Had a rug cleaned. Staff were very kind, professional and very charasmatic about their job. The rug took about 2 weeks to clean and came out beautifully, basically looking brand new. I highly recommend Serafians

I just purchased (3) 3x5 rugs and Im very satisfied with the quality and looks. They are so beautiful in my bedroom. All the people there were kind and helpful with a low-pressure sales approach.....just offered lots of info on rugs. They even cut the pads to size and in other rug establishments I was given a roll and told to cut it myself. I plan to visit them again in the near future. Thanks again to everyone at Serafians.
