Literally the worst car wash I’ve ever gotten and the slowest sadly enough. Everyone there was there for at least 35 minutes as their staff walked around aimlessly moving at the pace of molasses. You would think at least if you’re going to wait that long the work would be exceptional but sadly enough I could’ve done a better job washing it myself at a self wash.Do not, I repeat do not go here ever!Oh and my favorite part was when I called and ask for a manager his response was “sorry we are not as fast as octopus/Mr. wash”No you should be sorry about your response and that that’s your service.

I drove several hundred miles and in the process many hundreds of bugs lost their lives on my car. I took my car for a wash at Vision Carwash. After running the car through the wash once, i was told the bugs were not removed completely so they would run my car through again. This time the deceased bugs were removed completely. I’ve been to Vision more than a few times and they do a thorough job. Well done! I appreciate the great service.

The attendants did a good job as far as car eases go. The cashier greeted me and was very professional she also gave a veteran discount. I prefer this location over any car wash in The Q.

I’ve been coming here for quite some time and I’m usually impressed with their customer service and quality of a car wash but my most recent experience was not pleasant. I purchased the Freedom Wash and typically I do a quick inspection once my car is finished in case something is missed (no one is perfect and that’s okay) but my friend was with me and became uncomfortable with an employee that was looking at her and then as we were trying to leave he tapped on the window and tried asking for her name, no mask on right in the window I would like to add, she politely said she was married and he persistently kept asking for her name until I tried to drive away. Once gone we started to realize how little was clean inside and out. Dog hair was left on all the seats, my window was sprayed but not wiped down, large amounts of dirt were collected on the outside near the doors, and the rear window looks worse than when I went in. I hope this was just a fluke because I’ve been coming here for so long.

I went by there this morning. I believe the date is 26 August 2021. And I was greeted by some young kid with Dora the Explora baby bangs. With such an attitude that I just went someplace else. I’ve been going to this business since the day they opened I don’t know how many years ago, my family and I have been going to this business. And I’m sick of the attitude of those young kids that work there. So unprofessional they never clean the car right and you’re spending good money and they expect a tip. I’m sick of the attitude at this place I’ll never go back there again. I own my own business and I will certainly be passing this information along. Although I did get a hold of the manager and he was more than helpful. But I won’t be going back

I asked specifically that the rims be cleaned well and the manager told me she asked them to clean the wheels and rims that was the reason I chose the car wash that I did,but I had to clean them myself before I left. One of the carwashers did the passenger side a second time and they still were streaked. Also the person that put the protectant on my dash did not do the whole dash there were dry spots and the bottom where the glove box is was untouched.

I only go for convenience (close to home) to get motivated to clean my car- they charge too much for having to drive off in a dirty car. Its almost like they do bare minimum to get you to give in a buy an expensive detail job. I know they only pay minimum wage and for the cost, they could actually clean your console of, etc. But they do not. Unfortunate. This review is not towards the workers- it is to the owner whos ideas of customer service and value are severely lacking.

The owners Ruben and Austin are so unprofessional with customers and there employees they dont even give there employees tips from the tip jar. The car wash is broken doesnt wash the whole car but the owners dont care they just want your money. If you complain they will just give you your car wash for free they dont fix the problems

First time trying this place employees were polite unfortunately my exterior wash was not good the vehicle still looks the same I also payed and additional 3.99 for my wheels to be cleaned and well the photos speak for the quality of work I had also asked for the interior of the bed to be sprayed as I spilled some oil in it but that was neglected as well

Took my jeep there for the first time. Got the Freedom package and opted for the dash protection. The exterior wash was fine but they did not vacuum the cargo area rug (which was completely empty) and hardly touched the dash. It looked like they brushed a rag over the steering column and thats it. I wiped my finger on top of the dash and it still picked a bunch of dust and dirt. I took it home and finished the job with armor all wipes.

Vision Car wash is by far the best car wash I have ever used! The employees are a friendly and work quickly! My car looks amazing inside and out! I’m definitely going to be returning to vision car wash!

I am very pleased with the service. They were questionable in the past but Patrick is a welcome addition to the management staff. He is ensuring the service is performed correctly and toyour satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the service let him know and he will make it right. Dont leave unhappy. I was their yesterday and they did a fantastic job. And dont forget your senior and military/first responder discounts.

Paid for the highest convenience wash and clean , left with a dirty pickup . They didn’t offer military discount like they used to, and I watched other customers drive in and leave because no one was there to help them. Won’t be returning. Don’t recommend.

Everyone was courteous and professional as far as their interaction, but when my car was in the finish lanes, they left the engine on while they dried it, and didnt bother to do an interior wipedown, window cleaning, and cleanout of the trashcan. One of the guys did clean the rims, which most folks typically forget. Hopefully they will get better at getting the basics in the finishing lanes.

