Called to get an auto insurance quote, gave my information, and no call back, nothing. When I called to have my information removed from their records, no acknowledgment of a problem, no apology for lack of service, again, nothing.

Jesus was great! He responded quickly and answered all my questions professionally and thoroughly. He was able to give us different options and prices and was patient with us as we decided on the best option for our needs. I will definitely recommend him to others! Overall, the AIP staff is very responsive and service oriented ….an excellent team of people!!! Jesus was careful to provide me with multiple quote options, as I requested. Ive called this place two times requesting a quote. The first time I was on hold for over 15minutes. I then gave up and thought Id request a quote through their website which I did. Two weeks passed still no quote. At the beginning of this week, I try again to process an insurance quote request on line. Friday comes still no response. I call back and was told, this would get worked on today. Evelyn said the GM usually gets these requests to a gal that happened to get a better job somewhere else so now she has no idea where the requests go but assured me she could help. Evelyn was supposed to send me an e-mail so I can in return respond with the insurance needs I had. 3 hours passed no e-mail from Evelyn was received. I call back (now Evelyn is at a Dr. Appt) no one else can help except her.????The worst part of this is that this company was referred to me by a great trusted source. Whats the best marketing a company can have? Yes a referral!!!!WOW this service completely shocked me!!! If this is how they treat customers, I cant imagine how long they will be in business!
