The car wash is great when it is working correctly. Sometimes you get a basic wash when you pay for one of the upgraded ones, and no one is there to help you if you have any questions or need to buy a membership.

Quick Shine great for a fast car wash cant beat it free vacuum cleaners go early they are always busy, the monthly package is also a great deal if wash your vehicle often.

The $7 car wash is very good. But be sure to remove your antenna if its not flexible.

Best Drive thru carwash in Albuquerque. A few bucks higher than I would like, but they have monthly plans that come to about $3 a wash. Free vacuums, floor mat cleaners and air blowers for nooks and crannies. Used to be Cranky Frankies

For a drive through car wash this is pretty good, though dont expect it to do a perfect job. These drive through washes are notorious for missing places such as your hatch, tailgate, or your rims, etc...

How can you have a car was open, charge people for a car, and have the brushes not working? Save the 14.00 and wash it by hand. You will do a better job!!

Popped the car in neutral, turned up the volume, and let “better off alone” by Alice DJ sink in to my soul as i oozed through this cleansing trance party. The lights, the colors, the foam, the car wash experience was almost the rave i had been craving since the start of the pandemic. There was a short period of fluorescent overhead light that temporarily took me out of the moment, but i was quickly pulled back in by a laser beamheating lamp that warmed my soul and eased my fears. I’m pretty sure my car got a good clean, but i forgot to check.

My car is super clean & shiny!!! I enjoy the ride through the tunnel. Love the do it yourself vacuums.

When a basic service included prewash, interior and towel dry at end for SAME PRICE, it was SO WORTH IT! Sadly, no more. A lot of bug residue didnt come off my car the first time when I asked to put it through again which was commonplace with the older setup. they hesitated, didnt seem to want too, but did, To pay more than we used to for LESS service? I could go do a manual spray wash for less $$$ and get better results. Bummed cause this used to be a great value when they were octopus/mister awhile back. Sadly, not worth my $$$, better values elsewhere

I use to like this place when they charged$5 for the basic wash. They raised that price by $2 more. I pulled in to get my wash and this time they had an attendant working the touch screen. He asked what kind of wash I wanted I wanted the $7 wash but I said I just want the basic wash. It was $10 dollars. I noticed the price difference from what I normally pay. I asked him when did the go up on their prices. He seemed a little confused by my question so I told him I normally pay $7. He said I think we used to have a $7 wash before. He finally admitted there is a $7 wash but its called Touch up not Basic no problem just change it to the Touch up after all I havent gone through yet. He tells me there is nothing he can do. I told him then give me my money back and he said he couldnt do it. I asked to talk to his manager. He went inside and then returned to tell me his manager was too busy and he cant give me a refund. I had no choice but to go through. I later called them to tell them they lost a regular customer over $3. They told me it was a female manager not a male Manager as the attendant led me to believe. Which probably means he didnt even talk to the manager about my situation. The lady I spoke to offered me a free wash and she would call me back because I wanted to go to another location but she never called me back to confirm the details as she said she would. I spoke to a friend and he told me he signed up for a monthly subscription for their wash service and when he tried to cancel they said they would cancel the subscription but didnt. He wound up continuing to pay until he cancelled his bank card. I would give less than one star if I could. Beware of this car wash if you can.

Wash tunnel didnt give me the wash I bought staff was rude made me get back in the long line again to be rewashed. Only stopped here because I had no other choice. I wont waste my dollar here again. Sorry carwash!

The washing part of their equipment does an excellent job. The drying section leaves lots of water that I have to dry by hand.

Paid 22. For my car too go through but it would not grab the tires. I know the routine place in neutral but instead he told me to put in drive he would guide me. Well I think it went through fast. This is the 2nd time it has happened. Ive always washed my car there and I own a 2019 subaru. Wasnt pleased.

