If I could give this place a many negative star I would. I took my Toyota tundra in for a detailing that costed right around $200. I dropped it off and was told to pick it up in two hours. When i went to pick it up the manager told me there was a knocking noise coming from underneath it. I turned the truck on and noticed my 4x4 light was on but 4x4 wasnt fully engaged. I pulled forward a ft and heard the knock. I then jumped out and looked at where it was coming from. Somehow they busted my CV Axle right out of the differential. I proceeded to speak to the manager who completely denied that they had caused that. I couldnt even leave the parking lot having to call a Tow Truck in order to not cause anymore damage. He stated I probably brought it in like that which was a lie because one:I drove it in mid-day just fine : two it was not in 4wheel drive: 3:The lubricant in the boot was spilled all over in a freshly cleaned wheel well. They declined to help with anything toward the repair, tow, or even the detail job that was poorly completely and definitely wasnt worth $200. I would not recommend anybody take their vehicles as they are not professional what so ever laughing while it was being towed. the owner wouldnt even call me back regarding the issue at all either.

2016 Prius. They did a pretty good job cleaning the inside. I thought at $208 plus tax they would have done more. The amoral was so heavy I had to wipe down my navigation screen and console. They also left my dome light on and my battery went to low to start.. that I know shouldnt be an issue in a good battery. For a quick vaccume and wash they are great but for the detail I will go somewhere else next time. So they havent lost my even day vac and wash service.

Seems like they were going threw a ruff patch by the looks of my rims. I had to laugh! But no worries I was there to support our community 1 time.

Was hopefully optimistic to support a local business, but this was unfortunately the worst car wash I’ve had in a long time. Paid $25 for their top of the line service and the car was still absolutely filthy afterwards. Extremely disappointed. I reached out on their website for some kind of resolution and still haven’t heard back from them. It’s been 3 months. They clearly don’t value their customers, therefore, I will never give them my business again.

Nooo my favorite car wash place. Please NO!! Been coming to the spa for years. I know its hard to find good people to work but dam. Employees peeling out in customers cars while the other stand around and laugh. I love to support local businesses and had a few bad experiences the last few times, I kept going back to give them another chance. I cant anymore.

Had to re do my rims. Only the outer was done. It looked like they only vacuumed only parts of my floor. Very disappointed.. Even tipped them good for no reason

I really liked this place alot got to say one of my favorite so far. I payed $14 for a basic vacuum & outside wash & they did a excellent 👌 👍 🙂 job.. I was super satisfied! Excellent place i would totally recommend going here. I love 💜💜 that they give a rain check for 72hrs thats amazing 😁🥰 they have tons of other washes but I will be going here from now on.

I like to go there when I travel through Albuquerque. The staff does an excellent job in the detailing of my vehicles, even though it is just a drive thru car wash. The seats and carpeting are done, and Windows cleaned inside and outside the vehicle. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Sunday and Monday team at this location are very unprofessional and they don’t even dry your vehicle correctly, they pretty much have only teenagers working there and they don’t care about your vehicle

I will only take my car to the rain tunnel. This car wash is excellent. They hand dry the car and it’s shiny for ay least a week. I’ve taken my car to other Albuquerque car washes and the car was spotted, dirty and no shine at all. Don’t waste your money going to other places. Check this one out.

Better then the other Guy we still pay for car wash and get our vehicle wiped down inside and out means so much more then just be $$$$$

If I could post pictures, youd see just what kind of service is provided here. We paid $25 on their best car wash service, which was supposed to be their best basic clean, and barely anything got done. They did not wipe anything in the interior, not the dashboard, not the doors and not even the steering wheel. The inside of the windshield looks exactly the same as when we took it in, the vacuuming they did consisted of a once over on the floor mats, nothing under them and no vacuuming on the seats. This is subpar service not worth $8, much less $25. Go here if you enjoy paying someone to do a job youll have to do yourself when you get home.

