Aimee is the definition of an insurance agent. Cool, calm ,collected and knowledgeable about the risk we face day in and day out. Aimee and her team educate their customers and provide options and allow the customer to decide how they want to be protected. The office is updated, warm and inviting.

Aimee and Lisa are great. Excellent customer service. They explained all of my coverages and guided me through every step. They respond quickly and have emailed me important documents within seconds when I needed them. Thank you Aimee and Lisa.

Vey unprofessional and rude woman! She shows no respect for people who work for her and I have witnessed this firsthand. I would go to a friendlier agent in New Mexico who isnt so passive aggressive.

They are extremely professional kind courteous they have always gotten back to me same day, whenever I needed to go in person theres never been more than a wait of a few minutes best example state farm has to represent them. If it wasnt for the staff at aimee abeytas office I would not have had state farm for as long as I have they take my problems and turn them into there own and find a solution very promptly and fight for me ...... love those ladys there....

UPDATE: the agent just emailed that shes contacting her lawyer to investigate slander/libel counts against me for the review below! Talk about too much trouble!I had insurance with Aimee Abeytas State Farm office for over 12 years, but things took a bad turn when I tried to insure a new home. (Total of 2 cars and 2 homes at the same time) While trying to BUY insurance on a 2nd home, I could not get her to respond to a request for a flood insurance quote. I waited for over a week and then had to badger her repeatedly to respond or I would have to go elsewhere to buy insurance. I paid for the coverage, but it was wrong because I didnt have the right elevation certificate, and she didnt know it ahead of time. When she couldnt fix the policy, she threatened to call my mortgage company & have them force place it. Two weeks later I was notified they were force placing it, so I assume she followed through on her threat. When the insurance was finally quoted properly, it was 3X her quote & still wasnt in place-so then I was paying for TWO insurance policies & the State Farm one wasnt correct. I called State Farm and filed a complaint. They stepped in, and it was finally resolved. At the end, I got an email from her stating she wouldnt be my agent anymore, so now Im forced to find another agent...and probably a different insurance company!
