I just relocated and I didn’t know what to do. Eladio and his staff were super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Adjusting my insurance coverage based on NM law requirements was painless thanks to their knowledge and excellent customer service.

I was given a quote and was advised it would be 51$ but was not advised that that amount would be gone at 6 months. And when I questioned it I was advised quote didn’t change. Well it wasn’t explained very well! And didn’t get any other response.

Told me my policy was good and not to worry. Waited, waited. Called back to tell them to forget about it, and was informed that it had been canceled a month ago. I was in the office last week. Treated me like I didn’t know or care. Take your business elsewhere. I’m in better hands with USAA!!

We have been with this agency for years and they have found lots of ways for us to lower our homeowners policy price and still give us great coverage. Like when we put a new roof on or installed safe heating and cooling. Lots of other little things. He always has an answer when we call for information. We feel safe that Eladio is there to take care of us whatever may happen. On a personal note, we will stay with this agency even if some other agency came in cheaper, because of his commitment to our community. We love that his agency does things for the community such as clothing and food drives, etc. for the poor. It feels good to know he and his agency care about people and those less fortunate.

I would NEVER recommend Eladio or any of his reps to my worst enemy. I was a customer for over 12 years. I never needed much, but when I really needed help from my insurance they completely screwed me over!! I have requested several times to be removed from their mailing or phone call list. Because of their negligence I had insurance forced on my new vehicle for six months, making my payment go up over $100. Worst place to consider doing business with!!