Hadnt been here in years but decided to give it a shot one day while driving by. We got our car washed and I have to say that they do a really great job. We had a lot of dog hair in the back and I dont know how but they managed to get almost all of it off. We really didnt expect that but it made us very happy. Also they made the outside shine. I think this place gets lost because of the other car wash chains but I would definately come here again and possibly purchase a monthly subscription from this wash and dropping my subscription from the other chain. The girl that waxed my car did a really good job. So good I told her Id be back with my other three cars and a truck. I hope she is there when I go back.Before they Rushed the job and I wasnt happy. She worked hard and took her time. Ill try and catch her name next time.. I gave her a personal tip that she deserved

This is the third time I’ve been to the rain Tunnel to get my car detailed and they tell me they can’t do it today. Either you offer a service or you don’t. It’s really frustrating to the customer when you’re wanting more than just a wash and you think you’ll be able to get your car detailed but then you’re told you can’t.

Great car wash! I had dried mud all over my car and on the inside of the drivers side and they did a great job removing all of it! I highly recommend. So glad I found this car wash.

By far the best car wash in town. I went in to the car wash on Central and Rio grande got my car washed came out and it was a young kid that was wiping down the car I asked him to do the inside and he kind of wiped down one spot and left one of the inspectors for the car wash saw what he did and completely wipe down my whole interior the door jambs everything I have never ever seen anybody go to the extent to clean my car that they did scale of 1 to 10 they get 11.

I went w a raincheck for a wash and the female greeter Elizabeth was so rude. A greeter shes not. I dont know how they work the lanes but I was in line and a car pulled up thinking I was next She went to the other car, when I made the comment that I was in line 1st she did not answer or explain the situation. Customer service is not a must here. I dont think i ll b back

Items were stolen from my vehicle. It was reported to a “Lead” who was very rude and just kept saying “we’re not responsible”. They will not take responsibility for the actions of their employees. I wonder how many people they say that to daily?I called APD, an officer came out and made a report. Highly recommend that you do the same if this happens to you. Lock up your valuables or take them with you! Better yet, don’t use this business, they are not trust worthy or professional!

Arrived at opening to get in line. Based on the website, I had some questions about what was included in the services as I was looking for a full detail. The clerk couldnt answer any questions. When I agreed on a package, the clerk told me a had to go to the other location but only on a Tuesday or Wed. First of all, no. Second of all, no. Put it on your website. Waste of time.

Detailed the escalade for the road trip excellent job

After completion of wash and detail I found bug. Splatter on the front and streaks on the hood, interior which I really wanted done professionally was horrid, crumbs still on passenger seat center console which I had emptied of personal contents was still dirty. After an hour wait which I have no problem with I expect a through job for 50 bucks. Didn’t want to wait longer to get it fixed so I left.

You need to dry the exterior and wipe down the inside of the vehicle a little better.Other than that the employees do a good job

The last four car washes, whether their economical or the higher level, supposedly in-depth outside and inside cleaning for $25, leaves me cleaning off streaks and dirt.The employees are nice, especially the cashier, but Im deeply disappointed in their lack of cleanliness. Im severely disabled and its absurd I have to direct the employees to actually clean the car well.

Worst car wash I been to payed 25 for what they call the best they didn’t even vacuum my car right and when they were drying my car they left my car with water in some spots like my bumper and my Side mirrors .It was a was of time and money no wonder that car wash as so many bad reviews never again am going here .

I went to the car wash on San Mateo and Lomas, they want 21 dollars for a reg car wash! I drove to Rain Tunnel, thats where I usually go but I was in the San Mateo area, 13 for a regular car wash and they did a great job! Great customer service!

I paid $25 and they suppose to clean the car inside and outside...and i had to direct the employees about all the details. They didnt clean the tire rims and the black plastics on bumpers, and even put armor all... Also one of the supervisors asked me if the where a problem and i pointed the deficiencies.Very poor service.I had to finished the cleaning a home.I will never came back and i will do a bad advertising about this bisness.

I go here at least a couple times a month because it is conventionally located next to my job. Today I went to get the mud washed off and vacuumed out of my vehicle, like I do every time I take it to the mountains. After came about a month ago and paid for the $25 wash when my car was muddy and they failed to clean the inferior correctly, I decided I was only going to pay for the regular wash here on out. So per usual, I ask for the regular wash and a gentleman, who I am assuming is the manager, told the girl to charge me and extra $10 for the mud. Since my last experience paying that price was not worth the extra money, I declined and left. Since when do you tell me what I’m paying for a car wash based off how dirty my vehicle appears to you? And I would be happy to pay that, if the service aligned with the price of the “best” wash.