Saw the sign that said new management so I thought Id give them another shot. I had kind of given up on them. Boy are they under new management, everyone, I mean EVERYONE went out of their way to be friendly and they did an excellent job with my car. Highly recommend trying them out.

In general its pretty good. Been going to them for my car washes for years. Changed hands a few times. Im not very picky so they do a fine job by my standards. Your standards may be different.

Got the budget package front vac plus a wash. Had an item in my car that is now missing. One thing in particular was a hunting knife that I feel was removed a the time of service. Since I never remove it from the vehicle I am relatively certain that it was taken by one of the attendants. Be careful with your valuables here. Chances are if you notice something missing it might be days later and you may not immediately associate it with the car wash. A thieves paradise, you cant prove it was stolen but you also can not be sure it was taken at the car wash as well.

My car was a mess. I hadnt washed it in ages, there was serious bug splatter from at least two road trips, and the inside had so much dog hair you couldve stuffed a pillow.For about $20 including tips, I got out of there with a FAR cleaner car than I was expecting. It really pays to be nice to people. The service reminded me of Octopus in the 70s and 80s, including the inside - the cupholders and dash were clean. The vacuuming was incredibly thorough.I was so impressed that Id like to call out Vicki and Jason. Hope I got the names right. Keep it up, Vision - this town needs a replacement for the Octopus of old.

Paid $30 for full service. They didnt clean all the tires, wash or dry, and the vacuum job was awful. Crumbs still everywhere.

After checking the car the passenger side had dirt still below the 2 doors rhe spoiler on trunk lid was still dirty. Im not satisfied with this business. Second time not happy

Ive always been pleased with the service received from everyone -- owner to cashier to attendants. Passing on my compliments to the staff who exhibited such patience and thoroughness today when one of the customers basically embedded herself in the process, both interior and exterior. Cars were stacking up because of her continual pointing out of spots but the two guys stayed solid. Relayed how impressed I was and was thanked; super impressed that they didnt complain about her to me.

I was told it would take 15 minutes, and it took over 30. I had to ask the guy (twice) to wipe the inside of the doors and the seats, because they hadnt been touched and were filthy. As I drove away, I could see where they had and had not wiped the dash with Armor-All--very haphazard! Really not worth the price.

Love this place. Quick, efficient, and they do a wonderful job on my ZTRIP cab.

I took my Dad to have his car washed, he buys the el presidente, which iin my opinion is very pricey.The outside looked fine, but when we got inside there was still dirt on door panels and consoles I rolled the window down and asked if they do not clean these areas. the guys said yes if if you get the presidente, I said thats what he bought. Then another guy came and and I showed him all the dirt still on the console and doors.He said we dont touch the electronics ???? Very poor job, and customer service sucked!

They do a disent job cleaning interior exterior, I always have to ask when drying the vehicle to make sure they clean the windshield,I always leave a tip even if its not done right.

1st time using them everyone there was very nice. We paid for the presidential wash half the interior was missed. The cup holder wasnt touched and widow streaky. Need to have someone do QC before they let the vehicles go.

They did a good job on the outside but not on the inside. The steering wheel is all they touched.

This is the first time Ive been very dissatisfied with Vision. I got my usual... President Wash. The inside of my car was still dusty and nothing was wiped. I would have been better off going though a gas station car wash. It also looked like all my windows were wiped with a dirty rag. Im beyond disappointed. (I was unable to respond to the owner reply. The dash and the cup holder were NOT even wiped)

Had my interior and exterior leaned. I was the only customer there. They had to be asked to clean my rear window and deck. Didnt dust the dash. Running boards still dirty. Console not cleaned - still has drips and spills. In general just a poor job. They people were nice though!

Not sure what everyone else is talking about...I had a great experience! I was hesitant about going to another car wash after Mister Car Wash wrecked my brand new Expedition Max ($8000 of damage). I have had a great experience with Vision. They actually spent time drying my vehicle (a.k.a. longer than the Mister Car Wash 2 minutes) and making sure it looked great. My tires and rims were dried and polished as if I had paid for the detailing package.The cashier was friendly and knowledgeable about all of their packages. I thought that their prices were extremely reasonable. Ill support this local business any day.

I’m not sure why it’s not rated higher, i brought my truck here the other day and they were awesome. Whatever vacuums they use are great because I tried to pick some of the dirt up myself at home failed. They were also pretty fast, I didn’t have to wait too long. You really can’t have too high expectations or anything, you get what you pay for. And if you want to pay for that premium detailing, then they’ll take the 2-3 hours to do so. But for me just pulling up and wanting my exterior cleaned and mud out of my carpets, I was impressed

I had my car done here for the first time ever and i was extremely happy!My car looks great-i was so happy that i drove to my fathers house and told him about the service and price-he also took his car to be done based on seeing the job done on my car! I got the “Presidential Wash” today. They did not even clean the inside of my windows or simply wipe down my interior. My truck was dusty from camping but was not muddy or anything like that. I grabbed one of their rags and cleaned my interior myself. Upon opening my back door, I found 3 of my window’s rain guards in my back seat. They weren’t even going to tell me they fell off in the back seat. I’m very disappointed and will not be going back.