I really like that it is a drive through, has great vacuum cleaners and pressure air hose. I like that its lot is always clean. I do not appropriate the changing of the prices. Prices went up. I was still getting all my soaps and tires done for $14.95 a month on a membership and then one day, they stopped giving me the tire treatment, and on 12/22/2020, they stopped giving me the soaps they used to give to me. Now I pretty much get a lick and a promise for almost $15 a month. The supervisor Janae is super rude and insulting. Lacking grace and class to speak to customers. And is an accusatory person. I was treated with much disrespect from her, and she wasnt even the person who I was talking to, to begin with about why I wasnt getting the soaps I was used to getting. She approached my vehicle while I speaking with a kind young gentleman about my situation, with a strong and aggressive demeanor. Im waiting for an owner to return my call about the entire situation. Im sitting on the fence about me returning and cancelling my membership.

Super convenient location with free vacuums as long as you purchase a wash. The waiting line situation can be a bit confusing at times I have noticed with people not knowing if one lane is express for members or not, maybe they can address that if they havent. Other than that, awesome staff and decent prices!

Always pay full price but half of the brushes dont work. Will not go here again.

The wash itself is bomb, but the customer service is phenomenal. I believe her name was Joshana (Im sure Im spelling that wrong lol), but she was incredible. Very helpful and got me set up, even though I messed up initially. Stellar job! Shes most definitely one of the reasons Ill be going back!

This car wash left several micro scratches on my brand new Altima. If I had an old car I didnt care about the paint its very convenient. Good prices for a car wash but doesnt balance with the cost to repair the damage.

I have been coming to this car wash for years since the older owner. The current owner put good and affordable prices. However, after the covid-19 pandemic the owner increased the prices 40%. Example: The touch up increased from $5 to $7 dollars, this is a 40% Why? It is because the were closed under the health order in New Mexico and now they want to recover what they loose? Out of the pocket of the people? That’s no ethic nor professional. It seems like a desceptive unfair and abusive practice in times of this pandemic. People is also suffering in this pandemic in their income in their jobs. Keep the same prices it would be very well in this pandemic times showing consideration, support and respect to the customers and their families. Very disappointed. Never coming back to this car wash.

Terrible service and expensive price to pay for the terrible service they provide. The car wash stopped in the middle of my wash today and I was stuck in the tunnel for nearly 20 minutes. And when they finally got us out, I only got half of a car wash and left with a wet car. The air dryers by the vacuums have been out of commission since they opened the car was. Go to Mr Car wash if you want a good car wash.

I went to the car wash yesterday. My car looked great after it was done.

The manager is the worst employee that you had . He doesnt have any sense on how to run a business. He does jump on every pickup truck and removing any objects that HE assume will damage the wash . I love the place but this guys is jumping on private property asking people to remove tools or heavy objects out of the pickup. He needs to have a little bit more common sense. Debris are different than tools

I like how I can scrub my whole truck with a brush and all the soap I want, before I drive through the tunnel. Plus free vacuuming. Best deal around if you ask me!

My friend got her car washed all the time, one day the machine broke her whole front window well it is in the wash cycle and they did not care the manager did not even want to talk to her or the police when they were called. I heard other people had scratchs and broken mirrors when they leave there. I would not recommend this car wash unless you want your car to get damage.

My payment was drafted on 3/19/2021 and i had to pay again on 3/29/2021 because my membership expired? Not sure why i had to pay 2x in one month. It is very difficult to get ahold of someone when i call. Im waiting for a return call.

I paid $15 and when I drove my car out of the carwash I had to towel dry practically the entire car. I was very dissatisfied and probably will go elsewhere the next time.

I love taking my 2003 Dodge Ram and 2020 Toyota Rav4 always is a good experience vehicles come out clean.

The employees were really nice. Unfortunately, my car was still pretty dirty after the $14 car wash. Bugs were still stuck on the front end and dirt on the back end. I drive a Jeep renegade.

Amazing automatic car wash! Fully fitted with lots of suds and water, along with some cool surprises you need to go to experience. Even if it wasnt the closest to me, it would still be my regular car wash.

