The workers at this location are so amazing! They are hard works and so polite and friendly. They always do a great job on my vehicle.

They did a pretty good job. Missed a couple of places on the body and didnt get the grill totally clean. Ill have to inspect before I drive off, next time.

So I went here cuz I went to the one on central and Rio grand and they did an amazing job thought I would get the same service and be closer to home but no I didnt the manager who I think was the manager he was really cool but the other guys didnt clean my truck to well for what I was supposed to get and the girl inside was not to friendly like if u hate your job get a new one

Rain Tunnel is my go to car wash in the ABQ area. Darker vehicles show a lot of dust in this area and Rain Tunnel is priced just right to go to ever few weeks to knock the New Mexico off the vehicle. Optional drying and detailing is great though I believe they had to pause detailing due to low manning. Support local and support these folks for a quick car wash.

General manager Tyrell and Gino did the detail cleaning, and they were great! Super friendly, and did a great job!

Everything in the car was clean except the windows.Once I got home I had once I got home I had to clean the bugs off off.If they cleaned them off I would have given them 5 stars.

Was my first visit to this one on central but oh man was the cleanest I ever saw my car. These guys are the best. Ive been a customer of the rain tunnel for awhile always have had great service there but these guys on central are the truth. My car and tires looked like brand new. Thanks to that team.

I paid for the Best car wash package. My truck was barely dried. There was water spots on the windows and the bed cover. The floor mats were vacuumed, but still showed dirt. I had to clean my truck when I got home.

Ronnie the oil change tech is wonderful. His very nice, patient and knows what his doing. He makes sure your vehicle is good to go before releasing it back to you. Hardly any wait. They get your vehicle serviced and released in a timely manner. And... The oil change comes with a free wash. Thank you Ronnie and his team!

The wash was good, but it says hand dry for the exterior wash and they did not dry it. So that is just kind of annoying.

I’ll be coming here moving forward. Enrique who is one of the managers was helpful and attentive. He paid a lot of attention to my car and made sure it was exactly how I wanted it before driving off. Also, I was new to Albuquerque and he made sure I had plenty of recommendations for the things I needed to get settled in. The only thing they could improve on is to remember to clean out the ash tray (yes it’s part of the console) and get every bit of splatter out of the cups holders (yes, I’ll notice.) I tried the Mister Carwash on Central/San Mateo, but the employees there are discourteous.

Got the $25 wash, outside was fine, interior was not great. One single floor mat had dog hair going in, same coming out. The rest was okay.

Free Vacuum for paying customers... Also they do oil changes here... Nice place. Great service for the prices....

Great service. Took my car in with a bumper all scratched up and I was expecting to buy a new bumper and they were able to clean off the black paint on my white bumper and make it look like new. Great job guys.

This is one of the best car wash I have use. Employees are very detail oriented and their customer service is second to none. Kudos to the team and thank you for leaving my car clean and smelling great.

When I got there the gate was broken they had to reverse the other cars so I could go to the next lane which also didnt open for a bit then when I waited for my car the vacuums went out. When my car was finally ready and I got home I noticed the car didnt look vacuumed at all I paid $25 for an exterior wash very upset and disappointed

When I got there a men help me with the machine and was so generous. I liked how much time they put to washing the outside. But once I got to the interior cleaning part the guy was yanking my door handle to get out. I went inside to buy an air freshener and the girl was just going on the phone while I was waiting to pay. Besides that my car looked good just bad people working there

Normally very friendly and do a great job. However they waved me away (I thought I was in the wrong lane), then rudely was told to go spray it off somewhere else and come back and get it washed.

Love this place! We used to go to octopus then Mister car Wash, then we discovered rain tunnel car spa and we havent gone back to the other places since! they are very well organized at rain tunnel and they take good care of you. if you need a little bit of extra attention in a certain area of your car just let them know and theyll take care of it, no problem at all! If you ever experience a problem with something just let them know that as well, and they will take care of it!

