Lees auto shop is the best auto repair shop in Albuquerque. They explain everything that is going with vehicle. And they let you know what is the best way of getting it repaired. And they let you know what would be the next thing to work on the vehicle. Really great people that work there💯💯

If you need any kind of work this is the place to go. Very friendly staff. The owners are fantastic. Have never had an issue with any repairs that I needed and didnt know I needed at the time and I always get my truck back in a timely manner. Usually same day depending on the work needed.

I work right around the corner from Lees and figured itd be easy to drop off my Maxima one morning and walk to work. I dropped off with Chris and reviewed what I needed. He called within a matter of hours with recommended repairs and a quote. All of the work was done and he even dropped off my car to me! I plan to continue going to Chris and Barb for my cars maintenance and repairs. Oh, parts and labor pricing is very reasonable.

Amazing! An honest mechanic! I had never been to this company before and I was blown away by their service. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and got the car towed to them before closing. We towed the car directly into a bay in the garage. The following morning I received a call that the car had been looked at and they knew what was wrong with it. It was fixed by 5PM that day. Everything they promised to do they did. They even gave my son a brief tutorial on car maintenance. It was also the cleanest garage I had ever seen. One of the mechanics spilled something on the garage floor when I was there and he cleaned it up without being told to and he didnt know he was being watched. This is the first time Ive been to a mechanic who did everything they said they would, for the price I was given, and the car was finished when they said it would be. They were also kind and friendly. Ill go back and Ill send anyone else I know who has car problems to them.

This is a good mechanic shop not as cheap as others but customer service is great !You must make an appointment in order to be served.

Ive been here three times so far. Chris (the owner) seems knowledgeable as I think he used to run a business selling car parts prior to acquiring the shop two years ago. I got along well with the mechanic I talked to on one of my visits. I have worked on quite a few cars myself over the years and these guys were happy to discuss what they were doing with me in spite of my amateurish self taught ways.-Price: So far seems pretty reasonable. I think you can get a cheaper oil change with a coupon at jiffylube but then you have to listen to their spiel and sales pitches. No one likes paying money but the price has seemed reasonable for what was performed.-Speed: So far theyve always scheduled me within a day or two and twice they told me to just drive on down right away if I wanted. Still, the shop has seemed near capacity each time.-Accuracy of repair: So far no problems for me across two visits and an oil change.So far I havent had any problems and I like the attitude of the owners and how they run their business. Ill continue to go here!

Owner a nice guy.. techs seem inexperienced on my to encounters. as consumer if I take my vehicle to repair shop, I expect it to be repaired. my problem was diagnosed and estimated. on 2 separate visits. both times problem was not fixed. when asked the owner he says they were starting with that part. I was never informed of process of elimination approach. so when asked about that practice several other excuses were made, cars was dirty had mud and salt cinder on it? I as consumer do not think this is professional and should not be tolerated by anyone!! so if you enjoy paying for parts your vehicle does not need this is your shop!! I will be contracting BBB about this shops practices..

I called for a pre-purchase inspection which I needed to have done that very morning, and they were able to see it an hour later. The charged a very low rate, as low as can be unless you find a free inspection somewhere else. The owner was friendly and respectful.

After taking my car in for basic services, Ive had to bring my car back numerous times to correct careless, shoddy work. I paid high dollar for low quality. I agree with the other review that the service at Lees is expensive and unreliable. After my latest experience at Lees, I had to take my car to another mechanic to correctly diagnose and fix the issue caused by carelessness and an expensive, unnecessary repair my car did not need. If you are not knowledgeable about cars already, buyer beware!

Went to Lees to have my CV axles replaced, and its been really smooth driving since then. My car is so much quieter.
