Cindy has been my Agent for 2 years! Office staff has been very helpful in dealing with a small claim!They explained everything and even helped me make the calls needed to file a claim!

I have been with Cindy Maxwell for around 9 years and she had been excellent!! Her staff hasnt been to friendly except for Lynn she was very sweet. I feel Cindy is a good agent to have she always get things done quick. We recently were involved in a severe road incident and Cindy handled everything from checking my insurance plan to calling he claims even had my rental ready to pick and go within 20 minutes. She really is an amazing agent and if you havent called for your quote than I recommend you do so today. Thank you Cindy for being an excellent neighbor.

Cindy and her assistants are kind, attentive, capable, and quick to answer questions. They are proactive about getting bilingual support, as well. Weve been with them for about a decade and their service continues to be superb.

AVOID. Terrible customer service. I filed a claim on their website and I never heard from her office once, not my mail, email or phone. If your insurance agent isnt there for you when you need them what good are they? On the other hand, if youre late with your payment people in her office will call you everyday and send you nasty emails. Priorities.Further, I was by told by Cindy you get a gift card for referring people to her office. I referred two people and never received any gift cards. Say what you mean, and mean what you say.There are plenty of insurance agents out there. Dont say you werent warned.

This is by far the worst experience, Ive ever had with an insurance. This office just care about you having the insurance with them. They dont update the claims on time, whenever you send them an email they never reply back, and they take a while to update your coverage. I have been waiting a month now, and this office havent applied a change in my bill that it was supposed to take effect long time ago. The people there gets upset if you ask questions, and they try to avoid confrontation by telling customers that it just take time for the regional office and the billing department to update everything.

Love these guys. Been with them since I started driving. awesome friendly people.
