I have worked with Bear Carpet for many years, and they have always been excellent, on all levels. As I get prepared to move, I have had Brandon here a number of times, most recently to clean my upholstery. And they will do my carpets again as my house goes on the market. Brandon did an incredible job on my chairs, both newer dining chairs and older overstuffed chairs. I believe it will make a big difference as these items will be up for sale soon. He is both very professional as well as personable, a great combination, and goes well and beyond do a primo job. Jeff, the boss, is also wonderful to work with. You cant go wrong with Bear Carpet!

Brandon showed up nearly on time (despite road construction). He was very friendly, examined what we wanted done and got to work promptly. The large area of carpet we had was thoroughly and quickly cleaned. Several heavy stain areas (from pet and sport shoe marks) were cleaned perfectly even when he had to go over shoe stain repeatedly. He finished after checking with us that everything was exactly as wanted.Definitely will use this firm again. He also mentioned they are equipped to clean tile should we decide on that.

We live near open space and a skunk obvious sprayed near our home. Our whole house had bad skunk smell. We called Bear at 2:30pm on Thursday afternoon and they were here by 5:30pm! They set up the Chlorine Dioxide system and it ran through the night. On Friday at 9AM we were back in our house and as promised, the odor was totally gone. It wasnt cheap, but worth every penny! Glad we found this company, will definitely use their services in the future. Awesome service!

Brandon was very professional, on-time, and able to make appropriate recommendations for what I needed to have done. I have never had my carpet look so clean and all the pet stains are gone! I will definitely use Bear Carpet again, and ask for Brandon as well.

I use Bear Carpet to clean the carpets in our home twice annually and also ship off our oriental & throw rugs as needed (we have dogs). They are super professional and provide a high quality cleaning . There arent any strong chemical odors when they finish and the carpets arent soaking wet. I first called Bear Carpet after having a tremendously expensive and not user friendly rug cleaning experience elsewhere. To my surprise Bear Carpet was able to squeeze me in the next day. They came to the house and together we assessed what each rug needed and they offered me more expensive and less expensive options. They cleaned a couple on the spot inexpensively.One of the rugs was a thick wool rug and it had a stain that was so bad I thought it was a goner. They took it in to their shop and were willing to not charge me if the stain was not going to lift. To my surprise they delivered it back to me after having cleaned it several times, no sign of stain, and with no extra cost.I just used their service for the third time and they actually cleaned a really nice large area rug and cleaned a tile floor for just over $100. They took a couple other rugs into their shop and the return time was just a couple days which was unexpected.Each interaction with Bear Carpet staff has been awesome. They have been professional and friendly and really positive, doing their best to meet my needs as affordably as possible.I highly recommend them.

Dropped off rug, Jeff and his staff cleaned the rug and called to let us know it was ready for pick-up. Picked up the rug and it looked like new. Will use them again and recommend them to everybody that ask me where to get rugs cleaned.

This was the first time I had used Bear Carpet (at the recommendation of a family friend) and I was not disappointed. The technician was very professional, easy to work with, explained what he was going to do and why. I had several large and small area rugs as well as installed carpet in bedrooms to be cleaned and all of them looked great after their cleaning! They also cleaned a swan couch we had reupholstered several years ago that had gotten soiled on one end; it looked immaculate! Have an old wool rug that desperately needed cleaning thanks to 2 cute dogs.. Bear picked it up, and had it back on time. Laid it down in my living room lined up better than I did when I moved in. It looks great! It looks like it did when I first got it. Its great to know a company that you can trust with old family memories.

Have used Jeff and Bear Carpet multiple times over the last number of years and am always happy and eager to tell people about the amazing job that Jeff and his team do. They get out pet stains and odors, and its not clean until I say its clean. They protect the corners with corner protectors so no paint gets scraped off by their hoses, use commercial grade fans to dry the carpet after so I dont have wet carpet for days and even clean the baseboards....Thanks Jeff!!

The two men who cleaned our carpet stayed overtime, working to get out a stain that we thought was there for good. They helped move furniture back in. They were good natured and polite and took pride in their work. You cant ask for more.

I have used Bear Carpet for several years now and have been very pleased with how my area rugs are cleaned. This last time, two of my rugs had several stains. When I picked them up, the rugs looked almost like new. (One of them is almost 30 years old and is one of my favorites.) The staff is friendly and helpful.

Jeff came out and cleaned the carpet in my apartment. The carpet wreaked of an animal odor from the previous tenants. Jeff was able to do the job very quickly and efficiently. I went to class for a few hours and by the time I was home, my carpet was mostly dry. Jeff did an awesome job and was able to recommend a product from another business if the odor did not come out, however I did not need it because he was able to remove the odor.

Eli just finished and the carpets look fantastic. Bear was able to fit me in with relatively short notice, which I really appreciate, and worked with our schedule. Highly recommended!

