please go to other place. Dont come here.

Price was decent. Management was Ridiculous. After Washing my face and Drying there were slight black marks on my towel from the Makeup, which after a few days of staying there I asked for new Towels and brought back my old ones The manager began yelling at me asking what it was I was doing with the towels, because theres No way my body could be getting them that dirty. I began to tell him it was only makeup marks from washing my face, and he cut me off saying theres no way theyll be able to get that out and that hes going to have to charge me for all the towels I brought back with black on them. Which I tried to explain to him yes it would was out. And said It was washed off my face and he said well obviously not if its on my towels 😑😤

This is no t a family friendly place at all. There is nowhere for kids to play unsafe needles on the grounds also a lot of people with aggressive dogs . Manager is rude to paying Costumers they also put you out for no reason and they will not work with you on anything. Manager needs training on how to treat people she is cold hearted and fake.

Weird place, when we got there there were 4 cop cars arising at least one lady they had cuffed in the curb and another person in the back of a car. By the time we went out again csi was there. Another guy who was maybe a cop, or seemed to know them pretty well at least, was watching was like criminals when we had just gotten there for the first time in our entire lives! And the vending machines only took cards for payment.

Nice place has everything near except it would be nice if grocery store was closer but what can you do? The internet lags and drops after 8:00 - 9:00 PM. Not preferrable when you have business and important tasks to complete. Must be congestion from all the other guests. Thats after you prepay 52.00 dollars for internet access for a month; sometimes you get lucky, so its a gamble, internet-wise.

Rooms are garbage. The front desk put it rioom number into the computer wrong, which made them think the room they actually have us was vacant. So we had 3 different occasions during the night where random people tried to walk into our room, with a key, because the front desk thought out room was vacant. Would look elsewhere next time, but we got this on hotwire and didnt know what we were getting into.

My stay there was pleasant but THIER is some of this EXPIERMENT going on in that area . So you need to be careful..its like you need to take care of yourself and own .People look at you like you are the crazy one if you ask questions about any yelling or just anything out of the ordinary so does the law enforcement SO PLEASE BECARFUL... Place is very hospitable pet friendly family oriented. No place is perfect and Crossland Albuquerque is a work in progress and cared by its owners and management.

The rooms are neat and reasonably clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Place is seriously run down and could use some tlc. Non-smoking rooms smell worse than smoking rooms, holes and staines are on blankets, towels, curtains, walls, ect. People high on drugs walking around at all hours of the night. If you have ANY other choice avoid this place.

Racist Manager was seen openly carrying a combat knife around the complex to attack a resident. Management was notifiied about the break in of my unit on 3 occasions yet did nothing except blame my family for the theft of his stupid tv. Was an eye witness to the manager go fistacuffs with more than one resident. The drug trade is so rampant that my daughter was offered heroin on more than one occasion openly in the breezeway and staircase. Manager overcharged many residents on credit card payments, saying that its ok they have insurance, the card company will reimburse them, I was told by another co-worker who was fired shortly their after...all in all, seriously, its the WORST place in all of Albuquerque to stay, with worst manager, on staff, and 0 housekeeping or cleaning of the rooms.

Visited a friend a while back, first thing I saw and heard was manager Ella, yelling and degrading a housekeeper. Seems to me its the service of that housekeeper that she has a job. Also they have a maintenance man who is rude and down right dangerous. Seigel headquarters need to look into their management. Very bad, and very rude.

Although I made reservations approx. 9 months ago thru Expedia, and called the hotel phone number 5 days before my stay to confirm everything was OK (which it was, I was told she had my confirmation, dates were correct, and I confirmed check in time), and that if I needed to change or cancel my reservation I needed to contact Expedia, on arrival I was told they had no reservation for me, and no more rooms available. The General Manager, Khurram, was quick to tell me hes had a number of problems like this with Expedia, and was quick to start pointing the finger at them. When I explained several times I had called the Crossland number, not Expedia, he kept repeating there “was no female on duty when I called Monday”. When I repeatedly told him I knew I was talking to a corporate person, he could not seem to understand it. While standing at the front desk for 1 hour 45 minutes, 2 others came in with the same issue, confirmed reservations, but nothing at the motel under their name/confirmation number. I was told a year ago that some friends had problems here with no reservations when they arrived, but assumed it had to be a fluke. Now I know.***As a follow-up: I called the hotel number the night this happened, hoping to get the corporate office again. Told my concerns to the guy that answered, who promised to pass it up the line, and I should receive a follow-up call within 24-48 hours. Since this was the weekend, I assumed I would get a call by Tues. Its now a week later, and Ive heard nothing at all.***

When youre looking for the cheapest motel in the area you cant really expect too much, but this place really delivers for the price. The office staff was friendly and helpful. When dealing with a late arrival they were understanding and accommodating. The rooms are as expected; acceptable for the money. The bed was actually pretty comfortable. Got a good nights sleep, cant really ask for more than that for $42 after taxes. The bad stuff; Wifi is free but barely adequate to pull up your email. They offer an upgraded wifi for $4 a day, with the understanding you can Skype or stream movies and such. I was a little leery of the claim so I didnt risk the money, but if I was stuck there for a full day sitting in the room Id have tried it. The other bad thing is the parking places are extremely close together. I had to climb in the passenger side and back the car out to open the driver door (one time). But all in all, a good experience and Id go back again. Just keep the expectations low and you wont be disappointed.

I booked a room from 09/30 to 10/09/2016 through expedia, ended up cancelling the room and going directly through Crosslands website, booking for the same amount of time. I ended up having to contact the manager about the stay with a menial question. At the time he answered my question with no issue, no indication of there being a problem. When I came to the hotel to checkin, the rooms were all sold out and there was no space. No conciliation, no apology, no trying to find me a hotel, nothing. The front desk clerk blamed the issue on Expedia overbooking rooms. This was clearly Crosslands fault. But since I was charged no money at the time of booking, there was nothing Crosslands would do. Additionally I spent almost 5 times as much with another room and so much more time in driving. Its nice to know that when they mess up, they mean to go all the way.

Horrible place....Stained furniture and carpet. Door was broken. No cups. No soap or shampoo. No extra roll of tp. Gunshots at 2am. Escorts all over the place. Pubes in the shower. Dresser busted badly. Dirty everywhere.....If I could give this place negative stars i would! Do not stay here. We complained and they would not give a refund. Had to check out.

Stayed here when it was the Crosslands...Seigel taking over cant bring much to the picture except the allusion of a more secure property...but its a low budget extended stay, and security doesnt exactly ride in that car...

I found bed bugs in my room, I tried to check out and go somewhere else and they didnt want to give my deposit back. i had to transfer to a different room, to which I still wokr up with bed bug bites. After speaking with the front desk at check out they were supposed to refund my night stay. Still nothing.

The room was dark, only about half the lamps worked. The ceiling vent in the bathroom was so clogged with hair and dust it looked like a furry animal