Its easy and fast. I do the wash club and it is real cheap. But with this wash club price includes a dash towl and a scent packet. Which you never get.

When I talked to the district manager he would not provide any information on corporate numbers or insurance information. Its a nice car wash, but it doesnt clean my car that well. I always have to wash my windshield again and the top of the car. Its a hit or miss on if the tire shine will work. We pay for it but it doesnt always work

Been here a few times before, very happy with the results. However, went 3/23 and my rear windshield wiper broke off from my SUV. Ive been back and have called numerous times to speak to their Phantom manager. In the meantime, Paid out of pocket to have it replaced. Wont go back there.... they should at least return their calls...

Joined the monthly car wash 3 months ago for $24.95 and get unlimited, but they keep charging my credit card 2 TIMES A MONTH for the last 2 months and when I go ask for refund it is always someone elses job to fix it. The first month they canceled it after they took their money, but that got fixed right away. Now it is August and I went to go use the car wash and they canceled my account, so I asked about the 2 months they owe me, I was told take it up with my credit card company, THEY DONT DO REFUNDS!

Refused to refund my money for services not provided ,paid for extra detail with my membership , tire shine was not completed as the machine that should apply it never moved was then told no one else complained so there is nothing wrong cancelled my membership. Manager claims owner policy and owner can not be contacted , was kindly provided owner contact Information from Better Business Bureau and competed complaint with them. If you are going to conduct business do it honestly !!

The car wash tore off the whole back end of my bumper and because my car is over 10 years old they said they would not be responsible for damage. Being in the middle of a pandemic and out of work you would think that this company would be a little bit more compassionate. I would definitely not recommend going to the car wash. They lost my business as well as a business of my friends

Upon my last visit I did not realize that the companies had changed it is time for a proper update and review. Quick shine now has this location on course it used to be cranky now it is absolutely phenomenal the new general manager has great customer . He addressed all of my concerns and set my vehicle back through to make me happy I will now be joining the monthly club because of the great customer service and quality.

My vehicle was damaged due to the malfunction of Quick Shines equipment, and I was basically told I had to file with my insurance. I witnessed a similar incident and these individuals were told they had to file with their auto insurance. It is not fair, as their equipment is the cause of the accidents in the car wash.

My vehicle came off the rails, was then bumped by the car behind and driven into equipment that badly damaged my vehicle.I immediately told the manager on duty .She wouldnt/couldnt tell who insured them would not give contact information for owner . I have tried to get some responce from an owner or competent manager with no success at all for over a week. USE WITH CAUTION AND IF DERAILED DRIVE OUT BEFORE YOU SUFFER THE SAME

They do not enforce the city noise ordinance They have posted all over the business. I call the candy said that they with go out to the lot and have people turned their stereos down. They never did come out and 15 minutes later I called again and they said they would come out and have them turn it down but once again they didnt do anything. In the mean time two employees are just standing around chatting with a customer that is blasting their music that everyone else has to listen .

The manager on North Coors is very unprofessional. He complains about his pay to the other employees and his work shows. I witnessed the manager treat a customer very disrespectful. I suggest the owner retrain or just dont hire punks.

Love this place. for reasonable prices you can get a great drive through car wash, with free vacuum afterwards. The car wash is like going through a fun ride with flashing lights. I took 3 cars through this weekend, with varying degrees of dirtiness, all came out looking great.

I was not impressed. Pretty much same prices as Rain Tunnel and you have to do the work at least at Rain Tunnel they vacuum and clean the interior. I chose the $11 and it didnt remove any of the bugs on the front of my vehicle. I had to vacuum and come home and clean the interior. Next time I will definitely go back to Rain Tunnel.

I had my mirror broken , I talked to mat which is the district manager and haven’t gotten ahold of him what so ever , he’s never at he’s location and none of he’s employees can get ahold of him either . Really bad service
