Raul at the San Mateo store my husband went back to get the insurance and Raul was treating him badly. He didnt want to do the policy for him. So he had to leave and go to another site and the lady there was way more helpful, Betty Cobos-Nieto than Raul. I wont be going back to the San Mateo site.Thanks Betty your Awesome

Horrible customer service. The manager at the company was plainly rude to myself and other companies before me.

I had car insurance with them since 2010 and in September of 2016 i had lapsed my policy on a friday i want able to make a payment since the kfice was closed for the weekend so i had to go 2 days with out insurance good thing geico was able to get me insurance that friday night i will never use them again after i mentioned i was just going to go with geico the employee told me fine go ahead and hung up in me

I dont understand why I have to pay more for liability because I have tools in my truck for work. Its not a work vehicle I go to a house and work at it. Why do I pay more? For liability? Im going somewhere else. Store front rip off.