2 weeks ago I went into this business as I normally visit 3/4 times a week. When I got to work directly after having my car washed I noticed my hood and roof of my black car had a white residue. Like a dull white. I went back 2 days later because my schedule and the business didnt coincide. Spoke with 3 different managers. They detail manager told me my car was old and thats what happens. Its a 2016 Chevy Impala that has been garage kept its entire life!!! The rest of my paint is just fine. Im so upset and they said they wont do anything to help me but let me cancel my monthly automatic payments! BEWARE!!!!

This was the worst customer service I have received. They refused to wipe down the car interior because I did not purchase a car detail. I paid $25 for a car wash and would expect a very simply wipe down of the inside. Please stay away from this place because they got very belligerent with me when I asked them to wipe the interior.

I came about a week ago. Manager has poor customer skills, also I didnt like the fact that some of the employees and Mangers/ Supervisors Curse in front of customers like myself. I payed the top price to get my car clean and washed but they missed door pockets and didnt even do a good vacuum! I asked the manager if he can redo my car because the employees didnt vacuum my car right then he gave me a dirty look and Mumble something as he took my car to get it done. This was my second time using Rain tunnel and had bad experience. Im done with Mister Car Wash AND Rain Tunnel!!!!!

Awesome, I hadnt been here in years, I finally decided to go today, and Im glad I did, my poor car needed a make over bad, so I took it to get it washed, as well as clean inside, too!!! I need to keep it clean, poor thing needed it, so I am going to keep it up at least once a week, even though if I have to do it at home, I will, I cant let it go without washing that long, if you take care of your car(s), it (they) will take care of you, too, thank you to everyone at The Rain Tunnel, great job, keep up the great work!!!

Fast service but could of wiped the inside better. Its a new car wasnt really that dirty but they missed the cup holders. Outside looks great.

Middle console wasn’t even touched. Front windshield was left with dirt spots still. Staff wasn’t very friendly as well. Don’t usually post reviews but I was disappointed with their service. I live right behind the building so I had good hopes for this car wash as it’s really convenient for us.

Be prepared to throughly check out the results before you leave. I didn’t do that and didn’t return with my complaints about my last $25 wash within 24 hours - because #stayhome. They were not interested in the feedback I gave them regarding the quality of their work. No apologies, no offer to quickly fix the issues. So, to be clear, it is the CUSTOMER’S JOB to be sure the service was performed completely.

I love this Rain Tunnel location. They always do a great job and I love the fact they used compressed air to blow out the extra water in your mirror and trunk molding.The price really made me drive across town to wash my car here but recently the prices increased which kind of sucks. If you collect coins in your car door handle well like I do they will take any silver coins you have. I found this to be true at most car washes.

Much cheaper than Mister car wash and they do an excellent job cleaning the inside even with a basic, full service wash. I always come here now. The Coors location is much newer though.

If youre looking for just a quick wash. This is the place to go, I got the $23 one and had to go home and finish cleaning the parts their machine was not able to. I also had to dry my own roof, which wasnt even touched when they dried the vehicle.

Cleaned my car inside and out for $12. Ive had full detailing for $100+ and it took hours at another place. Save your money and come here. In and out in less than 20 min.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Worst job EVER! I told them I was not as concerned with the outside as I was the inside of my SUV. They vacuumed the large pieces of debris and left pieces of grass and a lot of hair left from my dog.They did not even touch my dash at all. I had to complain about it and a guy grabbed a rag and wiped over it real quick to shut me up.The center console was not touched either. They only vacuumed the front seat area of the vehicle and did a poor job at that.My windows were not even half done and there are smears on every window. Some of them are so thick they prevent my vision when the sun hits it.My wife hates them also.I REPEAT... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Very very good and fast detail. We have been towing our car thru several states since last detail. They got all the built up grime off our baby and made her tires shine. All that for the 20$ service.

After a week driving through the northern New Mexico snow, our rental car was a mess inside and out. For $17 and ten minutes, this team did an excellent job making it look nice enough for us to return. Highly recommended!
