Roberta is amazing. She is so patient and explains in detail and is very easy to understand. I have been working with a broker that got me a bunch of quotes from different companies and none compared. Roberta was able to get me great coverage while keeping the premium at a decent rate. This was so seamless after all the headache I’ve been through with other companies. Thank you again!!!

Roberta is the rudest and the most unprofessional agent I have used ! She was pleasant when I had first started my policy with them but after asking for help when my policy was cancelled and there was no communication as to it being cancelled. She was extremely rude, yelled at me, and said I was “ghetto.” She would not listen whatsoever as I needed help with my homeowners policy that I continue to pay with them. I have never worked with such an unprofessional agent like Roberta. I simply needed more information in regards to my policy so that I could in fact transfer. I’m not sure if she needs more “help” in her office so that she is not so stressed but her actions were unacceptable. You don’t treat or talk to your customers like that! It’s so disappointing.

We are long-time customers for this business. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. Easily available to answer questions by phone or e-mail, my two preferred methods. They always give their best and we are grateful.
