Excellent, friendly owner set appoint by phone and followed up and checked back after for satisfaction. Juan was the single cleaner, mature, clean and professional in every way. My husband and I have used American Maid twice. The cleaners do an excellent job. One thing to note is that both times they underestimated the amount of time the cleaning would take by about an hour. We will use them again in the future.