I went in and purchased The Best carwash and I can tell you I left feeling like it was not the best. I have rubber mats in my car and they were not cleaned because the Rug Beater is included only for carpet mats and rubber mats is an additional cost.. Under the mats was not vacuumed I could have cleaned my car better for less $. Very disappointed as I was trying to treat myself to a carwash. Not sure if I will return or maybe try a different location

I came to get the unlimited car wash package and I asked Maria, the lady putting the sticker on my window what the best way is to remove my sticker from my old place (I was having trouble getting it off) and she volunteered to do it for me and she did. WARNING RIPOFF I have been to a lot of car washes but this one takes the cake. First since I didnt have a mask I had to stand by the curb right next Central in the sun like a second class citizen while the guys attempted to clean my car. Only folks with a mask can sit on the benches in the shade. Next I get back to the car and you guys didnt even attempt to clean the seat at all or vacuum. They didnt even wipe the dash down. 😡 Dont go here and waste your money better to go to Mister Car Wash they at least try to do a good job and you wont be treated so poorly.

I just got a full carpet cleaning done by Jorge and Sebastian. I had a lingering smell in the carpet which I couldn’t get out. Jorge and Sebastian did a great job shampooing and cleaning my carpet and now it’s spotless. I really appreciated Jorge’s customer service he was very friendly and professional. I had left some things scattered in the car and at the end of the service it was all nicely organized for me in the back. ( they even found things I had been looking for)It’s a great service for the price. Most definitely worth the drive up central!Thanks Jorge!

Car washers in Albuquerque are usually bad, but so far this is the worst, back seat looked as if it wasn’t vacuumed, the dog hair wasn’t removed.

The crew always does a wonderful job. Theyre polite and quick. Very grateful for them helping me keep my work vehicle clean and up to standard. My only issue is I cant tip as I never carry cash and no way to charge one on my card...

Did an alright job. Not all my trash bags were emptied. Manager Enrique was very nice and personable. Facilities were clean and comfortable. They could have done a better job of drying my car and cleaning windows. Streaks were very apparent on windows. Would be nice if they could wipe down plastic floor mats with a damp rag. Overall, pretty good.

My car was egged and I needed to get it off quickly. I came to this RainTunnel (first time I have been there) and was very happy with the service. The young man quickly removed the egg with several types of water, brushes, etc. after that I drove thru the wash and ended up for full service. The two gentlemen promptly finished their full service. I was very satisfied with the car wash and will return soon.

I purchased a monthly pass and do not regret it! They keep my car looking just as clean as they day I bought it! Thorough, fast, and friendly service every time!

I definitely prefer to take my cars here over the number of car washes that are closer to my house. The overall attitude is better from any of the employees that I come in contact with and if there are any issues, they make it right immediately. Also, the spot free rinse is really that, not just lip service to add $ to the bottom line. I love the 71 hr rain check guarantee. If Im on the fence about getting my car washed, this tips the decision. Finally, having vacuums for customers and a preliminary spot to take care of that has been very useful for those times when we have been through some more car-nage in our travels.

I came in for a wash but decided to get a interior detail and exterior wax because it seemed a good value.While they were doing the interior I realized that my car was in direct sunlight. I remember my dad always telling me to polish in the shadeI asked the manager to either refund my money or give me a rain check for a cloudy day. He asked why and when I told him of my concern he quickly said they would wax it inside the oil change bay. I was happily surprised by this and appreciated his willingness to satisfy the customer. I’m new to this side of town and was looking for a car wash close by. I was excited to pass by this location the other day so I decided to stop by today. I’ve never been to a car wash that was set up this way (stay in the car while you run it through the wash and then get out while they clean it). When I asked a couple of the workers how it worked, they were very cold and rude and I felt like I was bothering them. After they said my car was finished, I just wanted to get out of there because I felt unwelcomed. When I got home I started to notice the poor quality of my car wash (I paid for The Best). The inside windows were poorly cleaned (streaks and smudges everywhere) and the interior looked like it hadn’t even been wiped down (could still spot dust and debris everywhere).I’m very disappointed and is willing to drive farther to another car wash.

Rain Tunnel employees customer care is exemplary! The cashiers were so friendly and helpful in taking my order for their Seat Express. They even helped me get on their Wifi AND get settled comfortably with my laptop so I could work while I waited.When the job was completed, two detail employees inspected the car with me. Their care about my satisfaction was so appreciated. What a value! I left with a BEAUTIFUL car, inside and out.

