I came here to get the emissions inspection done on both of our cars last week. They totally saved the day! I had been to multiple other shops trying to get it done. Among those that even do emissions inspections, one had their machine broken down and another was out of the certificates they needed. The process here was quick and straightforward. We really appreciate them!

Love the location and how helpful the owner and staff are to the customers! I love that they have air dryers in the car wash bays I dont see that anywhere else! Plus their vacuums are super amazing! And I also like you can get your emissions tested there too no hassle. Be good to this car wash because it will be great to you!

My favorite place to go to when my car needs a refresh.Plenty of stalls to pull your car into to tidy up/vacuum the interior and touch up the exterior after youve washed it.The owners take very good care of this place, and any issues with the equipment are handled with quick response.The chemicals are great, easy to use equipment and they even have towel squeezing things (I wish I could think of the proper word) that you can use for a shammy or microfiber towel as you dry your car off.The automatic car wash isnt some rickety old thing either, it does the job quite nicely.Its a lovely little place to take care of your vehicle.

This is my first time using this place and it cleaned my car pretty good it was nice and cleaned there and I was playing with the water hose and the air dryer to dry your car the vacuum cleaners were pretty good I think more often Im going to take my car here

I have been going here for years. Every thing always works good and the price is beyond right! The best vacuums i have ever used. The drive in wash works good and dosent damage my paint for the days im lazy. Best car wash in town!

The car wash has all the the amenities youd want, including a decent air dryer feature on a separate hose. The price is a little steeper than other similar car washes Ive been to but its a small price to pay. Ill be bringing my car back in the future.

Great service and very reasonable pricing! Discount for cash on emissions testing. The American ownership takes a great deal of pride in his establishment and services offered. My emissions testing was done quickly and professionally, and I have used the car wash many times when I used to live in the neighborhood. A great business and highly recommended!

By the time you completely vacuum your car and run the wash enough times for it to be thoroughly clean. You might as well have gone to Mister Car Wash the result would be way better to boot. Also all you have to do to know how much of a jerk the owner is, read some of the business responses to the reviews here. Dont waste your time or money.

I have had emissions test done here for years. Every time I have been here they treat me with respect and are very courteous. I refer all my family and friends to go to this establishment. I have numerous automobiles and always use this location for service and price is good too!

I like this location I spent the whole entire day and I was satisfied with the service and the workers.

I went twice (through automated car wash) and was happy enough for the price... Had to wipe down some areas since the dryer doesnt do a complete job, but it did clean the car well enough. I recommended my wife go for the first time and she was met with a SUPER rude employee yelling at her since she got there 10 minutes after they closed (hours on google are wrong during COVID-19). He belittled her and made her feel dumb that she didnt know they were closed. Very unprofessional! Well stop supporting this car wash and find another.

I went there a week ago and when they said they were done they had me pay for the service. THEN they said my gas cap was gone and because of only that the emissions failed. They knew about the gas cap before they did the test and did the test anyways knowing it wouldnt pass and said I could go get the cap and come back to redo the test. But it cost me more money. I would never go back there! I will tell everyone I know about this and not only have they lost a customer but no one I know will go there!!! Very unprofessional!!!

I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. The owner is extremely rude and aggressive toward customers. Also price is more than a full service car wash. Will not spend another dime here.

My experience here has been for NM auto emissions testing required for MVD registrations. The attendants are always professional, polite, and quick to perform their service. They also provide correct change. Ive been here for ~5 inspections, with 2 diff cars: its always a short line (1-2 cars ahead, or drive right into the bay) mid-morning/early afternoon, and as pleasant experience as need be. The bays for DIY-washing cars look well-maintained and have a steady flow of traffic.

The owner is very rude. He was complaining I was drying off my car in the Bay Area. He wanted me to move forward. For other customers. If another car was behind me I would move forward out of courtesy the owner has nothing better to do but complain. Been to other car washes in the past nobody ever said anything about moving forward besides this owner hes a jerk. Dont waste your time and money😡

I have a high top van and needed an emissions test done. A lot of the emission test stations do not test high top vans or Recreational vehicles.Splash N Dash Car Wash has can handle vehicles up to 15 feet high.Owner is real friendly and helpful.

I had a issue with a local mechanic who took my car here without my permission. The state my car is passing emissions with it running at 6000rpm in parked gear. I dont see how that is possible. That and the check engine light is still on. Steven Taylor is the inspector name. I would not use then business or my mechanic in ABQ. They are con men, very rude and unprofessional. The owner said he owns more local businesses so I will be leaving reviews on those as well as with the BBB and speaking to a lawyer

Getting my car wash and I paid to get some towels to wipe down my car and the machine ate my money, not once, twice! Looking for an employee and theres no one to be found. Had to go to another place to wash off the water spots on my car. The place looks nice from afar until you go up close and its not nice at all. The vending machine had 3 sodas and it was open inside! Wow! Lol! Not a good place to wash your car.

Now just because it says Splash and Dash does not mean you can leave without paying you need to pay for your Splash so you may Dash meaning just have a speedy exit it doesnt mean like a playing grab or a dine-and-dash you know usually the term Dash refers to like leaving without paying but in this case no its a its a good cheap Splash for your car thats it I dont want to see Billy out there all hosing himself down but I digress

I had to wash my work truck really quick before work and I had literally 5 minutes to wash it. I paid $2.75 for about 4:30 and my truck came out reasonably clean for just a quick wash and rinse.If I lived in the area, I would use this car wash for wash my personal vehicles.

As soon as I finished washing and drying my bike in the bay I took one picture and the old man came on over and said I need you to move your bike so we can keep the bay open ... With no one waiting in line

Great brand new automatic car wash. But there are a couple of things I frown up on, the pay machine only takes cash at the moment and some of the staff wore passing by the car wash bay giving us nasty types of looks.

We met the owner Ive Splash and Dash he was extremely arrogant and rude threatening us telling us he would call the cops and ordering us off his property and all we were doing is washing a vehicle so we can sell the car there were three of us. I would never use this place again. He actually got up and all three of our faces and threaten to call the law and we werent doing anything but washing our vehicle!

I wouldnt recommend this place. I had a horrible experience! Car was still dirty and a big waste of money. I had to finish the job myself. The owner is also very rude! I dont know how he is a business owner in customer service. This business shall plummet soon

Gets car clean but much better places close by to get it done for cheaper.

He started yelling at me after I had started my car assuming that I was going to run over some vacuum hose . I started it to turn the air conditioner on because I was roasting I wanted to cool down before I started vacuuming the car but I ended up not vacuuming it I pulled out and drove off I was so appalled at his attitude and unprofessionalism . Management was very rude and confrontational.
