This office was really helpful in getting me set up with a homeowners policy but after the policy was written theyve stopped being helpful. Ive reached out a couple of times with questions about my premiums but no one has answered the phone. I finally got fed up with it and called State Farm to request a transfer to a different agent. Part of the transfer process is that the new agent contacts the hold agent, well my new agent cant get ahold of Monica or her staff either. Now they have to escalate the transfer within State Farm. Extremely disappointed in the complete lack of any type of response. I suggest you go somewhere else if youre expecting even rudimentary customer service.

I changed agent because my first one was not very helpful, I told myself it can’t get any worse but I guess it can. It’s like they give out licenses to anyone. There number one answer was let me check it out it’ll call you back, that call back never happens. There receptionist always has to leave you on hold because she’s has to ask for answers. I understand I’m just one person but I pay my bills it’s not fair for people to just blow you off. Like I told them if you can’t help me just tell me so I know at least. Anyways I changed agents for the 3rd time hopefully it’s the last.

After adding a vehicle to my policy my bill was 45.00 higher than what I was quoted monthly. I called the office and spoke with a girl who had no idea what she was talking about and couldnt answer my questions. I asked to speak with Monica and she hung up on me. When I called back I was told that Monica was not in the office and she hung up on me again. This is the third time I have called Monica and every time Im told she will call me back but I have yet to speak with her. Her office staff are unprofessional, rude and the worst customer service Ive ever had to deal with. She is never in her office and she has a bunch of kids running the show while she is out. My State Farm agent retired and I was assigned to Monica and its been the worst experience Ive had with State Farm.

I purchased a new 2020 Ford Mustang in April and in July I was parked and woke up the next morning to my car being hit from behind. I immediately notified State Farm and automatically felt a sense of relief. Everyone I spoke with helped me with my claim, the repair of my car and rental. My State Farm agents office called to make sure everything was going well with my claim, you get what you pay for. The added benefits of the friendly and understanding staff were very helpful and patient with making sure everything went smoothly.

They offer more than just vehicle insurance, but roadside assistance is a plus, I havent had to use this in a little while, let me tell you I have looked my keys in the car so many times, twice in one day also, had tires changed or aired up. If I am alone on the side of road they stayed on the phone until helped arrived, the tow truck was going be to long. The gal had called the sheriffs departmentI Bless her heart. Health and accident hospital, hospital income, life insurance. All a plus when you have children. Very helpful staff who care about customer service.
