When a broken pipe under our slab flooded our home USAA sent Steamatic to handle the cleanup. They were there in less than an hour and a half. Once everything was dried out and mold removed we hired them to do the reconstruction. From beginning to end they did an outstanding job. Their staff was always on time and professional. We highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with this company. The technician Victor was very nice and took extra steps in making sure to take care of my home while he was cleaning my carpets. He protected my furniture by putting pads under it so it didn’t sit on the wet carpet and put corner protectors on my walls so the cleaning hoses didn’t damage my walls as they went around the corners. I had my carpets, couches, and rugs cleaned and was very happy with all that he did. I will definitely be using this company for my next carpet cleaning!

Serena and Joseph did an excellent job of cleaning my air vents and dryer vents. They arrived earlier than the promised time, but called well ahead of time to confirm that this was alright. Absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for. We called them to have our grout in our kitchen steam cleaned. The rep came out to quote us a price and informed us about the grout recoloring service they had. WHAT? This opened up tons of options for us and we were able to pick a color that complimented the recent changed color of our walls. It has been over 6 months since they recolored our grout and it still looks amazing. I have even dropped grape jelly on the light color we picked and it simply just wipes away. Worst experience ever! Our house partially burnt they came in to move everything out then back in when the renovations were done in the process they tore our couch, broke a piece of the bed and took zero responsibility for the damages. They came and aknawleged them and said they would call the next day so they can price the damage. N never heard back from them. I have called many times with no answer. I would not recommend very unprofessional.

We had Steamatic come and clean our Air Ducts in our home. Arturo and Latisha were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They were also prompt, and wasted no time getting started. They covered our furniture and belongings as they made their way around our home. They did a great job.

I am very happy with the service! We had our vents cleaned on a Saturday morning. The techs Martin and Malacai arrived on-time and were super nice, polite, and professional. Our dog was friendly, calm and relaxed toward them and that is the ultimate test for us! They moved through our house carefully, explained the giant vacuum and the whip that they use, and also how they preferred to work from the back of the house to the front. They even cleaned out our furnace housing for us! That saved me at least two hours of swearing and doing it with my little hand vacuum. I really appreciated that. They offered to show us all the gunk that came out of the vents and I took a picture of it for our landlord. Very cool.The price was exactly as quoted over the phone and they did not try to sell me on any other services. Thats a good decision on the companys part because no matter how pleasant the experience, by the time the guys are done Im anxious to tidy up my house and get on with my day.I would recommend Steamatic of Albuquerque to my friends and family.

Donald cleaned the carpets of our new home on July 7, 2015. He was very friendly and easy to talk to, helpful and thorough. He seemed to genuinely care about our concerns with the pet odors present. Update: increased from 2 to 4 stars. After expressing my disappointment to the operations manager, he sent a cleaning crew out to my house at no charge. The crew was also accompanied by another manager who inspected the ducts and debris left behind. The cleaning crew took care of the mess that was left. Everyone was very professional and courteous throughout the process. Its always nice when a company is willing to correct their mistakes without any arguing involved.Had my ducts cleaned today. The reason I decided to have my ducts cleaned is because every year when I start up my swamp cooler, dirt, dust and small pieces of calcium buildup come out of the vents and end up all over my house. After the crew left (who were polite, hence the 2nd star), there was the same debris all over every horizontal surface within a 4-foot radius of each vent. Its like I paid 300 bucks to get to clean my house.

The people that came from Steamatic were super friendly and took the time to ask us questions about where the vents were and described to us what they were going to do.They showed us how they cleaned the vents and how they could tell what was going on inside the vents by what was coming out of them.All in all, total professionals at their jobs! If I could do negative stars I would. We had a house fire and we were directed to Lawrence Padilla. From the first time we spoke with him he was rude and uncaring. He didnt even set an appointment he just texted the morning he was coming that he was on his way. First words out of his mouth were are you going to do the work or am I wasting my time. From the time he showed up to the time he left all he talked about was what work we wanted to cut out so we could pad our pockets. Even saying hed have a pod delivered to store our items and then saying no theyll just tape it and move it from corner to corner. All we want is our things cared for during construction and our home the way it was before the fire. Lawrence only cared for how much money he could make. Saying dont be surprised when the check from Farmers comes already made out to me. Yet he hadnt even given us an estimate or gone under the house to see the structural damage. He asked us about the structural damage under the house. Our meter and transformer were pulled the night of the fire and once he told us hed have to get a different electrician because his wasnt licensed in electricity we knew Steamatic and Lawrence were not the company to trust. I could go on and on. He made an unbearable situation even worse. I will never recommend this company to anyone we know.