Poor customer service. Overpaid to have my car detailed and they did a poor job. Management needs to focus on the quality of work their employees do. I will not be returning to this establishment

Horrible service. Dont clean anything. Overpaid for a car wash. Charged 15$ for a simple shampoo cleaning of the rear seat and cleaned only half of it.Didnt clean the console. Total cost 40$ for an exterior wash and shampoo cleaning of half of the seat. Will never go back.

A little disappointing, I bought the liberty wash and was told they dont even wipe the dashboard. Secondly, the inside of the windshield wasnt wiped. For 15 dollars I would think you would wipe(not scrub) the dust off the dash and cleaning my front and rear windows. I guess you guys are too busy. Ill be to busy to stop at your wash next time.

I’ve gone to this car wash throughout the past year and everyone is very nice. Today I brought my car in and they had left the back window open causing my back seat to be drenched in water. I did not notice until I got home. Not to mention it didn’t even looked wiped down on the inside. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be going back. Yes everyone is kind but when I take my car to be washed I expect it to be clean. Not wet and dusty.

I had been employed there a few days ago and I also had bought a new car. On my way to work the first day I got pulled over. After I was stopped I called to say I may have been late due to me living in Los Lunas. Well the second day I got pulled over again due to the officer not being able to read mbpaper plate. I got a ticket for it and after I called to let them know I may run late. I got there 9 minutes early and took my ticket to show the owner (Ruben)Right away he had called his son and fired me in front of the employees. The company never gave me a shirt before throwing me on line. I closed on my first day and at the end of the day the owner doesnt give the employees the tips

Wash and vacuum was 👌 but pay attention to the little things! My rims were grimy!! I had to go clean them. I still had bug splatter on the front . but on the upside no water spots📈 room for improvement.

I normally go to Mister car wash but after talking to some friends at work I decided to give Vision a try. I went with the Presidential wash which is their top dog on the small menu. They filled out a card and I took it to the cashier who was very nice and swiped my card with a smile, I also was able to easily add a tip.Pros: They really took their time with the dash sealant and also the tires and rims!!Cons: The windshield still had some minor bug guts on the window I didnt see till I drove off, and some small trash (i.e. gum wrapper, and some paper) was still left in the driver door.Overall I was quite impressed with Vision! Was it perfect? No, however they did a better job than Mister normally does and they are also cheaper. At Mister they normally have 5 people working on one car, at Vision their was a single individual who did a much more quality job which says something about a non-chain car wash! Looks like I have a new car wash I will be going too!!

I walked in and wasnt even acknowledged by the cashier. I asked to speak to a manager because it was my first time there and it will absolutely be my last. The cashier disregarded all my questions, even telling me with no hesitation that he couldnt go get the manager because he was busy. As I was about to leave, the owner came out and literally laughed in my face when I expressed concern about the prices. The most disgusting aspect of this business though was the blatant sexism, fully staffed with men, attendants hitting on female customers, disregarding the less attractive, and providing extra service to the more attractive. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Despicable business ethics.

Brought my corvette to get a car wash as soon as they pulled out my front radiator support was torn down called the owner Ruben gabaldon and did not want to take responsibility for the damage. screws have been ripped from the chassis. screws are there just been ripped.as you can see in the pictures screw is there just been ripped off. Will be taking this to court

It’s your classic drive up and not wait too long car wash, if you want them to get really detailed, shampoo your carpets or take time on your rims, then purchase the ultimate and they’ll spend 2 hours on it. I’m thrilled with how fast they were for me and how clean my car was for the price & speed they did it.

Great price for a car wash. I paid extra for inside cleaning and fragrance. Wasnt overly impressed with the inside job they missed several places but they did fix it when I asked. The man who gave me my car back was extremely nice and helpful! He loaded my walker in the back of my car for me. Great staff both inside where you pay and outside. Very friendly!

I feel BRAND new! I’m not even sure how the heck they got my cup holder that clean, I had sweet tea and gum wrappers practically cemented to the bottom of it. I even asked one of the young owners his opinion on when I replace my headlights because they’re getting foggy, and he put on a solution that helped them clear up. I even had some coffee creamer that spilled on the back carpets and the smell and stain sucked, but you would never know it was there now! Smells great. Everything was dusted, wiped, vacuumed, seats shampooed, exterior washed, windows wiped & trunk cleaned.

Really good customer service and efficient system. The wash and dry really quality just depends on the day and on the person, but overall Im very happy with it for the price.

Went in for a wash one time and it was ok.The second time I went in my brand new black rims came out scratched. I understand you have signs saying not reliable for after market, but the fact that you arent doing anything to make it right disappoints me. Also had to ask them twice to clean the rims. Anybody with after market rims do not go here.
