I regret going with State Farm through this particular office for both an auto and home insurance policy. First, they got my address completely wrong and so all the mail was misdirected (never got the initial package, had to print my insurance card from the online account). Then after I corrected my info via the website, I called and asked that they send that driving monitor again. It never came. I called two more times. Nothing. Then I received a warning saying Ill lose a discount if I dont put it in my car, so I filled out a form for another one via the website. I also needed roadside assistance last week, and had to pay for half the tow when I never had to do that under Geicos policy. Today, Im calling another State Farm office to have my account transferred there. And then Ill most likely be switching insurance carriers a year from now if more red flags come up.7/8/21 Update: I am still having issues communicating with this office. I dont want to name the agent here, but when I call, she is always out or unavailable and then doesnt return the call until after one to three days (striving to be proactive...?). I am a very patient consumer/client, and it takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but there are numerous red flags here that are happening in real time even after the response from the company written below.

If I Could give zero stars I would!! I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Ken has a team of rude unprofessional people working for him and must not care about how he’s being portrayed. I called for a quote on home and auto even after being told not to waste my time. I was bounced back and fourth between reps that never called me back or kept asking me for the same information over and over. I went with farmers! No hassles there. DO NOT CALL this place horrible!!

Through changing insurance companies, changing addresses, and the unfortunate and unexpected events of life; every person of their staff has been so understanding and caring. Kens staff goes above and beyond for you no matter what you need. When times got tough, they even called to check on me and make sure my family and I were okay. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Kens office is amazing!

I have my apartment insured with them and everything was going well. But then I moved apartments and I called a few days before I moved to let them know that I needed to transfer my renters insurance address. I called a week after I moved again because I was not seeing the correct address on the app when I would log in. And they were like you should see the correct address displayed soon. I called again because same issues and they told me the same. It has been 2 months now since I moved to the new apartment and apparently my old apartment is still the one on file and is still the one being insured. Absolutely horrible! How many times do I need to call for them to efficiently change my address. It’s scary because I could have gotten kicked out of my apartment for not having renters insurance. They told me the address was updated when it wasn’t. I’ve been paying for the wrong apartment to be insured. A lady named Dulce emailed me back saying they finally updated it. And she didn’t even apologize for her wrong doing and for the troubles they made me go through. How rude.

I see Jessica on a weekly basis. She is clearly an expert at what she does: is extremely knowledgeable, punctual and responsible; It is clear that her clients best interest is of primary concern. It is a joy to get to work so closely with her.

I recently switched to from another State Farm agent, and while they were great, Ken Brudos has exceeded the high bar set by the other agent. All the staff has been fabulous and responsive to my needs and changes, especially Melanie, she has been on it every time, going above and beyond sending info wherever I need it, banks, mortage company, or wherever, Ill never change agents or from State Farm! The few claims I have needed to file have been super, quick easy and painless! I hardly had to do anything!

Too much employee turnover! Ive been with this agency for many years, always had my insurance needs taken care of and always with respect. I knew the ladies by name and they were always helpful. Now everyone is new, rude and uninformed. I was actually told that this is the largest agency in the state and they cant take care of everyone like we think they should, theyre too busy. Im changing agencies today!!

This company office accepted a fraudulent unauthorized credit charge when one of there customers stole my card to pay there bill! Well the company refuses to refund me and they seem to think this conduct is okay! Then to make the whole thing worse the driver Geneva Perez isnt even licensed and is a repeat duo offender! Stay away from this place they are criminals and conduct shady illegal business!