The reason I like it. Because Mr car Wash we were took over the octopus here period does not take cash evil evil cash. Without any sign or warning that Mr does not take anything but satanic credit cards. So the rain tunnel spa and car washes do take real currency

We came in a few weeks ago for an oil change and we were offered $8.00 off a car wash. We paid for the car wash and got the $8.00 credit on our receipt. Because we were on our way out of town, we asked if we could come in the following weekend to wash the car. We were told yes. Last weekend it was pouring rain so we waited and went in today. We were told they would not honor our receipt. So they took us for $9 because they would not honor our receipt. They could have told me they would not honor the $8.00 discount, that would have been fine with me because we waited too long but they just said flat no! So the fact that we paid money was just lost. Just an FYI folks, we lost $9.00, which may not be a lot for some, but we are seniors and it can hurt a budget.

We got a car wash and was hoping for friendly employees and a clean car, although there were more employees on there phone than washing a car. Very spotty and when I brought it up to them they said we would need to pay extra for a better wash.

I love my first experience with this car wash its was fast friendly and afforadble! I definately recommend and will be taking my dirty car again!!

Shout out to the manager Enrique and assistant manager Jonathan. Great leadership unbelievable service, the interior crew did a phenomenal job to my 2018 dodge ram duly way above my expectations with car spas. I have been traveling for a month and a half pulling a Travel trailer with the wife and our dog. And when they finish with my truck it looked like the day I Bought it inside and out. Heading back to Arizona but will make it a must stop next time traveling through, keep up your high standards.

This is one of the most “bang for your buck” car washes that I have been to. Since the last time I did a review the service has not declined at all. The staff pays attention to detail on even the most basic of washes. While I was waiting for my car to be finished the manager Enrique notified me that I had a low tire and offered to fill it for me. After filling the tire he let me know that I would soon need new tires which was very helpful of him. I truly recommend this establishment for any of your car needs from a simple wash to even an oil change. In a way they do it all.

I came in a few days ago and realized the workers seemed more happy and didn’t see the normal manager and I asked for Enrique to see what changed and they said he was on vacation and the other manager was taking over and I realized that’s why the workers looked less stressed they’ve left my car better than any other time, you guys should probably think about firing the main manager because this other manager is allot better will be coming back!

I get my car washed here regularly and they always do an excellent job. For a quick wash, their automated wash is extremely good, and for full-service the price is great and they do great work. Ive also had my oil changed here and it was very quick. A nice, clean, easy-to-get-to place.

Lately the full service wash has been less than the best. Eugene, the manager, is not customer service oriented and obviously hired the young boys who do a very sloppy job and are more interested in doing a hasty job and looking at their phones. The only thing decent about the place is the location, the older African American gentleman and the young lady. I asked the manager, who was talking to a friend, if it was their management policy to have six employees not doing anything while the young lady finished up my car by herself, the manager made an excuse that they worked in teams and the second guy was on the other side of the car. He was not as he was already sitting down looking at his phone with his friends. After the manager had to ask the boy to raise the back tailgate and wipe out the water I had to ask him two more times to wipe the majority of the water off. Terrible, terrible customer service starting with the manager who made nothing but excuses for his employees. One employee thanked me as I was leaving for bringing the sloppy job to the managers attention. The three young boys were mumbling comments to me as I got in my car. They too, like the manager, are not customer service oriented. I will be looking for a new place to wash my car.

I paid $25 and got a $5 value. The interior wasn’t vacuumed adequately and dashboard,inside door wasn’t wiped. The window job was horrible with streaks. I don’t understand why you affiliate with Kirtland AFB n SAndia Lab. I’m sure they put quality in everything they do - all the time. You shouldn’t give them a bad rep.

Usually their really good but recently they havent been putting as much effort into wiping down my vehicle. Theyll clean the tires on the left but forget about the ones on the right. When I called and tried to come back when I had time they werent willing to work with me. The customer service was super unprofessional and definitly dont want to go back anymore.

Basically a good car wash except don’t recommend the extra services. If you pay an extra fee for the interior service you would expect the dog hair - and other small debris not to highly visible to the eye. Also - before applying armor all to the Surfaces nobody cleaned them - my console had some gummy residue that was covered with armor all . Lastly - when you get the regular car wash they go over the whole car with the air gun to blow out the water - this is included with the basic service. Since I was an upgrade - my car was driven over to the detail center and not blown out with air - thus I have dried drips all over that I have to now clean my self. So like I said - basic service is a good value but the upgrade is basically armorAll over dirt- and a lesser outside detail.