I read all the reviews and was expecting an awesome carpet cleaning experience. I was told by Jeff that the furniture would be moved (the guy that came out, Daniel, didnt want to move the furniture. He kept trying to say he was only going to do the carpet that was accessible. Only 1 guy came out and I wanted him to move the sofa, tables, etc. but with only 1 guy, I had to move those items with him. He didnt want to move the sofa, sofa table, TV stand). Jeff told me baseboards would be cleaned (Daniel didnt clean the baseboards). Jeff said the carpet would be gone over with a clear water rinse to get out all the sticky detergent. (I cant tell if Daniel did this or not, but after walking on the carpet and then on my tile and laminate floor with my shoes, my shoes were sticking to the tile and laminate.) The carpet looked good (the parts Daniel did) when Daniel was finished, but like all the other steam cleaners Ive tried, after a couple of days, the carpet looked dingy and soiled again. I have an area rug over most of the carpet in the living room Under the area rug, the carpet is clean and you can definitely see where the dirty carpet starts when the area rug is lifted. You can easily see the outline of where the area rug was once it was removed. After Daniel cleaned my carpet, the outline of where the area rug was is still easily seen. I was not impressed. And this place is EXPENSIVE.. They charged $115 for 1 living room. I dont have the figures in front of me, but Jeff said they charge .35 a square foot with a 325 sq. ft. minimum. (my living room isnt 325 sq. feet). He said if my living room isnt that big, he would add extra services like a spot treatment or other services to get me up to the $115 minimum cost. Daniel didnt measure, or offer any other services. Daniel didnt seem to want to be here and do what he was suppose to. He cleaned way less than 325 sq. ft and didnt offer or do anything to make up the difference in the sq. footage I had an the minimum I had to pay. Im very disappointed. I could have got the same cleaning from a few other national chains for A LOT less and the same quality of work. And they would have moved the furniture and cleaned ALL the carpet.

They were able to come out as soon as possible on a Saturday morning which was awesome. We had red stains, pet stains and odors and they did an amazing job at getting them out and removing the odors. Super friendly, and informative, and again he went out of his way to fit our appointment in this morning which is more than you could say for other companies that I called. Youre making a mistake if you choose anyone else to clean your carpet!

Bear did a good job on the rugs that needed washing. Care was taken on wool rugs to insure not damage in washing.Pick up was efficient and on time. Minor problem with delivery because of time schedules both Bear and at home. Overall a good experience and will use again for rug washing.

Ive used you guys before and you did a great job... this time, not so much. the soda stain I primarily called you to clean came back within a week of your visit and your guy missed a whole room... its a bummer because I had had a positive experience the 2 times prior.

Eli arrived at the time of the appointment and proceeded to set up his equipment and go to work. The house was empty since we had not yet moved in and Eli was able to shampoo the entire carpet which covered the living room, dining room. three bedrooms, and adjoining hall. We were pleased with the work and with the very reasonable price..

At the advise of our realtor neighbors, we called Bear Carpet. It is always nice to be treated as valued customers and we received just that. Living with all the winds in this area and 4 indoor dogs, our results were so wonderful! I am calling again to have some areas rugs cleaned next.

We have been using Jeff and his company for several years. Not only does he do a great job, the carpets dry very fast, the technicians are very nice to deal with. Another thing we love is the clean carpet smell afterwards. I would strongly recommend any of his services.

We just had a very old chair cleaned by them and this chair was terribly dirty, almost black. They cleaned it perfectly while making sure not to damage the wooden parts of the chair. Now the chair is back to the original creamy white color it should be and we are very pleased with the service and knowledge base that this company had to offer.

So happy that they were able to do a last minute service, and very happy with the clean smell of the house and the brand new feel of the carpet. I am only giving four stars because We received some advice that didnt work out too well on how to handle pet urine spots in the future. We did what we were told when our dog had another accident on the carpet - applied the enzyme cleaner on the carpet and left it to dry, without soaking up the excess liquid (as is directed on the Natures miracle packaging). Well that approach left a very noticeable spot on the carpet. I think it will come out easily with a standard carpet shampooer, which we have. So, in summary, we were happy with the cleaning service, not super happy with the guidance we received on how to handle urine spots in the future.

There was a difficult linseed oil stain on the rug and Bear Carpet kept working to get it out. They got a remarkable amount of it out without making that part of the rug stand out of the rest. I appreciate the conscientiousness of their work and will use them again.

I have used Bear Carpet for over 5 years! They are excellent and always call if they are going to be late to an appointment. Jeff did an amazing job at my sons rental house and my son got back all his deposit with a note from the rental company that said the house was in immaculate condition! Believe me that carpet was old and filthy before Bear Carpet performed a miracle. Jeff and his staff have cleaned all the carpets at all the different houses that I have lived at in Albuquerque,and only one time did they come back for lingering spots! I have had 2-3 dogs at a time with tons of dog dirt, urine, dog poop and vomit and I have been impressed. If you use an enzyme cleaner first it is easier for the spots to be removed. Bear Carpet also treats with a pre-stain for pets. I would highly recommend this company.
